Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for compressing wedge-shaped paddings on a docking block, wherein the method for compressing comprises the following steps: step one, two wedge-shaped skids are stacked up and down and then placed on a docking block; secondly, drawing scale marks in the vertical direction on the two wedge-shaped skids respectively; placing compression cushion blocks at two ends of the wedge-shaped skid, fixing two sides of the compression cushion blocks at the two ends through a T-shaped flower basket, and placing a hydraulic oil cylinder between one compression cushion block and the wedge-shaped skid; adjusting the T-shaped flower basket to fix the hydraulic oil cylinder between the pressing cushion block and the wedge-shaped skid; and fifthly, the hydraulic oil cylinder works to push the wedge-shaped skid to be not moved to the relative position of the scale marks of the upper wedge-shaped skid and the lower wedge-shaped skid, and the wedge-shaped skid is pressed to be finished.
