A virus handling system for an elevator car, comprising a car (1); the elevator car is characterized in that a supporting plate (4) is arranged at the top of the inner side of the car (1), and a first motor (5) is arranged on the upper side of the supporting plate (4); an output shaft of the first motor (5) is connected with a transmission (6); an output shaft of the speed changer (6) is connected with a threaded rod (7); a disinfection mechanism (8) is arranged on the threaded rod (7); a guide plate (10) is arranged on the inner side of the car (1); the guide plate (10) is provided with a guide groove (11); the guide plate (10) is positioned on one side of the threaded rod (7); one end of the disinfection mechanism (8) is connected with the guide groove (11); a disinfection lamp (3) is arranged on the lower side of the supporting plate (4); the disinfection mechanism (8) comprises a connecting plate (13) and a sprayer (14); the sprayer (14) is connected with one end of the connecting plate (13); a guide post (12) is arranged at one end of the connecting plate (13) far away from the sprayer (14); the guide post (13) is contacted with the guide groove (11); a threaded hole is formed in the center of the connecting plate (13), the threaded rod (7) penetrates through the threaded hole, and the guide post (12) comprises a connecting rod and a ball body; the ball body is connected with the connecting plate (13) through a connecting rod; the track of the guide groove (11) is of a sine function structure, the cross section of the guide groove (11) is of a circular structure shape, and the guide groove is matched with the sphere.
