when the device is used, one end of a PE film penetrates through the lower side of a limiting roller 10 to enable the bottom surface of the PE film to be in contact with a glue spreader I2, glue is added into a tray 6 through an inclined baffle 7, the glue spreader I2 is drawn to rotate in the process of winding the PE film, the glue spreader I2 gradually spreads the glue in the tray 6 onto the bottom surface of the PE film, when the glue spreader I2 is fast in winding speed of the PE film and cannot perform good gluing, a handle 4 is held by a hand to pull the glue spreader II 3 upwards along a sliding groove 8 to enable the position of the glue spreader II 3 to be raised until the glue spreader II 3 is in contact with the bottom surface of the PE film, the glue spreader I2 and the glue spreader II 3 simultaneously spread the bottom surface of the PE film, gluing efficiency is improved, a fixing ring 5 is firmly extruded and fixed on the outer side of the device main body 1 through threads after the handle 4 is rotated, the position of the glue spreader II 3 is judged through two rulers 9 after being raised, the rising distances of the front end and the rear end of the glue spreader II 3 are the same.
