本发明公开了一种高弹性功能的涤纶坯布,包括第一防静电层、第一防护层、第一高弹层、经线和纬线,所述第一防静电层底部设置有第一防护层,所述第一防护层底部设置有第一高弹层,所述第一高弹层底部设置有涤纶主体,所述涤纶主体底部设置有第二高弹层,所述第二高弹层底部设置有第二防护层,所述第二防护层底部设置有透气网布层,所述透气网布层底部设置有抗菌层,所述抗菌层底部设置有阻燃层,所述阻燃层底部设置有第二防静电层,所述涤纶主体由穿插线和框架线编织而成。该高弹性功能的涤纶坯布,设置有由经线和纬线互相交错编织而成第一高弹层和第二高弹层,经线和纬线均有高弹丝构成,高弹丝弹性伸缩率高,为涤纶坯布提供良好的弹力性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涤纶坯布技术领域,具体为一种高弹性功能的涤纶坯布。
背景技术
涤纶坯布主要由涤纶构成,涤纶是一种聚酯纤维,聚酯纤维在化纤中属于合成纤维,合成纤维制造业是化纤行业中规模最大、分支最多的子行业,除了涤纶外,其产品还包括腈纶、锦纶、氨纶等,涤纶时合成纤维中的一个重要品种,涤纶是以精对苯二甲酸或对苯二甲酸二甲酯和乙二醇为原料经酯化或酯交换和缩聚反应而制得的成纤高聚物,经纺丝和后处理制成的纤维,最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,一般涤纶合成的产品都称为化纤坯布或面料,现有的涤纶布因大多采用经丝和纬丝编织而成,现有的涤纶布适应于加工日常衣着用品及军用织品或合成薄膜等领域,涤纶的生产过程包括缩聚和熔体纺丝两部分,原料主要从石油裂解获得,也可从煤和天然气取得,而现有的涤纶坯布:
(1)在使用时,由于聚酯纤维的特殊材质,涤纶坯布表面极易产生静电,影响涤纶坯布的使用;
(2)多采用经丝和纬丝编织而成,涤纶有具有良好的保形性,导致涤纶坯布弹性功能很差,降低了涤纶坯布的适用范围。
所以我们提出了一种高弹性功能的涤纶坯布,以便于解决上述中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高弹性功能的涤纶坯布,以解决上述背景技术提出的目前市场上涤纶坯布在使用时,由于聚酯纤维的特殊材质,涤纶坯布表面极易产生静电,影响涤纶坯布的使用,涤纶坯布多采用经丝和纬丝编织而成,涤纶有具有良好的保形性,导致涤纶坯布弹性功能很差,降低了涤纶坯布的适用范围的使用的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高弹性功能的涤纶坯布,包括第一防静电层、第一防护层、第一高弹层、经线和纬线,所述第一防静电层底部设置有第一防护层,所述第一防护层底部设置有第一高弹层,所述第一高弹层底部设置有涤纶主体,所述涤纶主体底部设置有第二高弹层,所述第二高弹层底部设置有第二防护层,所述第二防护层底部设置有透气网布层,所述透气网布层底部设置有抗菌层,所述抗菌层底部设置有阻燃层,所述阻燃层底部设置有第二防静电层,所述涤纶主体由穿插线和框架线编织而成,所述穿插线由假捻涤纶线编织而成,所述假捻涤纶线上设置有正捻涤纶线,且假捻涤纶线上设置有反捻涤纶线,所述第一高弹层由经线和纬线编织而成。
优选的,所述第一防静电层、第二防静电层上均设置有防静电基体,且第一防静电层和第二防静电层宽度相同。
优选的,所述涤纶主体由穿插线和框架线针织编织而成,且穿插线和框架线均由假捻涤纶线编织而成。
优选的,所述透气网布层由面布材质构成,且透气网布层设置为网状结构。
优选的,所述抗菌层设置为纳米活性碳层。
优选的,所述经线和纬线均有高弹丝材质构成,且经线和纬线的宽度相同,并且经线和纬线互相交错分布。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该高弹性功能的涤纶坯布,
(1)设置有带有防静电基体第一防静电层和第二防静电层,防静电基体能够减少高弹性功能的涤纶坯布表面电荷的数量,从而防止高弹性功能的涤纶坯布表面产生静电,也能够减少其他静电物体对高弹性功能的涤纶坯布产生影响,提高高弹性功能的涤纶坯布的使用寿命。
(2)设置有由穿插线和框架线针织编织而成的涤纶主体,穿插线和框架线针织工艺具有一定的伸缩性能,在高弹性功能的涤纶坯布伸所时提供一定的缓冲作用,防止高弹性功能的涤纶坯布的涤纶主体受到拉伸损伤,提高高弹性功能的涤纶坯布的使用寿命。
(3)设置有由经线和纬线互相交错编织而成第一高弹层和第二高弹层,经线和纬线均有高弹丝材质构成,高弹丝弹性伸缩率高,能为涤纶坯布提供良好的弹力性能。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种高弹性功能的涤纶坯布,包括第一防静电层1、第一防护层2、第一高弹层3、涤纶主体4、第二高弹层5、第二防护层6、透气网布层7、抗菌层8、阻燃层9、第二防静电层10、假捻涤纶线11、正捻涤纶线12、反捻涤纶线13、穿插线14、框架线15、经线16和纬线17,所述第一防静电层1底部设置有第一防护层2,所述第一防护层2底部设置有第一高弹层3,所述第一高弹层3底部设置有涤纶主体4,所述涤纶主体4底部设置有第二高弹层5,所述第二高弹层5底部设置有第二防护层6,所述第二防护层6底部设置有透气网布层7,所述透气网布层7底部设置有抗菌层8,所述抗菌层8底部设置有阻燃层9,所述阻燃层9底部设置有第二防静电层10,所述涤纶主体4由穿插线14和框架线15编织而成,所述穿插线14由假捻涤纶线11编织而成,所述假捻涤纶线11上设置有正捻涤纶线12,且假捻涤纶线11上设置有反捻涤纶线13,所述第一高弹层3由经线16和纬线17编织而成。
第一防静电层1、第二防静电层10上均设置有防静电基体,且第一防静电层1和第二防静电层10宽度相同,有效的减少涤纶坯布正反面的静电。
涤纶主体4由穿插线14和框架线15针织编织而成,且穿插线14和框架线15均由假捻涤纶线11编织而成,增加涤纶主体4的伸缩性能,同时提供一定的强度。
透气网布层7由面布材质构成,且透气网布层7设置为网状结构,增加透气效果。
抗菌层8设置为纳米活性碳层,减少涤纶坯布上细菌的滋生。
经线16和纬线17均有高弹丝材质构成,且经线16和纬线17的宽度相同,并且经线16和纬线17互相交错分布,增加涤纶坯布的弹性。
工作原理:在使用该高弹性功能的涤纶坯布时,首先该高弹性功能的涤纶坯布最外面上下两层分别设置有第一防静电层1和第二防静电层10,有效的减少涤纶坯布正反面的静电的影响,第一防护层2和第二防护层6能够有效的保护涤纶主体4,第一高弹层3和第二高弹层5分别分布在涤纶主体4的上下表面,第一高弹层3和第二高弹层5能够在涤纶坯布伸缩时提供良好的弹性性能,第一高弹层3由经线16和纬线17互相交错编织而成,经线16和纬线17均由高弹丝材质构成,高弹丝弹性良好,能够让经线16和纬线17为第一高弹层3和第二高弹层5提供良好的横向和纵向弹力。
高弹性功能的涤纶坯布第七层为透气网布层7,为气体提供良好的通道,还具有防潮功能,抗菌层8减少涤纶坯布上细菌的滋生,阻燃层9为阻燃材质构成,使该高弹性功能的涤纶坯布具有良好的阻燃性能,涤纶主体4由穿插线14和框架线15针织编织而成,在涤纶主体4伸长时,针织的穿插线14和框架线15之间能够进行一定的相对位移,减少穿插线14和框架线15自身的位移,对穿插线14和框架线15起到保护作用,穿插线14和框架线15均由假捻涤纶线11编织而成,假捻涤纶线11上包含正捻涤纶线12和反捻涤纶线13,假捻的工艺能够提高涤纶线的强度,从而提高涤纶主体4整体强度,且本说明书中未作详细描述的内容均属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

1.一种高弹性功能的涤纶坯布,包括第一防静电层(1)、第一防护层(2)、第一高弹层(3)、经线(16)和纬线(17),其特征在于:所述第一防静电层(1)底部设置有第一防护层(2),所述第一防护层(2)底部设置有第一高弹层(3),所述第一高弹层(3)底部设置有涤纶主体(4),所述涤纶主体(4)底部设置有第二高弹层(5),所述第二高弹层(5)底部设置有第二防护层(6),所述第二防护层(6)底部设置有透气网布层(7),所述透气网布层(7)底部设置有抗菌层(8),所述抗菌层(8)底部设置有阻燃层(9),所述阻燃层(9)底部设置有第二防静电层(10),所述涤纶主体(4)由穿插线(14)和框架线(15)编织而成,所述穿插线(14)由假捻涤纶线(11)编织而成,所述假捻涤纶线(11)上设置有正捻涤纶线(12),且假捻涤纶线(11)上设置有反捻涤纶线(13),所述第一高弹层(3)由经线(16)和纬线(17)编织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性功能的涤纶坯布,其特征在于:所述第一防静电层(1)、第二防静电层(10)上均设置有防静电基体,且第一防静电层(1)和第二防静电层(10)宽度相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性功能的涤纶坯布,其特征在于:所述涤纶主体(4)由穿插线(14)和框架线(15)针织编织而成,且穿插线(14)和框架线(15)均由假捻涤纶线(11)编织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性功能的涤纶坯布,其特征在于:所述透气网布层(7)由面布材质构成,且透气网布层(7)设置为网状结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性功能的涤纶坯布,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(8)设置为纳米活性碳层。
