Abstract
The invention provides a fan coil assembly and an air conditioning unit. The fan coil assembly includes a surface cooler and two end plates. The both ends of surface cooler are provided with the sideboard respectively, and two end plates are fixed to be set up, and the surface cooler is installed between two end plates, and the sideboard passes through grafting structure detachable with the end plate to be connected. By applying the technical scheme of the invention, when the surface cooler needs to be cleaned, the surface cooler can be directly drawn out from between the two end plates through the inserting structure; when later need install, insert the surface cooler between two end plates through grafting structure connect fixedly can, made things convenient for the dismouting maintenance of fan coil subassembly again. Fig. 2 and 3 show an embodiment of the fan coil assembly of the present invention comprising a surface cooler 10 and two end plates 20. The both ends of surface cooler 10 are provided with sideboard 11 respectively, and two end plate 20 are fixed to be set up, and surface cooler 10 installs between two end plate 20, and sideboard 11 passes through grafting structure detachable with end plate 20 to be connected.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, when the surface air cooler 10 needs to be cleaned, the surface air cooler 10 is directly drawn out from between the two end plates 20 through the splicing structure; when later needing to install, insert surface cooler 10 between two end plates 20 through the grafting structure fixedly can, made things convenient for the dismouting maintenance of fan coil subassembly again. As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the fan coil assembly further includes a cover plate 30, the cover plate 30 covers the top of the surface cooler 10, and the cover plate 30 is detachably connected to the end plate 20. After the edge plate 11 and the end plate 20 are connected through the plug structure, the top of the surface cooler 10 and the end plate 20 are covered by the cover plate 30, so as to improve the stability of the fixed installation of the surface cooler 10. Preferably, the cover plate 30 is coupled to the top of the end plates 20, thereby enclosing the surface cooler 10 between the end plates 20.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the insertion slot 21 is formed in the end plate 20, and the plug 111 is formed in the side plate 11. More preferably, the opening of the slot 21 is inclined toward the side plate 11 with respect to the end plate 20, and the plug 111 is inclined toward the end plate 20 with respect to the side plate 11, so that the plug 111 can be more easily inserted into the opening of the slot 21.
As another alternative embodiment, the slot 21 may be formed in the side plate 11 and the plug 111 may be formed in the end plate 20. In this embodiment, the orientation of the opening of the slot 21 and the orientation of the plug 111 are opposite to those of the above-described embodiment.
Optionally, in the technical solution of this embodiment, the slot 21 is a suspension slot structure, and the plug 111 is a suspension structure.
As shown in fig. 4, as a more preferred embodiment, two limiting plates 22 are further provided on one end plate 20, and the surface cooler 10 is fitted between the two limiting plates 22. After the washing finishes, only need to aim at limiting plate 22 on the end plate 20 with the both ends of surface cooler 10 sideboard 11, from last down placing, insert slot 21 up to 4 plug connectors 111 on the sideboard 11 in, install apron 30 at last, the washing and the installation finish are dismantled to the wind dish, and the step is simple, convenient and fast.
The invention also provides an air conditioning unit which comprises the fan coil assembly. The air conditioning unit adopting the fan coil assembly is more convenient to produce and manufacture and is also convenient for maintenance work such as later-stage overhaul, cleaning and the like.
As can be seen from the above, the technical solution of the present invention achieves the following technical effects:

2. A fan coil assembly as set forth in claim 1 further comprising a cover plate (30), said cover plate (30) capping the top of said surface cooler (10) and said cover plate (30) being removably attached to said end plate (20).
3. A fan coil assembly as set forth in claim 2 wherein said cover plate (30) is attached to the top of said end plate (20).
4. A fan coil assembly according to claim 1, wherein the plug-in structure is located between the outside of the edge panel (11) and the inside of the end panel (20).
5. The fan coil assembly of claim 4, wherein the plug-in structure comprises:
an insertion groove (21) formed on one of the side plate (11) and the end plate (20);
a plug-in connector (111) formed on the other of the side plate (11) and the end plate (20);
the plug-in unit (111) is inserted into the insertion groove (21) so that the surface air cooler (10) is installed between the two end plates (20).
6. The fan coil assembly of claim 5, wherein said slots (21) are formed in said end plate (20) and said connectors (111) are formed in said edge plate (11), said slots (21) having an opening facing upward and said connectors (111) facing downward.
7. A fan coil assembly according to claim 6, wherein the opening of the slot (21) is angled towards the edge panel (11) relative to the end panel (20), and the insert (111) is angled towards the end panel (20) relative to the edge panel (11).
8. A fan coil assembly according to claim 1, wherein one of the end plates (20) is further provided with two stop plates (22), and the surface cooler (10) is fitted between the two stop plates (22).
9. The fan coil assembly of claim 8, wherein two of said retainer plates (22) are vertically disposed.
10. The fan coil assembly of claim 8, wherein the end plate (20) further defines an avoidance channel (23), and the avoidance channel (23) is used for avoiding a pipe structure at the end of the surface air cooler (10).
11. A fan coil assembly as set forth in claim 1 further comprising a drip pan (40), said end plate (20) being fixedly disposed on said drip pan (40).
12. An air conditioning unit comprising a fan coil assembly, wherein the fan coil assembly is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11.
