Abstract

Background

The other end of the inserting pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve which is communicated with the inside of the inserting pipe.

When the conductive tube starts to work, water is filled in the conductive tube, the work needed to be done firstly is grouting, electrolyte is injected into the positive electrode tube of the conductive tube, water is discharged, and if too much grouting liquid is discharged, the grouting liquid flows out, so that huge cost is generated due to waste. Generally, the pigment is added into the electrolyte, the color can be identified by the pigment identification sensor, after the electrolyte is drained, the electrolyte overflows, the color identification sensor detects the color of the electrolyte, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed, and if the color identification sensor cannot detect the color of the electrolyte, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened to continue to supply the electrolyte.
The insert tube pumps water away from the cathode tube arranged on the conductive tube, and the water passes through the branch delivery pipe, the main delivery pipe and the water pump in sequence to be drained.

one end of each branch conveying pipe 3 is communicated with the main conveying pipe 2;
one end of each inserting pipe 4 is communicated with one branch conveying pipe 3, and each branch conveying pipe 3 is connected with the inserting pipe 4; the other end of each insert pipe 4 is provided with a water pumping port.
A plurality of three-way joints (5) are arranged on the main conveying pipe (2), and each branch conveying pipe (3) is communicated with the main conveying pipe (2) through one of the three-way joints (5).
Each branch conveying pipe 3 is provided with a plurality of tee joints II 6; each inserting pipe 4 is communicated with the branch conveying pipe 3 through a second three-way joint 6.
The water pumping device of the electrochemical soft soil solidification system further comprises a positive electrode tube 7 and a negative electrode tube 8; liquid flow passages are arranged in the anode tube 7 and the cathode tube 8, and an insertion tube 4 is inserted into each liquid flow passage.
The other end of the inserting pipe 4 is provided with an electromagnetic valve 9, and the electromagnetic valve 9 is communicated with the inside of the inserting pipe 4.
The upper end of the cathode tube 8 is provided with a color recognition sensor 10.
The water pumping device of the electrochemical soft soil solidification system further comprises a controller 11, and the controller 11 is electrically connected to the water pump 1, the electromagnetic valve 9 and the color recognition sensor 10.

Generally, the pigment is added into the electrolyte, the color can be identified by the pigment identification sensor, when the electrolyte is drained, the electrolyte overflows, the color identification sensor 10 detects the color of the electrolyte, the controller 11 controls the electromagnetic valve 9 at the anode tube to be closed, and if the color identification sensor 10 cannot detect the color of the electrolyte, which indicates that the electrolyte does not overflow, the controller 11 controls the electromagnetic valve 9 to be opened to continue to supply the electrolyte.
The insert tube 4 pumps water in the cathode tube 8 arranged on the conductive tube, and the water passes through the branch delivery pipe 3, the main delivery pipe 2 and the water pump 1 in sequence to be drained.
