Background
In the process of oil exploitation and production, after long-time use, an oil well casing can be corroded and damaged to cause perforation leakage, so that oil exploitation cannot be smoothly carried out.

In view of the above, the invention provides an oil well casing leakage repairing lining pipe, which uses temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant plastic metal as an effective leakage stopping structure, and is simple and convenient to construct through the structural arrangement of the lining pipe.

As shown in the attached drawings 1-3, the leakage repairing lining pipe for the oil well casing comprises an upper sealing pipe 1, an upper sealing ring 2, a lining pipe 3, a lower sealing pipe 4, a lower sealing ring 5, a positioning slip 6, a slip seat 7 and a shearing disc 8;
the bottom end of the upper sealing pipe 1 is slidably sleeved on the inner side of the top end of the liner pipe 3;
the upper sealing ring 2 is sleeved on the outer wall of the upper sealing pipe 1, the upper sealing pipe 1 is provided with a second boss 11, the top end edge of the upper sealing ring 2 is fixed with the second boss 11 in a sealing mode, and the bottom end edge is fixed with the top end edge of the liner pipe 3 in a sealing mode;
the top end of the lower sealing pipe 4 is slidably sleeved on the inner side of the bottom end of the liner pipe 3;

the bottom end of the slip seat 7 is detachably connected with the shearing disc 8, the shearing disc 8 comprises a sleeve 81, the inner wall of the sleeve 81 is provided with an integrally arranged shearing ring 82, and the inner side of the top end of the sleeve 81 is connected with the bottom end of the slip seat 7 in a matching manner through threads;
the upper sealing ring 2 and the lower sealing ring 5 are both temperature-resistant corrosion-resistant plastic metal sealing rings.
The principle of the technical scheme is as follows: when the leakage repairing work is carried out, the oil well casing leakage repairing lining pipe is integrally sleeved outside the tension hydraulic cylinder and is put into the underground casing to the position needing leakage repairing (shown in figure 2, the opening of the side wall is the damaged position of the casing), the bottom end of the tension hydraulic cylinder is abutted against the bottom surface of the shearing ring 82 of the shearing disc 8, the tension hydraulic cylinder contracts to generate tension, under the action of the tension, the slip seat 7 and the lower sealing pipe 4 have the trend of relative displacement, after the shearing nail 9 is assembled and disconnected under the action of force, the slip seat 7 and the lower sealing pipe 4 relatively displace and drive the positioning slip 6 to move along the inclined plane bulge 42, under the expansion action of the inclined plane bulge 42, the positioning slip 6 expands to be attached to the inner wall of the casing and then clamped on the inner wall of the oil well casing (shown in figure 3), at the moment, the position of the liner pipe 3 is anchored at the designed position of the casing, and the position of, and then the tension hydraulic cylinder continues to contract to generate tension, the upper sealing pipe 1 and the lower sealing pipe 4 move oppositely, the upper sealing ring 2 and the lower sealing ring 5 are enabled to generate plastic deformation and bulge by extrusion force, then the upper sealing ring and the lower sealing ring are tightly attached to the inner wall of the oil well casing, the upper sealing ring 2 and the lower sealing ring 5 form two annular sealing strips, a sealing space (shown in an attached drawing 3) is formed by the two annular sealing strips and the liner pipe 3, an old oil well is corroded, perforated and sealed (shown in the attached drawing 3), and the purpose of leakage repairing of the oil well casing is achieved. Then the pulling force hydraulic cylinder continues to contract to generate pulling force, under the action of strong pulling force, the shearing ring 82 of the shearing disc 8 is disconnected, and the pulling force hydraulic cylinder can be lifted out of the well mouth after losing the blocking effect of the shearing ring 82, so that the plugging operation is completed.
In some specific technical schemes, the top end edge of the upper sealing ring 2 is welded with the second boss 11.
In some specific technical schemes, the edge of the bottom end of the lower sealing ring 3 is welded with a boss three 41.
The effect and principle of the technical scheme are as follows: the welding operation is simple and convenient, the cost is low and the sealing effect is good.
In some specific embodiments, the positioning slips 6 are toothed positioning slips.
The effect and principle of the technical scheme are as follows: the slip with the teeth can prevent the slip and the sleeve from sliding relatively, so that the positioning is more accurate.
In some specific technical solutions, the sidewall of the lower sealing tube 4 is further provided with a positioning shear pin 43, and an initial position of the positioning shear pin 43 is located at the top end of the inclined plane protrusion 42.
The effect and principle of the technical scheme are as follows: the positioning of the locating shear pin 43 facilitates accurate positioning during assembly.

the bottom end of the upper sealing pipe is slidably sleeved on the inner side of the top end of the liner pipe;
the upper sealing ring is sleeved on the outer wall of the upper sealing pipe, the top end edge of the upper sealing ring is relatively fixed with the upper sealing pipe in a sealing manner, and the bottom end edge of the upper sealing ring is fixed with the top end edge of the liner pipe in a sealing manner;
the top end of the lower sealing pipe is slidably sleeved on the inner side of the bottom end of the liner pipe;
the lower sealing ring is sleeved on the outer wall of the lower sealing pipe, the bottom end edge of the lower sealing ring is fixed to the lower sealing pipe in a sealing mode, and the top end edge of the lower sealing ring is fixed to the bottom end edge of the liner pipe in a sealing mode;
the bottom end of the lower sealing pipe is slidably sleeved on the outer wall of the top end of the slip seat;

7. The oil well casing leakage repair liner according to claim 1, wherein the shear disk comprises a casing having an integral shear ring disposed on an inner wall thereof, and wherein an inner side of a top end of the casing is threadedly engaged with a bottom end of the slip bowl.
8. The oil well casing leakage repair liner pipe of claim 1, wherein said lower seal pipe and said slip bowl are connected by a fitting shear pin.
9. The oil well casing leakage repair liner pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side wall of the lower seal pipe is further provided with a positioning shear pin, and the initial position of the positioning shear pin is located at the top end of the inclined plane protrusion.
10. The oil well casing leakage repair liner according to claim 1, wherein the upper seal ring and the lower seal ring are both temperature-resistant corrosion-resistant plastic metal seal rings.
