It should be noted that the terms "comprises" and "comprising," and any variations thereof, in the embodiments of the present application, are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those steps or elements listed, but may alternatively include other steps or elements not listed, or may alternatively include other components or elements inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a packaged goods sterilizing system, which includes a conveying table 10, a goods arranging and separating mechanism 20, a goods centering and arranging mechanism 30, and a sterilizing mechanism 40, wherein the conveying table 10 is used for conveying goods to be sterilized; the cargo normalization and separation mechanism 20 is provided with a plurality of normalization units 210 along the conveying direction of the cargo, and the conveying speed of the normalization units 210 increases progressively in the conveying direction of the cargo; the goods centralizing and arranging mechanism 30 is arranged at the downstream of the goods arranging and separating mechanism 20 and is used for centralizing and conveying the goods; the sterilizing mechanism 40 is arranged at the downstream of the goods centering and arranging mechanism 30 and is used for sterilizing the goods.
Please refer to fig. 3, it should be noted that, the packaged goods are placed in disorder during the transportation process, when the goods pass through the goods arranging and separating mechanism 20, because the goods pass through the plurality of arranging units 210 in sequence during the transportation process, and the speed of the arranging units 210 increases progressively, the spacing distance between the goods increases, and the goods pass through the goods arranging and separating mechanism 20 and pass through the goods arranging and centering mechanism 30, the goods is conveyed in the middle by the goods arranging and centering mechanism 30, so that the goods are located at the center of the conveying path, and then the goods can enter the killing mechanism 40 for killing one by one, thereby improving the killing efficiency of the goods while not affecting the conveying speed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the number of warping units 210 is 2. I.e., the transfer speed between the two finishing units 210 is not uniform, so that after the goods pass through the two finishing units 210, the distance between adjacent goods is at least greater than the width of the sterilizing mechanism 40 in the transport direction of the goods. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the number of the warping units 210 may also be 3, 4, or 5, and the like, which is not limited herein. The cargo regulating mechanism can be adjusted according to the size of the cargo or the width of the killing mechanism 40, the conveying speed difference between the adjacent regulating units 210 is too small, and more regulating units 210 can be arranged to enable the distance between the cargo to be increased after the cargo passes through the cargo regulating and separating mechanism 20.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the transfer station 10 includes a first transfer mechanism 110, a second transfer mechanism 120 adjacent to the first transfer mechanism 110, and a third transfer mechanism 130 adjacent to the second transfer mechanism 120; the cargo tidying and separating mechanism 20 is located on the first conveying mechanism 110, the cargo centering and arranging mechanism 30 is located on the second conveying mechanism 120, and the killing mechanism 40 is located on the third conveying mechanism 130. It is understood that the first conveying mechanism 110 and the second conveying mechanism 120 are provided with a driving device, such as a driving motor, at the bottom, so that the first conveying mechanism 110, the second conveying mechanism 120 and the third conveying mechanism 130 can be adjacently arranged but independently controlled.
The distance between adjacent goods on the second transfer mechanism 120 and the third transfer mechanism 130 is at least greater than the width of the sterilizing mechanism 40 in the conveying direction of the goods. That is, the speed of the second transfer mechanism 120 and the third transfer mechanism 130 is constant, and the distance between the goods passing through the first transfer mechanism 110 and the second transfer mechanism 120 and the third transfer mechanism 130 is constant.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the goods centering and arranging mechanism 30 is provided with a first conveying unit 310 and a second conveying unit 320 on both sides of a center line in a conveying direction of the goods, and the first conveying unit 310 and the second conveying unit 320 are arranged at an included angle with the center line and are conveyed towards the direction of the center line. The first and second transfer units 310 and 320 may be transfer caterpillars. And the included angle between the first conveying unit 310 and the central line is set to be an acute angle, so that the goods approach towards the direction of the central line in the process of being conveyed on the first conveying unit 310. Similarly, the included angle between the second conveying unit 320 and the central line is an acute angle, so that the goods approach towards the direction of the central line in the process of conveying on the second conveying unit 320. Thereby, the goods transferred on the second transfer mechanism 120 are in the center position in the goods transfer direction when leaving the second transfer unit 320.
The second conveying mechanism 120 is provided with at least one first object-detecting photoelectric mechanism 1210 for detecting the position information of the goods and the distance between adjacent goods. The distance between the adjacent cargos can be known through the arrangement of the first object-detecting photoelectric mechanism 1210, and if the measured distance is smaller than the width of the sterilizing chamber 420 in the cargo conveying direction, the speed difference of the normalization unit 210 in the first conveying mechanism 110 is adjusted, so that the distance between the adjacent cargos on the second conveying mechanism 120 is larger than the width of the sterilizing chamber 420 in the cargo conveying direction.
The third transfer mechanism 130 includes a plurality of connection units 1310, in one of which the killing mechanism 40 is located; at least one second object-detecting photoelectric mechanism 410 is disposed on two opposite sides of the killing mechanism 40 to obtain the position information of the cargo. That is, the third transfer mechanism 130 is composed of a plurality of connection units 1310, and the killing mechanism 40 corresponds to one of the connection units 1310. It should be noted that, if the second object-detecting photoelectric mechanism 410 upstream of the killing mechanism 40 does not receive the cargo information within the preset time, the killing mechanism 40 and the corresponding connection unit 1310 will stop working, so as to save energy. In an embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined time may be 10 seconds. The time may be 30 seconds, 1 minute, or the like, and is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the killing mechanism 40 includes a killing chamber 420, a killing assembly 430 disposed in the killing chamber 420, and an air draft assembly 440, wherein the killing assembly 430 includes an inlet side 4310 and an outlet side 4320, the air draft assembly 440 includes an air curtain 4410 disposed on the inlet side 4310 and the outlet side 4320, and an air suction assembly 4420 communicated with the killing chamber 420, and the air suction assembly 4420 is configured to form a negative pressure in the killing chamber 420.
