Abstract
A method and a device for automatically updating and maintaining a rail transit signal system are disclosed, wherein a corresponding list of signal equipment and an updating tool is established by an equipment management module, the equipment management module monitors an updating request and updating contents of a system maintenance platform in real time, configuration and mirror image data to be updated are stored in an equipment resource pool in a server module in real time, and the equipment management module controls the server module to automatically update the signal equipment by adopting the updating tool corresponding to the signal equipment in an updating tool pool when the updating condition is met and the signal equipment is in non-operation time. The invention automatically staggers the operation time of the signal equipment, automatically updates the signal equipment in idle time, has flexible operation and high accuracy, reduces manual intervention, improves upgrading efficiency and reduces labor cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automatic updating and maintaining method and device for a rail transit signal system.
Background
In the operation process of the rail transit signal equipment, the system needs to be replaced and upgraded in time according to new requirements of customers and found problems, so that the service cycle of the equipment is prolonged. For the rail transit signal equipment which is put into operation, the problems of scattered equipment layout, large quantity, complex deployment items, remote places and the like exist. Therefore, it is often time consuming and labor intensive to perform local upgrade maintenance for such devices.
Many industry manufacturers provide strategies for on-line and batch upgrading of rail transit signal equipment, and upgrading efficiency is improved. Due to the operational specificity of signal system equipment, there is often a strict limit to the "window time" reserved for equipment update deployment. Therefore, it is usually necessary for maintenance personnel to perform the upgrading work in the midnight time period, which is very inconvenient. The operation under the fatigue state of personnel easily causes upgrading failure, so that the system can not finish upgrading within a limited time, and subsequent operation is influenced.

The invention aims to provide an automatic updating and maintaining method and device for a rail transit signal system, which can automatically stagger the operation time of signal equipment, automatically update the signal equipment in idle time, have flexible operation and high accuracy, reduce manual intervention, improve the updating efficiency and reduce the labor cost.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides an automatic updating and maintaining device of a rail transit signal system, which comprises an equipment management module and a server module, wherein the equipment management module and the server module are connected with each signal device through an Ethernet switch, and the equipment management module is in wireless communication with a system maintenance platform;
the device management module is stored with a corresponding list of signal devices and updating tools and a device running time list;
the server module is stored with an updating tool library and an equipment resource pool, the updating tool library is used for storing all the updating tools of the signal equipment and a corresponding list of the updating tools and the version information thereof, and the equipment resource pool is used for storing configuration and/or mirror image data of the signal equipment and a corresponding list of the configuration and/or mirror image and the version information thereof.
The corresponding list of signal devices and update tools at least comprises: device number, device status, and corresponding update tools.
The corresponding list of the updating tool and the version information thereof at least comprises: the name of the update tool, the current version information of the update tool and the latest version information of the update tool.
The configuration and/or image of the signal device and the corresponding list of version information thereof at least comprise: the configuration and/or image name of the signal device, current version information of the configuration and/or image, and latest version information of the configuration and/or image.
The automatic updating and maintaining device of the rail transit signal system is realized by adopting a linear replaceable unit board card.
The invention also provides an automatic updating and maintaining method of the rail transit signal system, which comprises the following steps: the equipment management module establishes a corresponding list of the signal equipment and the updating tool, monitors the updating request and the updating content of the system maintenance platform in real time, stores the configuration and the mirror image data to be updated into an equipment resource pool in the server module in real time, and controls the server module to automatically update the signal equipment by adopting the updating tool corresponding to the signal equipment in the updating tool pool when the updating condition is met and the signal equipment is in the non-operation time.
The update condition includes:
the communication of the signal equipment to be updated is normal;
the configuration of the corresponding signal equipment or the version of the mirror image in the equipment resource pool in the server module is upgraded;
the updating tool in the updating tool library in the server module runs normally;
the above-mentioned update conditions must be satisfied simultaneously.
And the equipment management module selects the non-operation time of the signal equipment according to the equipment operation time list acquired from the system maintenance platform.
The device management module updates the local time according to a clock server in the system maintenance station.
And the system maintenance desk updates the updating tool in the updating tool library in real time.
The invention has the following advantages:
the access to the version and the state of the updating tool is designed, the special updating tool can be appointed for different signal devices, the updating tool can be upgraded according to conditions, and the accuracy of the updating process is ensured.
The equipment running time list for downloading the signal equipment through the system maintenance platform is designed, the updating time can be reserved according to the actual condition of the field signal equipment, manual intervention is reduced, upgrading efficiency is improved, and labor cost is reduced.
The updating maintenance device can be designed as a component of a system maintenance platform or directly used as a linear replaceable unit card (LRU) to be placed in an equipment cage, does not need to provide extra space and has operation flexibility.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
The invention provides a method and a device for automatically updating and maintaining a rail transit signal system, which can upload contents to be updated to a server at ordinary times, and automatically perform system upgrade on equipment in a non-operation period according to a window time period of equipment operation. The upgrade content includes kernel software or configuration files of the device, and the upgrade item may be a part of the device or the entire device.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, an automatic update maintenance apparatus for a rail transit signal system is provided, which includes a device management module 1 and a server module 2, where the device management module 1 and the server module 2 are connected to respective signal devices 5 through an ethernet switch 3, and the device management module 1 is in wireless communication with a system maintenance station 4.
The device management module 1 collects the communication status of the signal device 5, and establishes a corresponding list of the signal device and the update tool (e.g., the interlock device and the train control device correspond to their respective upgrade tools), that is, an update tool-device list, where the list includes the device number, the device status, and the corresponding update tool. The device management module 1 downloads the device running time list of the system maintenance platform 4, and acquires local time information according to the clock server. The device management module 1 monitors the update request and the update content of the system maintenance platform 4, and stores the configuration and the mirror image data to be updated into the device resource pool in the server module 2. The device management module 1 staggers the operation time of the signal device and controls the server module 2 to automatically update the signal device 5.
The server module 2 has an update tool library for storing corresponding lists of update tools and version information thereof of all the signal devices 5, and a device resource pool for storing corresponding lists of configurations and/or images of the signal devices and version information thereof. The server module 2 performs automatic update operation on the signal device 5 by using an update tool in an update tool library under the control of the device management module 1.
The maintainer uploads the content to be updated to the server module 2 through the device management module 1 at ordinary times, the operation time of the signal device 5 is automatically staggered, the signal device 5 is automatically updated at idle time, the workload of the maintainer can be greatly reduced, and the updated condition can be uploaded to the system maintenance platform 4 in real time.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, an automatic update maintenance method for a rail transit signal system is provided, which includes the following steps:
step S1, after the automatic updating maintenance device is started, the equipment management module establishes a corresponding list of signal equipment and an updating tool, and the equipment management module establishes connection with the server module;
step S2, the device management module is in communication connection with a system maintenance platform (clock server) to update the communication state;
step S3, the device management module checks the communication state, if the communication is abnormal, the step S2 is returned, if the communication is normal, the step S4 is carried out;
step S4, the device management module updates the local time according to the clock server and downloads the device running time list provided by the system maintenance platform;
step S5, the device management module obtains the version of the update tool in the update tool library in the server module, and allocates a buffer area in the server module to establish a device resource pool;
step S6, the server module obtains the configuration data of the signal device, extracts the configuration and/or image data version and software version information in the configuration data and/or image data version and the like, stores the information in the device resource pool, and the device management module generates an update tool-device list; the equipment management module monitors an update request and update content of a system maintenance platform, stores configuration and mirror image data to be updated into an equipment resource pool in the server module, extracts version information in the configuration and mirror image data and updates latest version information in the equipment resource pool;
step S7, check whether the following update conditions are satisfied:
1. the operation time of the signal equipment to be updated is passed, and the signal equipment enters an idle time period;
2. the communication of the signal equipment to be updated is normal;
3. the configuration of the corresponding signal equipment or the version of the mirror image in the equipment resource pool in the server module is upgraded;
4. the updating tool in the updating tool library in the server module runs normally;
if the update condition is not satisfied, returning to step S6 to check if there is a new item to be updated, if the update condition is satisfied, proceeding to step S8;
step S8, after the four conditions are all satisfied, starting an updating process, sending an updating command to the appointed signal equipment by the server module, and executing an updating task by the updating tool;
step S9, updating the version number in the equipment resource pool, monitoring whether the upgrading process is successful or not by the equipment management module, if so, performing step S10, and if not, performing step S11;
step S10, if the content of the device resource pool has been updated successfully, that is, the current version is consistent with the latest version, indicating that the upgrade process is successful, the method returns to step S5 to check whether there is a new update request;
step S11, the update process exception requires displaying the exception result to the system maintenance platform.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following innovation points and beneficial effects:
the access to the version and the state of the updating tool is designed, the special updating tool can be appointed for different signal devices, the updating tool can be upgraded by a system maintenance desk according to the situation, and the accuracy of the updating process is ensured.
The equipment running time list for downloading the signal equipment through the system maintenance platform is designed, the updating time can be reserved according to the actual condition of the field signal equipment, manual intervention is reduced, upgrading efficiency is improved, and labor cost is reduced.

An automatic updating and maintaining device of a rail transit signal system is characterized by comprising an equipment management module and a server module, wherein the equipment management module and the server module are connected with each signal device through an Ethernet switch, and the equipment management module is in wireless communication with a system maintenance platform;
the device management module is stored with a corresponding list of signal devices and updating tools and a device running time list;
the server module is stored with an updating tool library and an equipment resource pool, the updating tool library is used for storing all the updating tools of the signal equipment and a corresponding list of the updating tools and the version information thereof, and the equipment resource pool is used for storing configuration and/or mirror image data of the signal equipment and a corresponding list of the configuration and/or mirror image and the version information thereof.
2. The automatic update maintenance device for rail transit signal system according to claim 1, wherein the corresponding list of signal devices and update tools at least comprises: device number, device status, and corresponding update tools.
3. The automatic update maintenance device of a rail transit signal system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the corresponding list of the update means and its version information at least comprises: the name of the update tool, the current version information of the update tool and the latest version information of the update tool.

The automatic update maintenance device of a track traffic signal system according to claim 1, characterized in that the configuration and/or mirror image of the signal device and the corresponding list of its version information at least comprise: the configuration and/or image name of the signal device, current version information of the configuration and/or image, and latest version information of the configuration and/or image.
5. The automatic update maintenance device for a track traffic signal system according to claim 1, wherein the automatic update maintenance device for a track traffic signal system is implemented by using a linear replaceable unit board card.

An automatic updating and maintaining method of a rail transit signal system based on the automatic updating and maintaining device of the rail transit signal system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the following steps: the equipment management module establishes a corresponding list of the signal equipment and the updating tool, monitors the updating request and the updating content of the system maintenance platform in real time, stores the configuration and the mirror image data to be updated into an equipment resource pool in the server module in real time, and controls the server module to automatically update the signal equipment by adopting the updating tool corresponding to the signal equipment in the updating tool pool when the updating condition is met and the signal equipment is in the non-operation time.
7. The automatic update maintenance method for a rail transit signal system according to claim 6, wherein the update condition comprises:
the communication of the signal equipment to be updated is normal;
the configuration of the corresponding signal equipment or the version of the mirror image in the equipment resource pool in the server module is upgraded;
the updating tool in the updating tool library in the server module runs normally;
the above-mentioned update conditions must be satisfied simultaneously.
8. The automatic update maintenance method of a track traffic signal system according to claim 6, characterized in that the equipment management module selects the non-operating time of the signal equipment according to the equipment operation time list acquired from the system maintenance station.
9. The automatic update maintenance method of a rail transit signal system as claimed in claim 6, wherein the device management module updates the local time according to a clock server in the system maintenance station.
