Description

Plant extract composition, sunscreen composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of biological agents, in particular to a plant extract composition, a sunscreen composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the amount of ultraviolet radiation has been recognized worldwide as the ozone layer is destroyed. For sensitive skin or skin which is constantly exposed to the sun, uv rays lose their elasticity and cause wrinkles, resulting in premature aging, and for this reason, uv-absorbing (screening) agents are often added to cosmetics to protect the human body from excessive uv radiation. On the other hand, besides ultraviolet rays, the damage of blue light to the skin is also ubiquitous. The blue light emitted by mobile phones, computers, televisions and other equipment can directly radiate the naked skin of people. The blue light penetrates into the dermis of the skin to generate active oxygen free radicals, so that fibroblasts in the dermis of the skin are damaged, and the cell matrix is reduced; but also can influence the secretion of melatonin, so that the brain is in an excited state, the biological clock rule is influenced, and the sleep quality of people is not high. Both of these aspects can lead to premature aging of the skin. Therefore, there is a need to provide a sunscreen composition having a blue light protection effect.

As can be seen from Table 2, in examples 1 to 2, only the amount of the sunscreen agent was changed, and the greater the amount of the sunscreen agent was, the better the sunscreen and waterproof effects of the product were, but the degree of freshness of the product was slightly decreased. In examples 2 to 4, only the titanium dioxide/silica/cetyl phosphate/water, silica and trimethylsiloxy silicate were added in varying amounts, and the greater the amount added, the better the sunscreen effect and the water-proofing ability of the product. In examples 3 and 5 to 6, only the addition amounts of the alpine leontopodium flowers/leaves extract, the Lespedeza capitata leaves/stems extract and the Actinidia spinosa extract were changed, and the larger the addition amount, the poorer the spreadability and the refreshing degree of the product, and the skin feel was more greasy relatively, but the better the sunscreen effect of the product.
From the overall good feeling results of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 4 to 5, it can be seen that the greater the amount of a component added, the higher the sun protection index, the higher the user's good feeling, and the safety, the practicability, and the feeling of the product experience may be considered comprehensively. Among the above results, the overall feedback effect of embodiment 6 is the best.
Security verification
40 persons of the sunscreen composition obtained in the examples 1-6 are respectively selected to carry out a skin closed patch test and a skin repeated development type smearing test, and the selection of the subject meets the relevant requirements. The test results are shown in tables 3 and 4.

The test method for blue light prevention performance comprises the following steps:
the resulting sunscreen composition was coated on quartz glass (thickness of application was about 1mm), underlaid with a blue light test card, and then irradiated with a blue Laser pen (emission wavelength 405 ± 10nm) of Laser 301 type.
Through tests, the blue light prevention test cards of examples 3 to 4 and the blue light prevention test cards of examples 5 to 6 have almost no color change, but the color of the blue light prevention test cards of examples 1 to 2 and comparative examples 4 to 5 is much lighter than that of the uncoated blank control group.
Meanwhile, when the example 6 is compared with the comparative examples 2-3, the example 6 does not change color; comparative example 2 had a color change, but the color was much lighter than the uncoated blank; comparative example 3 discolored more severely, and was a bit lighter than the uncoated blank control, and the test results show that the sunscreen combination provided in the examples of the present application has a good blue light protection effect.
In conclusion of the sun-screening performance, the water-proofing performance and the blue-light-proofing performance test results, the sun-screening effect and the water-proofing capability of the comparative product are poor in example 3 compared with comparative example 1, and the results show that titanium dioxide/silica/cetyl phosphate/water, emulsifier, trimethylsiloxy silicate and the like have great effects on the sun-screening effect and the water-proofing capability of the synergistic product. Example 6 compared to comparative examples 2-3, the sunscreen effect and water resistance were slightly better than the comparative examples, while the blue light resistance was significantly superior, and comparative example 2 was better than comparative example 3. The skin conditioner, namely the extract of the flowers/leaves of the alpine leontopodium, the extract of the leaves/stems of the Lespedeza capitata and the extract of the Actinidia spinosa, in the product has great synergy on blue light prevention of the product.
The present application has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, but the present application is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present application. Furthermore, the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
