All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments described herein without the need for inventive work, are within the scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a window opener clutch, as shown in fig. 1-4, the window opener clutch comprises a first gear 1, a second gear 2, a spindle 3 and a rolling member 4, wherein the first gear 1 and the second gear 2 are coaxially arranged through the spindle 3, a retainer 5 is further arranged in a gap between the first gear 1 and the second gear 2, a plurality of grooves 6 for placing the rolling member 4 are formed in the retainer 5, the first gear 1 is a gear with a polygonal section, a magnet 7 is further arranged between the first gear 1 and the second gear 2, and the rolling member 4 is made of a magnetic material; when the clutch is engaged, the rolling piece 4 is clamped at the polygonal edge of the first gear 1 and enables the first gear 1, the second gear 2 and the retainer 5 to rotate together; when the clutch is disengaged, the magnet 7 drives the rolling element 4 to be attracted, so that the rolling element 4 is positioned at the center of the polygonal edge, and a gap is formed between the retainer 5 and the first gear 1.
The first gear 1 is provided with a containing groove 8 for containing the magnet 7, and the inner diameter of the containing groove 8 is larger than the diameter of the magnet 7.
An opening 9 through which the accommodating groove 8 passes is formed in the holder 5, and the inner diameter of the accommodating groove 8 is smaller than that of the opening 9 in the holder 5.
The second gear 2 is provided with an accommodating groove 10 for accommodating the retainer 5, and the inner diameter of the accommodating groove 10 is larger than the diameter of the retainer 5.
The first gear 1 is an input gear, and the second gear 2 is an output gear. The input gear is connected with the output shaft of the motor in the window opener in a transmission way, and the output gear is connected with the window transmission shaft through the transmission of the gear and the gear set.
The rolling elements 4 are metal cylinders or rollers or balls. The diameter of the ball or balls is slightly larger than the width of the groove 6. So that the rolling elements 4 are outside the receiving grooves 8 on the first gear wheel 1 and inside the receiving grooves 10 on the second gear wheel 2. When the clutch rotates, the rolling piece 4 is clamped at the polygonal edge of the first gear 1, so that the first gear 1, the second gear 2 and the retainer 5 rotate together; when the clutch stops rotating, the rolling piece 4 is positioned at the center of the polygonal side of the first gear 1 under the action of the magnet 7, so that a gap is generated between the retainer 5 and the first gear 1 and the second gear 2, and the separation is completed.
Preferably, the first gear 1 is a gear having an octagonal cross section.
The magnet 7 is a cylindrical magnet 7, and a through hole 11 for the spindle 3 to pass through is formed in the cylindrical magnet 7.
The window opener clutch is only suitable for a side-opening window and is not suitable for a horizontally moving window. The installation direction of the window opener clutch is in the same plane with the rotating shaft of the window. Namely, the axial direction of the clutch is parallel to the rotating shaft of the window.
The specific application of the invention is as follows: when the clutch is engaged, the rolling elements are engaged with the polygonal side of the first gear 1, so that the first gear 1, the second gear 2 and the retainer 5 are rotated together by the friction force, the power is input from the first gear 1 and output from the second gear 2, thereby the window can rotate to achieve the opening and closing effect, when the clutch stops moving, the rolling body is attracted by the magnet 7 to enable the rolling body to be originally positioned at the end point of the polygonal side and attracted to the central position of the polygonal side (originally, the rolling body and the center of the magnet 7 are oblique line positions, and act as the shortest straight line position through the magnet 7), therefore, a gap is kept between the retainer 5 and the first gear 1, and the clutch is in a half-disengaged state (at the moment, the first gear 1 and the second gear 2 are attracted only by the attraction force of the magnet 7), so that the technical problem that the clutch cannot be automatically disengaged in the prior art can be solved.
Although the clutch is automatically disengaged, the magnet 7 is arranged between the first gear 1 and the second gear 2, so that a certain suction force can be ensured between the first gear 1 and the second gear 2, and even if the clutch is in a half-disengaged state, the effect of the suction force can ensure that the window is not blown by wind power smaller than the suction force in an opening state, so that the window has certain wind resistance. Only when the external force applied by the user is larger than the suction force, the first gear 1 is separated from the second gear 2, so that the clutch is really separated, and the second gear 2 and the first gear 1 do not rotate synchronously any more. Therefore, the window can be manually pushed to be opened so as to face the embarrassing situation that the window cannot continuously rotate after the motor is suddenly powered off.
