S2: thermal desorption
The pretreated soil is collected in the thermal desorption chamber 31, the air heating device 33 continuously provides heated air for the soil through the air nozzle 321 of the heating base 32, the peculiar smell in the soil is discharged out of the soil under the treatment of the heated air, and the thermal desorption auxiliary agent solution sprayed in the soil assists in discharging the peculiar smell of the soil;
s3: auxiliary thermal desorption
In the thermal desorption treatment process, the desorption rotary seat 43 of the thermal desorption auxiliary agent desorption device 4 is lowered into soil to rotate at intervals of 15min, the soil is stirred by the rotation of the desorption rotary seat 43, so that peculiar smell in the soil at the bottom is rapidly discharged, the adsorption head of the desorption rotary seat 43 sprays heated air into the soil, the peculiar smell in the soil is adsorbed by the adsorption pipe 4322, the desorption rotary seat 43 is lifted to the upper part of the thermal desorption chamber 31 after auxiliary treatment is carried out for 5min, the heated air sprayed by the air spray pipe 4321 is used for heating and discharging the peculiar smell adsorbed by the adsorption pipe 4322, and the next adsorption is facilitated;
s4: odor treatment
The hot gas with soil odor in the heat desorption chamber 31 is discharged into the odor treatment tank 5 through the exhaust port 34, the odor treatment tank 5 removes moisture in the hot gas through the dehydrating agent in the dehydrating layer 511, decomposes the soil odor in the hot gas through the decomposing agent in the decomposing layer 512, finally adsorbs residual odor which is not decomposed through the activated carbon of the adsorption layer, and the hot gas discharged from the odor treatment tank 5 is circulated to the air heating device 33 through the gas pump 61 of the heat circulating device 6 for reuse.

Claims (8)

1. A device for controlling soil odor by utilizing thermal desorption auxiliary agent is characterized by mainly comprising a device main body (1), a soil pretreatment device (2), a thermal desorption device (3), a thermal desorption auxiliary agent desorption device (4), an odor treatment device (5), a thermal circulation device (6) and a control device (7),
the device main body (1) is fixedly installed on the horizontal ground, the soil pretreatment device (2) is arranged on the upper portion of the device main body (1), the soil pretreatment device (2) comprises a feeding device (21) used for adding soil into the device main body (1), a crushing and screening device (22) connected to the outlet end of the feeding device (21) and used for crushing and screening the soil in the device main body (1), and a spraying device (23) connected to the soil outlet end below the crushing and screening device (22), the spraying device (23) is used for spraying thermal desorption auxiliary agent solution to the crushed soil,
the thermal desorption device (3) is connected below the spray device (23), the thermal desorption device (3) comprises a thermal desorption chamber (31) for containing soil after spraying thermal desorption auxiliary agent solution, a heating base (32) arranged at the bottom in the thermal desorption chamber (31) and used for introducing hot air into the thermal desorption chamber (31), and an air heating device (33) arranged outside the thermal desorption chamber (31) and communicated with the heating base (32), the upper end of the thermal desorption chamber (31) is also provided with an exhaust port (34) for exhausting gas in the thermal desorption chamber (31),
the thermal desorption auxiliary agent desorption device (4) comprises a rotating motor (41) arranged at the inner top of the thermal desorption chamber (31), a hydraulic lifting rod (42) connected to a rotating shaft at the lower end of the rotating motor (41), and a desorption rotary seat (43) connected to the lower end of the hydraulic lifting rod (42), wherein the desorption rotary seat (43) is used for stirring soil in the thermal desorption chamber (31) and introducing heated air into the soil,
the peculiar smell treatment device (5) comprises a treatment tank (51) arranged on the side wall of the device main body (1), the top end of the treatment tank (51) is connected with the exhaust port (34), the treatment tank (51) is sequentially divided into a dehydration layer (511) for removing moisture in the exhaust gas of the exhaust port (34), a decomposition layer (512) for decomposing peculiar smell in the exhaust gas through a decomposition agent and an adsorption layer (513) for adsorbing residual peculiar smell through activated carbon from top to bottom,
the heat circulating device (6) is arranged on the side wall of the device main body (1) below the peculiar smell processing device (5), the heat circulating device (6) comprises a gas pump (61) connected with an exhaust port at the lower end of the processing tank (51), the gas pump (61) is also connected with the air heating device (33) and is used for pumping residual heat gas exhausted from the processing tank (51) into the air heating device (33) for cyclic utilization,
the device is characterized in that the control device (7) is arranged on the outer side wall of the device main body (1), and the control device (7) is respectively connected with the soil pretreatment device (2), the thermal desorption device (3), the thermal desorption auxiliary agent desorption device (4), the peculiar smell treatment device (5) and the thermal circulation device (6) through a relay in a control mode.

The device for controlling the soil odor by using the thermal desorption auxiliary agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding device (21) comprises a feeding hopper (211) arranged on the left side of the top end of the device body (1), a soil pre-loading barrel (212) movably and hermetically connected to the feeding hopper (211) and used for adding soil into the feeding hopper (211), and a soil scraping device (213) fixedly arranged in the feeding hopper (211) and used for scraping the pre-loaded soil in the soil pre-loading barrel (212), wherein the soil scraping device (213) comprises a soil scraping motor (2132) fixed in the middle of the feeding hopper (211) through a fixing rod (2131) and a soil scraping plate (2134) connected to an output shaft at the upper end of the soil scraping motor (2132) through a rotating lifting rod (2133).

The device for controlling soil odor by using thermal desorption auxiliary agent according to claim 1, wherein the crushing and screening device (22) comprises a crushing and screening drum (221) for receiving the soil discharged by the feeding device (2), a plurality of groups of crushing and screening impellers (222) equidistantly arranged in the crushing and screening drum (221), a first driving motor (223) arranged at the right side of the crushing and screening drum (221) for rotating the crushing and screening drum (221), a second driving motor (224) arranged at the left side of the crushing and screening drum (221) for rotating the crushing and screening impellers (222), and two conical hoppers (225) connected below the crushing and screening drum (221) for collecting the crushed and screened soil.
4. The device for controlling soil odor using thermal desorption auxiliary agent according to claim 4, wherein the spraying directions of the atomizing nozzles (232) are all inclined upwards by 45 degrees.

The device for controlling the odor of soil by using thermal desorption auxiliary agents according to claim 3, wherein the spraying device (23) comprises spraying pipes (231) respectively connected below the two conical hoppers (225) and used for sieving the screened soil by crushing, atomizing nozzles (232) uniformly arranged inside the pipe walls of the spraying pipes (231) and used for spraying the atomized solution of the thermal desorption auxiliary agents to the soil, and a solution tank (233) arranged between the two spraying pipes (231) and used for providing the atomized solution of the thermal desorption auxiliary agents to the atomizing nozzles (232), and the solution tank (233) is respectively communicated with the atomizing nozzles (232) on the two spraying pipes (231) through two liquid pumps (234).
6. The device for controlling soil odor using thermal desorption auxiliary agent according to claim 4, wherein the spraying direction of the atomizing nozzles (232) is inclined upwards by 30-60 degrees.

The device for controlling the soil odor by using the thermal desorption auxiliary agent according to claim 1, wherein a main air pipe (421) communicated with the air heating device (33) is arranged inside the hydraulic lifting rod (42), the desorption rotary base (43) comprises a plurality of branch air pipes (431) connected with the main air pipe (421), adsorption heads (432) are arranged on the lower surfaces of the branch air pipes (431) at equal intervals, and each adsorption head (432) comprises an air injection pipe (4321) communicated with the branch air pipes (431) and used for introducing heated air into the soil and an adsorption pipe (4322) arranged at the lower end of the air injection pipe (4321) in a surrounding manner and used for adsorbing the odor in the soil by filling the thermal desorption auxiliary agent.
8. A method for soil odor control using the apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
s1: soil pretreatment
The method comprises the steps that soil to be treated is pre-loaded into a soil pre-loading barrel (212), the soil pre-loading barrel (212) is installed on a feeding hopper (211) in a reverse buckling mode, a soil scraping device (213) is started, a soil scraping plate (2134) is driven by a soil scraping motor (2132) and a rotary lifting rod (2133) to rotate towards the top of the interior of the soil pre-loading barrel (212), soil is scraped into the feeding hopper (211) in the rotating process, the feeding hopper (211) transmits the soil into a crushing and screening roller (221) of a crushing and screening device (22), a first rotating motor (223) drives the crushing and screening roller (221) to rotate clockwise, a second rotating motor (224) drives a crushing impeller (222) to rotate anticlockwise in the crushing and screening roller (221), the soil is crushed, the sieved soil falls into a spraying pipeline (231) through a conical hopper (225) after being sieved through a lower screen of the crushing and the lower portion of the crushing and screening roller (221), and the soil enters a thermal desorption device (3) after being sprayed with thermal desorption solution in the spraying pipeline (231), and in the desorption chamber (31)
S2: thermal desorption
The pretreated soil is collected in a thermal desorption chamber (31), an air heating device (33) continuously provides heated air for the soil through an air nozzle (321) of a heating base (32), the peculiar smell in the soil is discharged out of the soil under the treatment of the heated air, and the thermal desorption auxiliary agent solution sprayed in the soil assists in discharging the peculiar smell of the soil;
s3: auxiliary thermal desorption
In the thermal desorption treatment process, the desorption rotary seat (43) of the thermal desorption auxiliary agent desorption device (4) is lowered into soil to rotate at intervals of 15min, the soil is stirred by the rotation of the desorption rotary seat (43), so that peculiar smell in the soil at the bottom is rapidly discharged, an adsorption head of the desorption rotary seat (43) sprays heated air into the soil, meanwhile, an adsorption pipe (4322) is used for adsorbing peculiar smell in the soil, the desorption rotary seat (43) rises to the upper part of the thermal desorption chamber (31) after auxiliary treatment is carried out for 5min, the heated air sprayed by an air spraying pipe (4321) is used for heating and discharging the peculiar smell adsorbed by the adsorption pipe (4322), and the next adsorption is facilitated;
s4: odor treatment
The hot gas with soil odor in the heat desorption chamber (31) is discharged into the odor treatment tank (5) through the exhaust port (34), the odor treatment tank (5) removes water in the hot gas through a dehydrating agent in a dehydrating layer (511), the soil odor in the hot gas is decomposed through a decomposing agent in a decomposing layer (512), finally, the undecomposed residual odor is adsorbed through activated carbon of an adsorbing layer, and the hot gas discharged from the odor treatment tank (5) is circulated to the air heating device (33) through a gas pump (61) of a heat circulating device (6) for recycling.
