Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to a road surface luminous marking paint, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly water-based road surface luminous marking paint and a production process thereof.
Background
The existing self-luminous coating is applied to traffic signs, city beautification and the like. However, the existing self-luminous paint generally has the defects of adhesive force, flexibility, wear resistance, environmental pollution and weak weather resistance, and a coating film sprayed on the surface of an iron plate or a wood plate as a traffic sign for traffic warning at night is easy to crack and fall off when exposed to sunlight or rain for a long time, particularly the coating film on a bent part and the like is easy to fall off, and the existing self-luminous paint is not environment-friendly due to the component problems of the existing paint.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the water-based road surface luminous marking paint with strong adhesive force, good flexibility, high wear resistance, environmental protection and strong weather resistance and the production process thereof.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme of the invention is that,
an aqueous luminous road marking paint comprises
30% of pure acrylic acid quick-drying emulsion;
20% of deionized water;
0.2% of a dispersant;
0.1% of wetting agent;
0.2% of a pH regulator;
0.3% of hydroxyethyl cellulose with 10 ten thousand molecular weight;
20 percent of 600-mesh calcium powder;
spontaneous light is separated by 30%;
0.3 to 0.5 percent of thickening agent;
0.3 percent of preservative.
Furthermore, the pure acrylic acid is prepared by a special polymerization process, and spherical liquid drops are uniformly dispersed in a water phase.
Furthermore, the pure acrylic acid is polymerized by a special polymerization process (mainly acrylic monomers are polymerized by adopting an emulsion polymerization mode).
Further, the dispersant is a low molecular weight carboxylate dispersant.
Further, the wetting agent is polyether modified organic silicon wetting agent.
Further, the thickener is a polyurethane associative thickener.
Further, the pH regulator is an amine pH regulator.
Further, the preservative is sodium benzoate.
A production process of a water-based road surface luminous marking paint comprises
Sequentially adding the materials according to the formula sequence at a rotating speed of 1-5 r/min for 10 minutes;
adding the mixture into the paint at the rotating speed of 6 r/min, and stirring for 10 minutes until the cellulose is dispersed and dissolved uniformly in the paint;
adding 7-8 of the mixture under high-speed stirring at the rotating speed of 1000r/min for 15 minutes, wherein the temperature cannot exceed 45 ℃;
slowly adding the mixture into the reactor under the condition of low-speed stirring, and packaging and warehousing after 10 minutes.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the water-based pavement luminous marking paint has strong adhesive force, good flexibility, high wear resistance, environmental protection and strong weather resistance.
