Then the pulling force hydraulic cylinder continues to contract to generate pulling force, under the action of strong pulling force, the shearing ring 82 of the shearing disc 8 is disconnected, and the pulling force hydraulic cylinder can be lifted out of the well mouth after losing the blocking effect of the shearing ring 82, so that the plugging operation is completed.
