Detailed Description
The following describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 7-11 and 14, in the anti-theft eye-splice of the present embodiment, in the components of the anti-theft eye-splice 1, one end of the press shell 1i and the elastic band 1a are clamped on the special-shaped eye-splice 1b by means of an aluminum rivet, the special-shaped eye-splice 1b is tightly hooked inside two feet above the eye-splice housing 1c, the inside of the two feet above the eye-splice housing 1c is the eye-splice bottom cover 1d, and the eye-splice housing 1c and the eye-splice bottom cover 1d are fixed on the front side rectangular plate 2 by four screws; the umbrella handle of the umbrella-shaped seal 1e moves in the groove of the eye-splice bottom cover 1d, and the umbrella surface of the umbrella-shaped seal 1e moves in the groove of the eye-splice shell 1 c; manually placing an umbrella-shaped seal 1e, and when the special-shaped insert buckle 1b pushes downwards to enable the umbrella-shaped seal 1e to be in place, the special-shaped elastic rod in the middle of the special-shaped insert buckle 1b bends upwards to pass through an umbrella handle of the umbrella-shaped seal 1e and a thin rod of an umbrella cover, as shown in fig. 11, a step pin shaft 1g is fixed on an insert buckle shell 1c, a bending blade knife 1f rotates on the step pin shaft 1g, the rebound rubber 1h locally adhered on the insert buckle shell 1c enables the bending blade knife 1f to be reset to a limiting state (also a shearing state), and in the limiting state, the curved knife back of the bending blade knife 1f enables the bending blade knife 1f not to rotate clockwise so as to shear and break the thin rod in the middle of the umbrella-shaped seal 1 e; when the box is loaded in a solid state, the umbrella-shaped seal 1e is arranged at one time, the bending knife 1f overcomes the elastic force of the rebound rubber 1h and rotates anticlockwise in the installation process of the umbrella-shaped seal 1e as shown in fig. 14, and in the process of pressing and pulling the special-shaped insert buckle 1b during the box opening, the left side of the special-shaped elastic rod in the middle of the special-shaped insert buckle 1b is abutted against the special-shaped elastic rod without bending, so that the umbrella-shaped seal 1e is cut off by upward movement.
As shown in fig. 12-13, one end of the umbrella-shaped seal 1e is an umbrella surface in a regular pentagonal prism shape, a circular shape, an oval shape, a polygonal shape or a special-shaped shape, the other end is a cylindrical umbrella handle, the umbrella handle is parallel to the umbrella surface, a thin rod is vertically connected between the umbrella handle and the umbrella surface, and anti-counterfeiting convex or concave patterns or characters are arranged on the outer surface of the umbrella surface; the special-shaped elastic rod in the middle of the special-shaped insert buckle 1b moves upwards, so that the umbrella cover and the external thin rod fall out after the thin rod of the umbrella-shaped seal 1e is cut off, and the umbrella handle and the internal thin rod continue to move upwards and are taken out by the special-shaped elastic rod in the middle of the special-shaped insert buckle 1 b.
As shown in fig. 1, the foldable box with an integrated airbag and box board for replacing a small corrugated box of the present embodiment comprises six panels, namely a front side panel, a rear side panel, an upper cover plate, a lower bottom plate, a left side panel and a right side panel; the upper cover plate and the lower bottom plate are both formed by sticking a single-sided air bag 5 containing a plurality of air bag units on the horizontal plane of the upper and lower rectangular plates 4 and sticking a long single-sided air bag 3 of one air bag unit on the vertical plane of the upper and lower rectangular plates 4; as shown in FIG. 2, the front panel is constructed such that a long single-sided airbag 3 including a plurality of airbag units is horizontally attached to the front gusset 2, and a short single-sided airbag 9 of one airbag unit is vertically attached to the other vertical surface of the front gusset 2; the structure of the rear side plate is that a long single-sided air bag 3 containing a plurality of air bag units is horizontally pasted on a rear side straight angle plate 6, and a short single-sided air bag 9 of one air bag unit is vertically pasted on the other vertical surface of the rear side straight angle plate 6; as shown in FIG. 2, the left and right side plates are each configured by attaching a short single-sided airbag 9 including a plurality of airbag units to the inner side surfaces of the left and right side plates 8. The single-sided airbag may be a single-sided bubble film.
Similar to the soft membrane tissue of soft connection among the sections of cavity animals such as centipedes, shrimps and the like, the connection among the box boards is a wide membrane cloth tape 7 or a narrow membrane cloth tape 10 of high-strength membranes, cloth and woven tapes;
as shown in fig. 1-3, narrow film cloth belts 10 are stuck on the front outer side lower surfaces of the front side right-angle plates 2 of the front side plate and the front lower side horizontal surfaces of the upper and lower right-angle plates 4 of the lower bottom plate, and the front side plate and the lower bottom plate are flexibly connected together through the narrow film cloth belts 10; the lower end of a wide film cloth belt 7 is adhered to vertical surfaces of an upper right-angle plate 4 and a lower right-angle plate 4 of a lower bottom plate, the wide film cloth belt 7 with a square hole in the middle is wound outside a rear side plate, the upper end of the wide film cloth belt 7 is adhered to horizontal surfaces of the upper right-angle plate 4 and the lower right-angle plate 4 of an upper cover plate, and the wide film cloth belt 7 directly flexibly connects the lower bottom plate and the upper cover plate together when the rear side plate is skipped; an elastic band 1a of the anti-theft eye-splice 1 is pasted on the front upper surface of an upper right-angle plate 4 and a lower right-angle plate 4 of an upper cover plate, two countersunk head screws simultaneously fix an eye-splice shell 1c and an eye-splice bottom cover 1d of the anti-theft eye-splice 1 on the right-angle plate 2 at the front side, the other two countersunk head screws directly fix the eye-splice shell 1c of the anti-theft eye-splice 1 on the right-angle plate 2 at the front side, and the final anti-theft box sealing is realized by the anti-theft eye-splice 1; as shown in fig. 24-26, the two ends of the diagonal line of the inner side surfaces of the upper and lower right-angle plates 4 of the upper cover plate and the lower bottom plate are respectively provided with a cuboid boss for limiting the outer wrapping positions of the two narrow film cloth belts 10 of the four side plates of the operation box; as shown in fig. 2, the narrow film cloth tape 10 at the upper left corner wraps the outside, the narrow film cloth tape 10 is respectively stuck on the outer surfaces of the left and right side plates 8 of the rear side straight angle plate 6 and the right side plate, the narrow film cloth tape 10 at the lower right corner wraps the outside, the narrow film cloth tape 10 is respectively stuck on the outer surfaces of the left and right side plates 8 of the front side straight angle plate 2 and the left side plate, the narrow film cloth tape 10 at the upper right corner wraps the inside, the narrow film cloth tape 10 is respectively stuck in the inner surface grooves of the left and right side plates 8 of the front side straight angle plate 2 and the right side plate, the narrow film cloth tape 10 at the lower left corner wraps the inside, the narrow film cloth tape 10 is respectively stuck in the inner surface grooves of the left and right side plates.
The only differences between the front side gusset 2 and the rear side gusset 6 are: compared with the rear side straight angle plate 6, two rectangular hollowed holes are omitted in the middle of the front side straight angle plate 2, and the middle part of the front side straight angle plate 2 is used for installing the anti-theft eye-splice 1.
The upper cover plate and the front side plate are respectively provided with an RFID small label 11, or the upper cover plate and the left side plate are respectively provided with an RFID small label 11, or the upper cover plate and the right side plate are respectively provided with an RFID small label 11, or the front side plate and the left side plate are respectively provided with an RFID small label 11, or the front side plate and the right side plate are respectively provided with an RFID small label 11. Compared with an express paper bill, the two ultrahigh-frequency RFID tags 11 remotely mounted on the mutually perpendicular box surfaces have the advantages of better automation and informatization effects, higher reliability, longer short-range detection distance and higher positioning accuracy.
The empty box folding state of the box body shown in figures 4-6 is structurally characterized in that: become a planar preceding curb plate, left side board and become a planar right side board, posterior lateral plate folding together, upper cover plate and lower plate folding together, four L shape structures of upper and lower right-angle board 4, front side straight angle board 2 and rear side straight angle board 6 of upper cover plate and lower plate to and the frame construction that the lock situation of the theftproof eye-splice 1 of not installing disposable umbrella-type seal 1e formed, guaranteed that the gasbag of inlayer can not receive the compression damage in the transportation of folding empty case.
Rectangular hollow holes and convex reinforcing ribs are respectively arranged on the six panels, and the measures for lightening the box board and improving the rigidity are taken.
For light weight, the material of the six panels is a metal material or a nonmetal material, wherein the metal material is an aluminum alloy, a magnesium alloy or an aluminum magnesium alloy, and the nonmetal material is an impact-resistant thermosetting plastic, a thermoplastic or a hard rubber.

The glue for pasting is hot-melt glue, so that the damaged parts and the new parts can be conveniently detached and replaced after the drying oven is heated and dissolved.
Different from the disposable thin-wall plastic film air bags used at present, the long single-side air bag 3, the single-side air bag 5 and the short single-side air bag 9 are thick-wall plastic films or sealed airtight textiles, and have higher strength and longer service life.
