Still further, the rotating mechanism 25 comprises an inner gear ring 251 fixedly connected with the top of the cutting drum 24, a gear 252 engaged with the inner gear ring 251, and a second power member 253 in driving connection with the gear 252; the inner gear ring 251 is rotatably mounted on the connecting sleeve 261; the second power member 253 is mounted on the connecting sleeve 261, the gear 252 is driven to rotate by the second power member 253, and the inner gear ring 251 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the gear 252, so that the cutting drum 24 is driven to rotate. Preferably, the inner gear ring 251 is rotatably mounted on the connecting sleeve 261 through a slewing bearing, and the inner gear ring 251 is fixedly connected with the cutting cylinder 24 through a fastening bolt.
The second power member 253 is preferably a motor, and the gear 252 is driven by the motor to rotate, and the rotation of the gear 252 drives the inner gear 251 to rotate relatively, so that the inner gear 251 rotates with the cutting cylinder 24, thereby realizing the position adjustment of the second ultrasonic cutting knife 243. Preferably, the second ultrasonic cutters 243 are provided in four spaced positions on the outer side of the cutting cylinder 24, and when a foreign object is found in the borehole, the second ultrasonic cutter 243 closest to the borehole is adjusted by the rotating mechanism 25 to be aligned with the foreign object in the borehole.
Preferably, the foreign bodies in the borehole can be observed by a downhole camera.
As shown in fig. 1 and 12, the connection sleeve 261 is used for being connected with hoisting equipment, and the oil field shaft junk fishing device is lowered into the well by using the hoisting equipment and then lifted out of the well after the fishing is completed.
Further, as shown in fig. 14, a transducer 246 is mounted on the connecting plate inside the cutting cylinder 24, and the transducer 246 is used to control the operation of the first ultrasonic cutting blade 242 and the second ultrasonic cutting blade 243.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12 to 14, the lower portion of the cutting cylinder 24 is provided with a shield 262 which can be adjusted up and down along the cutting cylinder 24; the shield 262 covers the first ultrasonic cutting blade 242 and the second ultrasonic cutting blade 243; the first ultrasonic cutting blade 242 and the second ultrasonic cutting blade 243 are exposed by moving the adjustment hood 262 upward.
Preferably, the wall of the cutting cylinder 24 is provided with an adjusting opening 244, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the top of the shield 262 is provided with an inward bent snap plate 2623, the shield 262 is sleeved at the bottom of the cutting cylinder 24, the snap plate 2623 extends into the adjusting opening 244, the snap plate 2623 is supported and connected with the fourth driving member 224 with an ear plate fixed on the inner wall of the cutting cylinder 24, and the shield 262 is driven to move upward or downward by the telescopic adjustment of the fourth driving member 224.
In a preferred embodiment, the fourth driving member 224 is a jack. The jack can be a cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder. In another preferred embodiment, the fourth driving member 224 is a push rod motor, which is telescopically adjustable.
Further, as shown in fig. 15 to 17, a plurality of hinges 2621 are rotatably connected to the bottom opening 2622 of the shield 262; the hinge 2621 is disposed to be inclined toward the inside of the shield 262. The hinge 2621 is rotatably mounted on the shield 262 by a bidirectional torsion spring, so that the hinge 2621 can rotate in both directions under the action of external force, and can return automatically after the external force is removed. The bottom of protection casing 262 sets up round hinge 2621, can avoid oil field pit shaft junk fishing device to transfer or lift the in-process card through setting up hinge 2621 and hinder.

Further, as shown in fig. 9, the taper sleeve mechanism 27 includes a fixing seat 272, a fifth driving member 273 and a plurality of taper pieces 274, the fixing seat 272 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the overshot 21, the fifth driving member 273 is supported and connected between the fixing seat 272 and the taper pieces 274, and the plurality of taper pieces 274 can be butted to form a tapered cylindrical structure surrounding the overshot 21. The fifth driving member 273 can be telescopically adjusted, and the cone 274 can be moved and adjusted by telescopically adjusting the fifth driving member 273, so that the cone 274 extends outwards or retracts towards the overshot 21. The limiting plate 271 is fixedly connected to the conical sheet 274, and when the conical sheet 274 is in a retracted state, the limiting plate 271 is connected to form an annular plate and is sleeved outside the overshot 21. The taper sleeve mechanism 27 can also be adjusted by opening and closing to extrude foreign matters to two sides of the device, so that the foreign matters can be conveniently fished.
In a preferred embodiment, the fifth driving member 273 is a jack. The jack can be a cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder. In another preferred embodiment, the fifth driving member 273 is a push rod motor that is telescopically adjustable.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, an end cap 217 is connected to the top of the overshot 21, and a first power member 221 is fixedly connected to the end cap 217. The top of the rotating shaft 212 is rotatably connected to an end cap 217. Preferably, the end cap 217 is threadably connected to the overshot 21.

Claims (9)

1. An oil field shaft junk fishing device for extending into a well to fish foreign objects in drilling fluid, the oil field shaft junk fishing device comprising:
the fishing device comprises a fishing barrel which is hollow inside and closed at two ends, wherein the lower part of the fishing barrel is provided with a plurality of fishing ports;
the rotary shaft can be rotatably arranged in the overshot, and a helical blade is arranged on the rotary shaft;
the first power piece is arranged on the overshot and is in driving connection with the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is driven to rotate by the first power piece and drives the helical blade to rotate together, so that the drilling fluid and foreign matters enter the overshot from the fishing opening, and the foreign matters entering the overshot move upwards along with the rotation of the helical blade and are stored in the overshot; and
the jacket mechanism is sleeved on the lower part of the fishing barrel and can be opened and closed and adjusted, the jacket mechanism is arranged corresponding to the fishing opening, and foreign matters at the fishing opening can be clamped by opening and closing and adjusting the jacket mechanism; the cutting barrel is sleeved on the fishing barrel and the jacket mechanism and is provided with a bottom opening;
a plurality of first ultrasonic cutting knives are arranged at the bottom of the cutting cylinder, and the first ultrasonic cutting knives are arranged in an inclined manner towards the inner side of the bottom opening;
the second driving piece is installed between the top of the cutting barrel and the top of the overshot, the overshot is driven to move downwards by the second driving piece and stretch out from the bottom opening of the cutting barrel or the overshot is driven to move upwards and retract into the cutting barrel from the bottom opening of the cutting barrel, and in the process that the overshot moves vertically, the first ultrasonic cutting knife can cut foreign matters clamped by the clamping sleeve mechanism and positioned outside the clamping sleeve mechanism.
2. The oilfield wellbore junk fishing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the collet mechanism comprises a mount mounted on an outside of the overshot, a plurality of first drives mounted on the mount, and a blade connected to the first drives;
the first driving piece drives the barrel piece to extend towards the direction far away from the overshot so that the jacket mechanism is in an open state or retract towards the direction close to the overshot so that the jacket mechanism is in a closed state, and when the jacket mechanism is in the closed state, the barrel piece is butted to form a barrel-shaped structure for surrounding the overshot.

The oilfield wellbore junk fishing device of claim 1, wherein the lower portion of the cutting barrel further comprises a plurality of second ultrasonic cutters disposed adjacent to the first ultrasonic cutters, the second ultrasonic cutters being disposed in an inclined manner toward the outer side of the cutting barrel;

5. The oilfield wellbore junk fishing device of claim 4, wherein the rotation mechanism comprises an internal gear fixedly connected to the top of the cutting drum, a gear engaged with the internal gear, a second power member drivingly connected to the gear;
the inner gear ring can be rotatably arranged on the connecting sleeve;
the second power part is arranged on the connecting sleeve, the gear is driven to rotate by the second power part, and the inner gear ring is driven to rotate by the rotation of the gear, so that the cutting cylinder is driven to rotate.
