Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, in particular to a pressure-sensitive heat-sealing adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The protective clothing adhesive tape in the market is generally formed by combining a base material/a base film/base cloth with a hot melt adhesive, and when the protective clothing adhesive tape is used, the protective clothing adhesive tape can be sealed only by heating to more than 300 ℃ by using an air heater at a speed of 8-15m/min and pressurizing and heat-sealing; can not be used quickly and at low temperature. Pressure-sensitive adhesives on the market are generally rarely used as heat-sealing tapes and are substantially incapable of resisting 60 ℃ aging and of being over-sterilized. Therefore, the heat-seal tapes on the market today have the common problems: the sealing can be realized only by heating and pressurizing through a hot air blower; the glue cannot be used quickly and at low temperature, the operation temperature is high, and the glue pressing speed is low.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the pressure-sensitive heat-sealing adhesive tape which can resist 60 ℃ damp-heat aging, resist ethylene oxide sterilization and can be used quickly at low temperature.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a preparation method of a pressure-sensitive heat-sealing adhesive tape comprises the following steps:
(1) thermally compounding the polyurethane waterproof coating on the base cloth to obtain a cloth base material;
(2) uniformly mixing the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive and the closed latent curing agent at 25-30 ℃ to obtain a mixture;
(3) and (3) coating the mixture obtained in the step (2) on the side, containing the waterproof coating, of the cloth base material obtained in the step (1) to obtain the pressure-sensitive heat-sealing adhesive tape.
The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is matched with the closed latent curing agent, wherein the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is separately provided by the invention and is prepared by the formula of the invention; and a creative application method of adding the latent curing agent again in the glue pressing process, and the matching of all the methods obtains the pressure-sensitive heat-sealing adhesive tape which can resist 60 ℃ of damp-heat aging and epoxy ethane sterilization and can be used quickly at low temperature.
Preferably, in the mixture obtained in the step (2), the weight ratio of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive to the blocked latent curing agent is as follows: hot-melting the pressure-sensitive adhesive: blocked latent curing agent 80-130: 0.01-0.1.
Preferably, the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-130 parts of resin type pressure-sensitive adhesive, 0.01-1.5 parts of curing agent and 0.01-0.4 part of antioxidant;
the inventor finds out through a large number of creative experiments that: the adhesive tape has certain initial viscosity, good adhesion, water resistance, permeability resistance, low temperature resistance and cold resistance to protective clothing; the adhesive property of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape to protective clothing can be greatly improved by combining the use of the curing agent, and the high temperature resistance, sterilization resistance and weather resistance of the adhesive tape are improved; therefore, the collocation of the resin type pressure sensitive adhesive, the curing agent and the antioxidant is selected to form the specific hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive.
Further preferably, the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of resin type pressure-sensitive adhesive, 0.05-1.0 part of curing agent and 0.05-0.2 part of antioxidant.
More preferably, the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of resin type pressure-sensitive adhesive, 0.8 part of curing agent and 0.1 part of antioxidant.
Preferably, the resin type pressure-sensitive adhesive is a mixture of polyurethane modified polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive and styrene type pressure-sensitive adhesive, wherein the weight ratio of the polyurethane modified polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive to the styrene type pressure-sensitive adhesive is as follows: polyurethane modified polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive: 70-100:10-30 of styrene pressure-sensitive adhesive;
the inventor finds out through a large amount of creative research that: the more the usage of the styrene pressure-sensitive adhesive, the greater the initial viscosity of the adhesive tape, the more beneficial to the initial bonding, but the more the usage of the styrene pressure-sensitive adhesive, the worse temperature resistance, the worse sterilization resistance and the worse weather resistance of the adhesive tape; the more the main amount of the polyurethane modified polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive and the curing agent are matched, the better the temperature resistance, sterilization resistance and weather resistance of the adhesive tape are.
The curing agent is a hydroxyl acrylic resin curing agent; the antioxidant is at least one of antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 1076 and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol.
Preferably, the hydroxy acrylic resin curing agent is at least one of aliphatic amine curing agent, alicyclic amine curing agent and low molecular polyamide.
Further preferably, the weight ratio of the polyurethane modified polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive to the styrene pressure-sensitive adhesive is as follows: polyurethane modified polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive: styrene pressure sensitive adhesive 80: 20.
Preferably, the polyurethane modified polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive is HS1061 or HS1622, and the styrene pressure-sensitive adhesive is at least one of 1212YN, 108, 1203S and 1655; wherein, the polyurethane modified polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive is commercially available and purchased from Guangzhou Huishi technology Co., Ltd; the styrene-based pressure sensitive adhesives are commercially available and purchased from Guangdong Tao New materials science and technology GmbH.
Preferably, the blocked latent curing agent is a blocked isocyanate curing agent, wherein the blocked isocyanate curing agent is at least one of YL-3175SN, YL-3175, Yingda Gusasa B1358A and Bartonne Trixene BI 7982.
YL-3175SN and YL-3175 are commercially available from JIALO CHEMICAL; the antioxidant 1010, the antioxidant 1076 and the 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol are all commercially available and purchased from Kyon chemical Co., Ltd.
The invention creatively uses the closed latent curing agent in the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape to ensure that the adhesive tape has the following latency: under the condition of normal temperature, the closed latent curing agent does not participate in reaction within a short time (15 days), the adhesive tape does not react with moisture in the air or the bonded material protective clothing, and has a conventional use function, but the closed curing agent releases active NCO groups to react with the protective clothing fabric to form cross-linked and stable chemical bonds with the time of prolonging (for example, more than 1 month) or heating the adhesive tape to 70-150 ℃, so that the temperature resistance and sterilization resistance of the adhesive tape to the fabric are improved.
Preferably, the blocked isocyanate curing agent is a mixture of YL-3175 and Yingchuanggusa B1358A, wherein the weight ratio of YL-3175 to Yingchuanggusa B1358A is as follows: YL-3175: yingchuangdinggsa B1358A is 1-3: 1-2.
Further preferably, the weight ratio of YL-3175 and Yingchuanggsa B1358A is 1: 2.
In addition, the invention also provides the pressure-sensitive heat-sealing adhesive tape prepared by the preparation method of the pressure-sensitive heat-sealing adhesive tape.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the pressure-sensitive heat-sealing adhesive tape provided by the invention can be directly pressed at the temperature of below 100 ℃ without being used at high temperature, and meanwhile, the pressure-sensitive heat-sealing adhesive tape provided by the invention is high in use speed and can reach the speed of 20-30 meters per minute.

As can be seen from tables 6 and 7, the tapes for protective clothing prepared without urethane-modified polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive or without blocking curing agent or the curing agent type not according to the present invention (such as comparative examples 2, 3, 4, 5) and without the blending ratio range have poor sterilization resistance, while the tapes prepared without styrene pressure-sensitive adhesive have high sterilization resistance, but have high temperature, slow speed and relatively poor water permeability resistance. The pressure-sensitive heat-sealing adhesive tape can be directly pressed at 30-100 ℃ without being used at high temperature, simultaneously has high use speed which can reach 20-30 meters per minute, and the manufactured product has better ethylene oxide sterilization resistance and water impermeability.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
