Abstract
The invention discloses a shell pressing device, which comprises: a base; the pressing platform is arranged on the base and comprises a placing groove for placing a mobile hard disk; the pressing mechanism is positioned above the pressing platform and comprises a driving assembly and a pressing component connected with an output execution end of the driving assembly, and the driving assembly is used for driving the pressing component to face to/be away from the pressing platform. The shell pressing device provided by the embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the mobile hard disk to be pressed into the shell is placed in the placing groove, the driving assembly drives the pressing component to move towards the mobile hard disk until the pressing component is in contact with the mobile hard disk and presses the mobile hard disk for a preset time, so that the upper cover and the lower cover of the mobile hard disk are pressed, and the assembly of the mobile hard disk is completed. The shell pressing device provided by the invention realizes mechanical assembly of the upper cover and the lower cover by using the driving assembly, and can greatly improve the assembly efficiency of the mobile hard disk compared with manual assembly.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of jigs, in particular to a shell pressing device.
Background
As the name implies, a Mobile Hard Disk (Mobile Hard Disk) is a storage product in which Hard disks are used as storage media and computers exchange large-capacity data, thereby emphasizing portability.

The base 10 provided by the embodiment of the invention is configured as a box-shaped shell with a hollow interior, the hollow cavity of the base 10 is used for installing electronic accessories, and when the shell pressing device is required to be utilized, the base 10 of the shell pressing device is placed on an operation table. The base 10 according to the present embodiment is preferably made of a wood material, which is merely exemplary and not restrictive, and may be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual situations.
A pressing platform 20 is disposed in the middle region of the base 10, and a placing groove 30 is disposed in the middle region of the pressing platform 20, wherein the placing groove 30 is mainly used for accommodating a mobile hard disk of a case to be pressed. The pressing mechanism 40 provided by the embodiment of the invention mainly functions to press the mobile hard disk located in the placing groove 30, the pressing mechanism 40 is specifically located right above the placing groove 30, the pressing mechanism 40 comprises a driving assembly 41 and a pressing component 42, the driving assembly 41 is used for driving the pressing component 42 to move up and down so as to press the mobile hard disk through the pressing component 42, and therefore, the mechanical assembly of the upper cover and the lower cover of the mobile hard disk is realized. It should be noted that the driving assembly 41 may be a motor or an air cylinder, which is not limited in this embodiment, and a person skilled in the art can design the driving assembly according to actual situations. Preferably, the present embodiment is driven by an air cylinder, the air cylinder is connected to an air pump through an air pipe, a piston rod of the air cylinder is in transmission connection with the pressing component 42, and the pressing component 42 can move up and down along with the piston rod of the air cylinder.
