the top of the puncture cannula 1 is provided with a cannula head cover 12, and the cannula head cover 12 is provided with a positioning groove 13;
the top of the puncture needle 2 is provided with a contact 21, and the bottom of the contact 21 is provided with a positioning rod 22;
the contact 21 is connected with the tube head cover 12 through the corresponding insertion of the positioning rod 22 and the positioning groove 13;
the inner wall of the opening end of the puncture sleeve 1 is provided with an internal thread 17, the internal thread 17 is screwed with the outer wall of the adjusting tube 18, and the inner diameter of the puncture sleeve 1 is adjusted.
In this embodiment, the puncture needle 2 is inserted into the puncture cannula 1 from one end of the tip cover 12, so that the needle head of the puncture needle 2 is exposed from the puncture cannula 1, and the positioning rod 22 is correspondingly inserted into the positioning groove 13, thereby playing a role of positioning and clamping the contact 21 and the tip cover 12, ensuring stable connection between the puncture needle 2 and the puncture cannula 1, on the other hand, according to the diameter of the actual puncture needle 2, the adjusting tube 18 with a proper inner diameter is rotated to be screwed with the internal thread 17 in the puncture cannula 1, so that the adjusting tube 18 can be assembled in the puncture cannula 1, thereby realizing the puncture operation requirements of puncture needles 2 with different diameters on the basis of not replacing the puncture cannula 1, and improving the use effect of the cannula puncture device.
As shown in fig. 3, the adjusting tube 18 and the end portion inside the puncture cannula 1 are provided with a guide ring 19, and the guide ring 19 has an inward-inclined structure, so that the needle head of the puncture needle 2 can be guided and gathered to the middle, so that the puncture needle 2 can enter the adjusting tube 18 quickly and accurately, and perform the subsequent puncture operation.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the puncture needle further comprises a sealing assembly 3, the sealing assembly 3 comprises a spiral tube 32, the spiral tube 32 is in threaded connection with the external thread 11 on the puncture cannula 1, a pressing ring 33 perpendicular to the puncture cannula 1 is arranged at the bottom of the spiral tube 32, when the puncture cannula 1 is reserved at the puncture site of a patient, the spiral tube 32 is rotated to rotate on the external thread 11, and the pressing ring 33 is driven to move downwards until the pressing ring is contacted with the skin of the puncture site of the patient, so that the state of the puncture cannula 1 is limited and clamped, and the puncture cannula 1 is prevented from shaking violently.
As shown in fig. 5, the lower surface of the pressing ring 33 is provided with a sponge sheet 34 abutting against the skin of the puncture site for buffering the space between the pressing ring 33 and the skin of the puncture site, thereby avoiding the phenomenon that the pressing ring 33 causes secondary damage to the skin of the puncture site.
As shown in fig. 5, the upper surface of the pressing ring 33 is provided with a limiting frame 31 for limiting and fixing the medical adhesive tape, when the pressing ring 33 contacts with the skin of the puncture site of the patient, the medical adhesive tape penetrates through the limiting frame 31 and is adhered to the skin, so that the pressing ring 33 and the skin can be further reinforced, and the adhesion and the sealing performance between the pressing ring 33 and the skin can be ensured.
As shown in fig. 2, an air receiving pipe 14 is disposed on an outer wall of the pipe head cover 12, and a sealing plug 15 is embedded in an inner wall of an open end of the air receiving pipe 14, so that the air receiving pipe 14 can be correspondingly connected with an external carbon dioxide device to assist the laparoscopic surgery to be performed smoothly.
As shown in fig. 2, two parallel finger-pressure plates 16 are vertically disposed on the outer wall of the tip cap 12, and the lower surface of the finger-pressure plate 16 is a concave structure for providing a finger-pressing operation support point for medical staff, so that the medical staff can hold the cannula puncturing device with a hand to perform puncturing operation.
As shown in fig. 4, the contact 21 has a two-stage structure, the upper end of the contact is a hemispherical structure, which can improve the holding comfort of the contact 21 by the palm, the lower end of the contact 21 is a disc-shaped structure, and the diameter of the lower end of the contact 21 is larger than that of the outer wall of the cannula cover 12, which is convenient for taking out the puncture needle 2 from the puncture cannula 1, thereby improving the operation flexibility of the cannula puncture device.
