removing impurities: adding the particle materials to be crushed into a feeding hopper (9), driving a cylinder (11) to rotate by a first driving motor (12), discharging impurities containing iron in the particle materials into an impurity collecting box (14) from an impurity discharging pipeline (13) by utilizing a magnet column (10) in a fan-shaped structure for recycling, and feeding the particle materials without iron into a shell of a compression roller (4) from a feeding pipe (7);
rolling: a third driving motor (35) fixedly drives one of the compression rollers (4) to rotate, the rotating compression roller (4) drives the other compression roller (4) to rotate through a gear (6), so that the two compression rollers (4) can be driven to rotate relatively to roll the granular materials, and the cakes generated after rolling enter the crushing shell (15);
crushing: the second driving motor (16) works to drive the transmission shafts (17) on the two sides to rotate, so that the material cake can be crushed by the crushing blades (18) arranged on the two sides in a staggered mode, and crushed powder enters the screening shell (19);
screening: after the powder enters the screening shell (19) and is screened by the screening net (21), qualified powder is discharged from the powder outlet (22) and enters the powder collecting box (24), and unqualified granular material is discharged from the granular material outlet (23) and enters the granular material collecting box (25);
secondary rolling: adding the granules in the granule collecting box (25) into a feeding hopper (9) for rolling again;
dust removal: meanwhile, the fan (34) is fixed and can suck the floating dust at the powder outlet (22) and the particle outlet (23) into a dust filtering cloth bag (32) in the dust filtering box, so that the dust removal of the powder outlet (22) and the particle outlet (23) is completed.
10. The process of the powder roller press with the bag-type dust collector as claimed in claim 9, wherein the motor (40) works to drive the eccentric wheel (42) to rotate and continuously hit the bumps (43) in the screening process, so as to drive the screening net (21) to vibrate.
