The swing pinch roller mechanism comprises a corner cylinder, a rectangular key, a corner cylinder fixing frame, a cam guider, a lengthened guide rod, an oil pressure buffer, a high-precision crossed roller bearing, an oil pressure buffer bracket, a swing rod and a guide plate, wherein a piston rod of the corner cylinder can rotate and lift at an angle of 90 degrees, and the end part of the piston rod is provided with a square section and a threaded inner hole; the lengthening guide rod is cylindrical and hollow and is connected with the end part of a piston rod of the corner cylinder, and the corner cylinder is used for adjusting the strokes of the oscillating rod and the cam guider arranged on the corner cylinder; the swing rod is L-shaped, one end of the swing rod is provided with a step unthreaded hole, the step unthreaded hole is used for being connected with a piston rod of the air cylinder, the other end of the swing rod is provided with a large chamfer, the side surface of the swing rod is provided with a threaded through hole, the side surface of the swing rod is provided with a rectangular groove, the lengthened guide rod is of a T-shaped structure, a T-shaped surface of the lengthened guide rod is arranged in the rectangular groove of the swing rod, the cam guider is used as a pinch roller of the swing pressing wheel mechanism, a threaded hole of the cam guider is connected with threads on a guide rod of the cam guider, and the cam guider can rotate and lift along with the swing rod by 90 degrees; the corner cylinder fixing frame is of a T-shaped structure, a large unthreaded hole is formed in the center of a long edge of the T-shaped structure, a piston rod of a corner cylinder can penetrate through the large unthreaded hole, 4 small unthreaded holes are uniformly distributed around the large unthreaded hole, the long edge of the T-shaped structure of the corner cylinder fixing frame is connected to the top of the corner cylinder, and the top surface of the T-shaped structure at the other end of the corner cylinder fixing frame is connected to the cylinder adjusting connecting block; the hydraulic buffer is arranged on a hydraulic buffer support, the hydraulic buffer support is connected to the corner cylinder fixing frame, and when a piston rod of the corner cylinder rotates for 90 degrees, the guide plate and the piston head of the hydraulic buffer are in contact buffering.
The shaft end positioning mechanism comprises a pneumatic throttle valve, a rectangular key, a jackscrew, a bearing, a positioning bearing fixing shaft, a positioning wheel bracket, a double-shaft cylinder and a positioning cylinder bracket, wherein the pneumatic throttle valve is arranged on a threaded hole on the side surface of the double-shaft cylinder and is connected by adopting a tapered thread to adjust the movement speed of a piston of the double-shaft cylinder; the positioning wheel support is of a right-angle L shape, and is provided with a long short side, a long side provided with a threaded hole, the upper surface of the long side is connected with the double-shaft cylinder, the other right-angle side provided with a unthreaded hole, and the positioning bearing fixing shaft is arranged in the threaded hole of the long side of the positioning wheel support; the positioning air cylinder support is of a right-angle L shape and is provided with long and short edges, the long edges are provided with threaded holes, the double-shaft air cylinder is installed on the long edges of the positioning air cylinder support, and the short edges of the positioning air cylinder support are connected with the side face of the roller mechanism fixing plate in a matched mode.
The speed reducing motor part comprises a motor, a speed reducer, a fixing plate and a belt wheel, wherein the fixing plate is rectangular, two long holes and threaded holes are formed in the side surface of the fixing plate, a unthreaded hole is formed in the center of the fixing plate and matched with a flange at the side end of a shaft of the speed reducer, the fixing plate is connected with a fixing plate of a roller mechanism through the long holes in the fixing plate, the tightness of a toothed belt matched with the belt wheel can be adjusted when the mounting position of the fixing plate on the fixing plate of the roller mechanism is adjusted, the motor is connected with a flange at the tail end of the speed reducer, and the belt wheel is connected with the shaft diameter at the front end of the speed reducer.

The driven end of the high-precision roller lower driving mechanism comprises a roller mechanism measuring part, a roller mechanism movable part, a swinging pressing wheel mechanism, a cam guider, a photoelectric encoder part and a roller mechanism fixing part, wherein the roller mechanism measuring part is the same as the roller mechanism measuring part at the driving end of the high-precision roller lower driving mechanism in structure; the movable part of the roller mechanism is arranged to have the same structure as the movable part of the roller mechanism at the driving end of the high-precision roller lower driving mechanism; the swing pinch roller mechanism is symmetrical to the swing pinch roller mechanism at the driving end of the high-precision roller lower driving mechanism, the swing directions of the swing pinch roller mechanisms are opposite, and the cam guider is installed on the roller mechanism fixing part and matched with the shaft end face of the workpiece.
The photoelectric encoder part of the invention is composed of a belt wheel, an encoder fixing plate, an encoder bracket, a coupling, a photoelectric encoder, a small shaft, a bearing, an inner shaft sleeve, an outer shaft sleeve and a locking nut, wherein the encoder bracket of the belt wheel is of a rectangular structure, the middle of the encoder bracket is provided with a square opening, one end surface is provided with a unthreaded hole and a threaded hole, the other end surface is provided with a shoulder unthreaded hole and a threaded hole which are respectively connected with the photoelectric encoder and the encoder fixing plate, the bearing is arranged in the shoulder unthreaded hole of the encoder bracket, the end surfaces of the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing are matched with the end surfaces of the inner shaft sleeve and the outer shaft sleeve, the inner ring of the bearing is matched with the outer circle of the small shaft, the small shaft is a stepped shaft with a plurality of shoulders, the surface of one end shaft of the small shaft is provided with a key groove, the adjacent shaft diameter is provided with a thread, the shaft diameter of the small shaft with the key groove is matched and connected with the belt wheel, the small shaft passes torque by the key, and the shaft diameter of the small shaft is provided with the locking nut, the end face of the locking nut is matched with the end face of the inner shaft sleeve, the shaft diameter of the small shaft without the key groove is connected with an inner hole of the coupling, and the inner hole of the other side of the coupling is matched and connected with the extending shaft diameter of the photoelectric encoder.
The invention has the advantages of novel structure, high rotation precision of the roller, lifting, wide range of applicable workpiece shaft diameters, low assembly difficulty of key parts, compact structure and convenient adjustment, can realize the rotation driving of various rod parts such as optical shafts, lead screws, stepped shaft rotations and the like with equal diameters, variable diameters, no central hole, different lengths and different diameters, and solves the problems of low precision, easy slipping and poor adaptability when the roller is used as a reference for rotation measurement; the invention solves the problem that the shafts with the excircle as the reference and with high precision requirements cannot be automatically straightened, fills the market blank of the high-precision shafts for automatic straightening, and can be applied to shaft detection equipment.

The driving end 1.2 of the high-precision roller lower driving mechanism comprises: a roller mechanism measuring part 1.2.1, a roller mechanism movable part 1.2.2, a swing pressing wheel mechanism 1.2.3, a shaft end positioning mechanism 1.2.4, a speed reducing motor part 1.2.5 and a roller mechanism fixing part 1.2.6, wherein the roller mechanism fixing part 1.2.6 is provided with a single dovetail groove structure and is used for locking with a dovetail guide rail on a workbench 3, the roller mechanism fixing part 1.2.6 is matched and connected with a slide block on a linear guide rail component 1.2.2-2 in the roller mechanism movable part 1.2.2 through a screw, the speed reducing motor part 1.2.5 is provided with a fixing plate 1.2.5-3 which is matched and connected with a fixing bracket 1.2.6-3 on the roller mechanism fixing part 1.2.6, the speed reducing motor rotates to drive a high-precision roller arranged on the roller mechanism movable part 1, and the fixing plate 1.2.5-3 is provided with a long hole, thus the electric device part 1.2.5 is matched with the fixing bracket 1.2.6-3 on the fixing bracket 1.2.6, and the adjustable positioning mechanism 1.2.2.2.2.2.3 is matched and the end surface of the fixing bracket 1.2.2.2.2.2.2-3 on the positioning mechanism 1.2, and is connected by screw, the pinch roller mechanism 1.2.3 has corner cylinder fixing frame 1.2.3-3, its end face is matched with fixed support 1.2.6-3, and is connected by screw, the movable portion of the roller mechanism 1.2.2 has linear guide rail component 1.2.2-2, the guide rail on the linear guide rail component 1.2.2-2 is matched with side face of fixed plate of the roller mechanism, and is connected by screw, the slide block on the linear guide rail component 1.2.2-2 is matched and connected with fixed support 1.2.6-3, and two sides of fixed portion of roller mechanism 1.2.6 are respectively equipped with cylinder 1.2.6-5 for pushing the movable portion of roller mechanism 1.2.2 to make vertical lifting movement, the measuring portion of roller mechanism 1.2.1 has connecting frame 1.2.1-15, and is connected with cylinder regulating connecting block 1.2.2-5 in the movable portion of roller mechanism 1.2.2 by screw, and the measuring portion of roller mechanism 1.2.1 has tappet 1.2.1.1-13, under the action of the extension spring 1.2.1-8, measuring the real-time matching of the outer circles of the tappets 1.2.1-13 and the outer circles at two ends of the workpiece 3, and monitoring the radial runout at two ends of the workpiece.
