Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of oil tank cleaning, and particularly relates to a crude oil deposited oil sand resistance-reducing rotary flushing-floating device.
Background
In each large oil field, the large-tank sedimentation desanding device is more widely used, but solid particles such as a large amount of silt carried by oil-water mixture settle to the bottom of the tank by means of gravity, and the solid particles are deposited to a certain degree, so that the separation efficiency of the sedimentation tank is seriously influenced, and the problem of relative reduction of the tank volume and the like occurs, so that the sand must be cleaned in time.
In order to solve the problem, the tank can only be manually fed into the tank for cleaning after being stopped periodically, and the tank is cleaned by adopting a method of manually flushing the tank with high pressure water after the tank is reversed when the settling tank is cleaned, and the sand removing method has the following defects:
1. because sand in the oil in the tank can be deposited in the oil storage tank, the sand level is increased after a long time, and the effective space of the storage tank is seriously occupied.
2. Because sand in the oil in the tank can be deposited in the oil storage tank, if not removed in time, the quality of purified oil can be influenced, and the difficulty is brought to the sewage treatment of the next procedure.
3. Because of the sand in the fluid in the jar can deposit in the oil storage tank, can have partial sand to get into the defeated flow of collection simultaneously, cause the wearing and tearing of other equipment, influence normal production when serious.
