When the rain stops, the rainwater gathered in the detection barrel 19 completely flows through the water flowing port 21, the first pressure sensor 22 cannot sense the gravity and feeds back signals to the PLC 23, at the moment, the PLC 23 sends an instruction to control the electromagnet 10 to be electrified and magnetic, the electromagnet 10 is electrified and magnetic to attract with the magnet screen 12, so that the water absorption ball 9 positioned in the middle is extruded, after the rainwater in the water absorption ball 9 is extruded, the hollow plate 24 is closest to the magnet screen 12 and contacts with the second pressure sensor 25, so that the second pressure sensor 25 feeds back signals to the PLC 23, the PLC 23 sends an instruction to enable the electromagnet 10 to be powered off, then the electromagnet 10 and the magnet screen 12 are not magnetic, at the moment, the weight of the electromagnet 10, the water absorption ball 9, the magnet screen 12 and the rain shielding plate is smaller than that of the weight distribution block 8, and therefore the weight distribution block 8 moves down and is separated from the pressure switch, the PLC controller 23 is then powered down. The electromagnet 10, the water absorption ball 9, the magnet screen 12 and the rain shield move up to the initial position, the opening of the garbage can 4 is exposed, and garbage is thrown conveniently.
When raining, the rain shielding plate 2 covers the opening of the garbage can 4, and at the moment, garbage needs to be thrown away, the pedal 15 is stepped downwards by feet, so that the gas in the cylinder 13 is compressed, the piston rod 14 moves upwards, the rain shielding plate 2 is jacked up to expose the opening of the garbage can 4, and at the moment, the garbage can be thrown into the garbage can 4. After the garbage is thrown, the foot is opened, the piston rod 14 moves downwards to the initial position under the gravity of the rain shielding plate 2 and the water absorption ball 9, and the rain shielding plate 2 continuously covers the opening of the garbage can 4.
The electric network 18 can attract mosquitoes and other insects in the garbage bin 4 or on the periphery, then the mosquitoes and other insects are electrocuted, the mosquitoes and other insects after electrocution directly fall into the garbage bin 4, and the electric network 18 can play a role in killing mosquitoes and cleaning the environment.
