when the water inlet flow of the quick-heating electric water heater is larger than the preset starting flow and the water outlet temperature is lower than the first preset temperature, the controller controls the quick-heating assembly and the heat storage heating assembly to work according to the second heating state.

the quick-heating electric water heater also comprises a second temperature detector which is arranged close to the heat storage heating pipe and is used for detecting the water temperature in the inner container of the water heater;
when the water inlet flow of the quick-heating electric water heater is smaller than the preset starting flow and the water temperature in the inner container of the water heater is lower than a second preset temperature, the controller controls the heat storage heating assembly to be started, and the quick-heating assembly is closed;
when the water inlet flow of the quick-heating electric water heater is smaller than the preset starting flow and the water temperature in the inner container of the water heater is higher than a second preset temperature, the controller controls the heat storage heating assembly and the quick-heating assembly to be closed.
