Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: can automatically separate iron impurities from the granular materials before rolling, thereby avoiding the damage of the iron impurities to the press roller 4, thereby prolonging the service life of the press roller 4, crushing and screening the cakes generated by rolling, carrying out secondary rolling on unqualified granular materials, greatly improving the quality of the produced powder, carrying out secondary rolling on the screened granular materials, reducing the waste of raw materials, saving the cost, and removing dust from the suspended dust at the powder outlet 22 and the granular material outlet 23 by using the dust filtering cloth bag 32, thereby improving the quality of the surrounding environment, preventing the suspended dust from being sucked by workers, preventing the dust from causing adverse effects on the health of the workers, enabling the motor 40 to drive the eccentric wheel 42 to rotate, enabling the eccentric wheel 42 to continuously hit the bulge 43, thereby can make screening net 21 take place the vibration, be favorable to promoting screening net 21's screening efficiency to can open apron 44 and clear up the dust in to dust bin 26, can observe the dust accumulation condition in the dust filtration sack 32 through toughened glass 45 in addition.

rolling: a third driving motor (35) fixedly drives one of the compression rollers (4) to rotate, the rotating compression roller (4) drives the other compression roller (4) to rotate through a gear (6), so that the two compression rollers (4) can be driven to rotate relatively to roll the granular materials, and the cakes generated after rolling enter the crushing shell (15);
crushing: the second driving motor (16) works to drive the transmission shafts (17) on the two sides to rotate, so that the material cake can be crushed by the crushing blades (18) arranged on the two sides in a staggered mode, and crushed powder enters the screening shell (19);
screening: after the powder enters the screening shell (19) and is screened by the screening net (21), qualified powder is discharged from the powder outlet (22) and enters the powder collecting box (24), and unqualified granular material is discharged from the granular material outlet (23) and enters the granular material collecting box (25);
secondary rolling: adding the granules in the granule collecting box (25) into a feeding hopper (9) for rolling again;
dust removal: meanwhile, the fan (34) is fixed and can suck the floating dust at the powder outlet (22) and the particle outlet (23) into a dust filtering cloth bag (32) in the dust filtering box, so that the dust removal of the powder outlet (22) and the particle outlet (23) is completed.
