Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air conditioner defrosting, in particular to an air conditioner defrosting control method.
Background
When the air conditioner heats, the refrigerant passes through the compressor, the evaporator and the condenser in sequence. The condenser is in a low-temperature state for a long time and is easy to frost. When frosting reaches certain thickness, then can influence the heat exchange efficiency of condenser, lead to the holistic heating capacity of air conditioner to descend, influence the user and use experience.
After the existing air conditioner heats for a period of time, the defrosting condition is judged to be a defrosting mode, namely, the four-way valve is reversed, the air conditioner starts to refrigerate, the outdoor heat exchanger is defrosted by a method of increasing the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger, and whether defrosting is finished or not is judged by the temperature of an outdoor coil sensor.
Because the air conditioner runs for a long time, the pressures of outdoor coils corresponding to different outdoor environments are different, and the refrigerant distribution of the outdoor unit heat exchanger is changed along with the pressure, the temperature of the outdoor unit coil sensor cannot represent the temperature of the whole outdoor unit coil. If only the temperature of the coil of the outdoor unit (usually measured by a temperature sensor on a small U-shaped pipe in the middle of the outdoor unit) is used as a determination condition, the defrosting is not clean, and the defrosting ending condition is controlled by the temperature of the coil rising to a certain temperature.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an air conditioner defrosting control method, which can save energy while realizing cleaner defrosting, ensure the heating effect of an air conditioner, avoid frequent reversing of a four-way valve and improve the reliability and stability of a system.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme to realize the aim, and the defrosting control method of the air conditioner comprises the following steps:
step (1), detecting and judging the defrosting time, and entering step (2) if the defrosting time is greater than a first preset defrosting time;
step (2), comparing the temperature of the air conditioner liquid pipe with the temperature of a coil of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and entering step (3) if the temperature of the air conditioner liquid pipe is lower than the temperature of the coil of the air conditioner outdoor unit; otherwise, entering the step (4);
step (3), comparing the temperature of the air conditioner liquid pipe with a preset defrosting temperature, if the temperature of the air conditioner liquid pipe is more than or equal to the preset defrosting temperature, exiting the defrosting mode, and otherwise entering the step (5);
step (4), comparing the temperature of the coil of the air-conditioning outdoor unit with a preset defrosting temperature, if the temperature of the coil of the air-conditioning outdoor unit is more than or equal to the preset defrosting temperature, exiting the defrosting mode, and otherwise entering the step (5);
and (5) if the defrosting time is more than or equal to a second preset defrosting time, and the second preset defrosting time is more than the first preset defrosting time, exiting the defrosting mode.
Further, in the step (1), the first preset defrosting time is 2 minutes.
Further, in the step (3), the method for obtaining the preset defrosting temperature includes: do the experiment of heating under the indoor outer operating mode of difference, then wait for the off-premises station heat exchanger frosting after, manual falls the cross valve and falls the power supply, when observing the frost except clean, records liquid pipe temperature and outer dish temperature this moment, regards minimum in the two as presetting the defrosting temperature.
Further, the preset defrosting temperature is 15 ℃.
The invention introduces the temperature of the air conditioner liquid pipe to make up the defect that the temperature of the coil pipe of the air conditioner outdoor unit is only used as the defrosting ending control condition, and compares the minimum temperature value of the temperature of the air conditioner liquid pipe and the temperature of the coil pipe of the air conditioner outdoor unit with the preset defrosting temperature, wherein the preset defrosting temperature is the defrosting critical temperature obtained through a large amount of experimental data, and if the minimum temperature value is more than or equal to the preset defrosting temperature, the defrosting is completely finished; in addition, other judgment conditions are added, and if the temperature of the liquid pipe of the air conditioner or the minimum temperature value of the temperature of the coil of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is not brought to the preset defrosting temperature, the defrosting time is prolonged to defrost; the defrosting is cleaner, energy can be saved, the heating effect of the air conditioner is guaranteed, the reliability and the stability of the system are improved, and frequent reversing of the four-way valve is avoided only by software processing.

Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method of controlling defrosting of an air conditioner according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
The invention relates to an air conditioner defrosting control method, the flow chart of which is shown in figure 1, comprising the following steps:
and 104, comparing the temperature of the coil of the air-conditioning outdoor unit with a preset defrosting temperature, if the temperature of the coil of the air-conditioning outdoor unit is more than or equal to the preset defrosting temperature, exiting the defrosting mode, and otherwise, entering the step 105.
In step 101, in order to prevent the temperature misjudgment, the first preset defrosting time is 2 minutes, and may be set as needed.
In step 103 or 104, the method for obtaining the preset defrosting temperature includes: heating experiments are carried out under different indoor and outdoor working conditions, then after an outdoor unit heat exchanger frosts, the four-way valve is manually powered off, when frost is observed to be removed completely, the temperature of a liquid pipe and the temperature of an outer disc at the moment are recorded, and the minimum value of the two is used as a preset defrosting temperature; to improve the accuracy of the preset defrost temperature, a number of the above tests may also be repeated, averaging all the minima.
Wherein the optimum preset defrost temperature is 15 deg.c.
According to experiments, the effect is optimal under the conditions that the first preset defrosting time is 2 minutes and the preset defrosting temperature is 15 ℃.
The invention can finish defrosting in a short time, and can enter a heating mode more quickly after defrosting is finished, thereby providing the best experience for users; because the temperature of the coil pipe of the outdoor unit and the temperature of the liquid pipe of the outdoor unit (namely, the supercooling temperature) are judged at the same time, the minimum temperature is ensured to ensure that the defrosting is finished at the moment, and the minimum temperature ensures that the defrosting is clean and uniform, the heating is carried out at the moment, so that the heating time can be ensured to be longer than the running time when the frost is not completely removed, and the vicious circle when the frost is not completely removed can not be caused; if there is a failure in both the sensor of the coil of the outdoor unit and the sensor of the temperature (supercooling temperature) of the liquid pipe of the outdoor unit, it is also possible to determine that defrosting is finished according to the sensor where there is no damage, so that the control method ensures the reliability of long-term operation; and the invention is implemented only by software, thus avoiding frequent reversing of the four-way valve.
In conclusion, the invention can save energy while realizing cleaner defrosting, ensure the heating effect of the air conditioner, avoid frequent reversing of the four-way valve and improve the reliability and stability of the system.
