Background
Currently, the filter element on the market is generally installed by using a clamping structure, and the clamping structure is generally designed to directly integrate the movable block with the body through injection molding, and is clamped by the movable block and the installation seat to complete assembly. The turntable 200 and the filter element cylinder 300 are respectively provided with a plurality of fixing holes 400, and the corresponding fixing holes 400 between the turntable 200 and the filter element cylinder 300 are connected through the valve core 500. The cartridge body 300 has a clamping portion 310 provided at an upper portion of a sidewall thereof. During installation, the filter element seat 100 is fixed on an external frame and kept still, the rotary table 200 and the filter element cylinder 300 are connected together, then the rotary table 200 and the filter element cylinder 300 extend into the filter element seat 100, the rotary table 200 and the filter element cylinder 300 are rotated, at the moment, the convex edge 210 of the rotary table 200 slides into the clamping groove 110 of the filter element seat 100, and meanwhile, the clamping part 310 on the filter element cylinder 300 is clamped with the clamping position 120 in the filter element seat 100, so that the assembly is completed; when the rotary table 200 and the filter element cylinder 300 are disassembled, the rotary table 200 and the filter element cylinder 300 are reversely rotated, the convex edge 210 slides out of the clamping groove 110, and the clamping part 310 and the clamping position 120 are mutually staggered, so that the rotary table 200 and the filter element cylinder 300 can be disassembled. The rotary disk 200, the filter element cylinder 300 and the filter element seat 100 are utilized to be connected in a rotary way so as to complete quick assembly, and a user can conveniently and fast assemble and disassemble the filter element by himself, and meanwhile, the stability of the installation of the filter element can be ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the clamping portion 310 protrudes outwards from the upper portion of the side wall of the cartridge body 300 to form a triangle shape, and the bottom of the clamping portion 310 is a horizontal plane; the clamping position 120 protrudes from the inner side wall of the filter element seat 100 towards the middle axis direction to form an inverted triangle shape, and the top surface of the clamping position 120 is a horizontal surface; when the cartridge body 300 rotates on the cartridge holder 100, the top surface of the engaging portion 120 and the bottom surface of the engaging portion 310 abut against each other or are displaced from each other. As shown in the figure, a plurality of engaging portions 310 are provided at the upper portion of the side wall of the cartridge body 300, and a plurality of engaging portions 120 corresponding to the engaging portions 310 are provided at the inner side wall of the cartridge holder 100. During installation, when the convex edge 210 slides into the clamping groove 110 to be fixed, the clamping part 310 is positioned above the clamping position 120, the top surface of the clamping position 120 and the bottom surface of the clamping part 310 are mutually abutted together, so that inverted buckle connection is formed, the clamping part 310 is supported by the clamping position 120, and the clamping part 310 is clamped between the clamping position 120 and the turntable 200 in a manner corresponding to the clamping effect of the convex edge 210 and the clamping groove 110, so that the fastening installation of the filter element cylinder 300 is completed. In the installation process, a guiding sliding effect is provided between the opposite inclined surfaces of the clamping position 120 and the clamping part 310, so as to prompt a user whether the clamping position 120 and the clamping part 310 are reversely buckled in place.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the inner sidewall of the cartridge 100 is provided with an annular edge 130, an arc segment edge 140 is provided above the annular edge 130, and a clamping groove 110 is formed between the annular edge 130 and the arc segment edge 140. When the rotary table 200 is installed, the rotary table 200 is coaxially placed into the filter element seat 100 from the upper side of the filter element seat 100, and at this time, the bottom of the convex edge 210 of the rotary table 200 is lapped on the annular edge 130 of the filter element seat 100, which is equivalent to the supporting effect of the annular edge 130 on the rotary table 200. During rotation of the turntable 200, the flange 210 slides over the annular rim 130 to move in and out of the slot 110.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the clamping groove 110 is open at one end and closed at one end. The protruding edge 210 slides into the clamping groove 110 from the opening end of the clamping groove 110, rotates along with the turntable 200 until one end of the protruding edge 210 abuts against the closed end of the clamping groove 110, so that the rotation stroke of the turntable 200 is limited, and at this time, the clamping position 120 and the clamping part 310 are clamped with each other.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the bottom of the turntable 200 is provided with a downwardly extending positioning post 220, and the top of the cartridge body 300 is provided with a positioning hole 320 that mates with the positioning post 220. When the filter cartridge barrel 300 is installed, the filter cartridge barrel 300 is positioned below the turntable 200, and the positioning column 220 is inserted into the positioning hole 320, so that the alignment of the filter cartridge barrel 300 and the turntable 200 is completed, and the positioning hole 320 and the positioning column 220 are utilized to drive the turntable 200 to synchronously rotate in the process of rotating the filter cartridge barrel 300.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the valve cartridge 500 includes an upper water stop valve 510 mounted on the turntable 200 and a lower water stop valve 520 mounted on the cartridge body 300, which communicate water when the upper water stop valve 510 and the lower water stop valve 520 are in abutment. The fixed hole 400 on the rotary table 200 is connected with a water pipe, the fixed hole 400 on the top of the filter element cylinder 300 is communicated with the internal water filtering component, and when the rotary table 200 and the filter element cylinder 300 are in butt joint, the upper water stopping valve 510 and the lower water stopping valve 520 are respectively communicated with each other; when the cartridge body 300 and the rotary disc 200 are detached, the rotary disc 200 and the cartridge body 300 are stopped by the upper water stop valve 510 and the lower water stop valve 520, respectively.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a cover plate 600 is fixed to the top of the cartridge body 300, the cover plate 600 is provided with a through hole 610 matching with the fixing hole 400, a lower water stop valve 520 is located between the through hole 610 and the fixing hole 400 corresponding to the cartridge body 300, and the upper end of the lower water stop valve 520 protrudes out of the through hole 610. The cover 600 may be secured to the top of the cartridge body 300 by ultrasonic welding, and the position of the lower water stop 520 may be secured by the cover 600.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a sealing ring is provided between the lower water stop valve 520 and the through hole 610, and water leakage during operation is avoided by using the sealing ring.
