Abstract

本发明涉及眼科超声诊断技术领域,尤其涉及一种便捷式多探头眼科超声诊断装置,包括底板,底板上设置有竖向的侧板,侧板的板面一侧安装有显示器,所述底板上设置有推动油缸,推动油缸与侧板相邻设置,侧板在其板面上设置有可升降的滑动座,滑动座上通过支撑臂安装有承载盘,所述承载盘上设置有滑动板,滑动板上安装有转盘,转盘上用于安装眼科超声诊断仪,本发明解决了多探头眼科超声诊断设备的位置无法调整,便捷性不高的问题,本眼科诊断装置的提出,医务人员能够根据诊断的需要,实时地调整仪器的高度、与患者眼部之间的距离以及精准定位患者眼部,以最佳的位置来满足不同患者的诊断实际情况,具备实用性和推广性。

Description

一种便捷式多探头眼科超声诊断装置
技术领域
本发明涉及眼科超声诊断技术领域,尤其涉及一种便捷式多探头眼科超声诊断装置。
背景技术
眼科超声诊断装置是用于眼内疾病诊断和眼部生物结构参数测量及人工晶体数值计算与设计的眼科专用设备。其B超成像的基本原理与通用B型超声诊断设备相同,依据其预期对眼内和眼眶组织结构检查的需要,通常采用10MHz-25MHz的高频探头,并且其几何尺寸及声窗结构要适合人眼的结构。0-13MHz的眼科B超探头用于眼内和眼眶组织的成像,13-25MHz的眼科B超探头通常用于提升视网膜组织结构的扫查分辨能力,探头通常直接接触眼睑皮肤对眼球和眼眶进行成像。
现有的眼科超声诊断仪器已经具备多探头设计,但是现有的多探头眼科超声诊断仪器一般都是固定放置的,其位置不好调整,便捷性不高,这会影响眼科诊断的效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的多探头眼科超声诊断设备的位置无法调整,便捷性不高的缺点,而提出的一种便捷式多探头眼科超声诊断装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种便捷式多探头眼科超声诊断装置,包括底板,所述底板上设置有竖向的侧板,侧板的板面一侧安装有显示器,所述底板上设置有推动油缸,推动油缸与所述侧板相邻设置,侧板在其板面上设置有竖向的滑轨,滑轨与显示器位于所述侧板相异的两边,滑轨内滑动配合有滑动座,推动油缸的输出端引出竖向的伸缩臂,伸缩臂的顶端向上延伸,并且伸缩臂的顶端对接在滑动座的底部;
所述滑动座的侧面向背离所述侧板的方向引出L型的支撑臂,支撑臂的竖臂顶端安装有承载盘,所述承载盘的盘面上沿其长度方向开设出长直的滑道,滑道内滑动配合有滑动板;
所述滑动板在其板面中心位置通过回转支承转动安装有转盘,滑动板的中轴线与所述转盘的中轴线重合,转盘的盘面边缘一圈设置有围缘,围缘向上凸起并略高于转盘的盘面,转盘上用于安装眼科超声诊断仪。
优选的,所述底板的底部设置有滚轮。
优选的,所述承载盘的一端设置有推杆电机。
优选的,所述推杆电机的输出端引出水平的推杆。
优选的,所述推杆向滑动板延伸并对接在滑动板的侧边上。
优选的,所述推杆沿转盘的盘面径向设置。
优选的,所述滑动座的侧面引出凸起,并且凸起与所述滑轨的轨道滑动配合。
优选的,所述支撑臂的横臂端部固定在滑动座侧面,支撑臂的竖臂端部固定在承载盘底面。
本发明的有益效果是:通过本方案提出的眼科诊断装置,解决了多探头眼科超声诊断设备的位置无法调整,便捷性不高的问题,本眼科诊断装置的提出,医务人员能够根据诊断的需要,实时地调整仪器的高度、与患者眼部之间的距离以及精准定位患者眼部,以最佳的位置来满足不同患者的诊断实际情况,可操作性强,设计新颖,具备实用性和推广性。

本实施例中,参照图1-4,一种便捷式多探头眼科超声诊断装置,包括底板1,底板1上设置有竖向的侧板2,侧板2的板面一侧安装有显示器3,底板1上设置有推动油缸4,推动油缸4与侧板2相邻设置,侧板2在其板面上设置有竖向的滑轨5,滑轨5与显示器3位于侧板2相异的两边,滑轨5内滑动配合有滑动座6,推动油缸4的输出端引出竖向的伸缩臂11,伸缩臂11的顶端向上延伸,并且伸缩臂11的顶端对接在滑动座6的底部;
滑动座6的侧面向背离侧板2的方向引出L型的支撑臂7,支撑臂7的竖臂顶端安装有承载盘8,承载盘8的盘面上沿其长度方向开设出长直的滑道13,滑道13内滑动配合有滑动板9;
滑动板9在其板面中心位置通过回转支承15转动安装有转盘10,滑动板9的中轴线与转盘10的中轴线重合,转盘10的盘面边缘一圈设置有围缘16,围缘16向上凸起并略高于转盘10的盘面,转盘10上用于安装眼科超声诊断仪。
底板1的底部设置有滚轮,承载盘8的一端设置有推杆电机12,推杆电机12的输出端引出水平的推杆14,推杆14向滑动板9延伸并对接在滑动板9的侧边上,推杆14沿转盘10的盘面径向设置,滑动座6的侧面引出凸起,并且凸起与滑轨5的轨道滑动配合,支撑臂7的横臂端部固定在滑动座6侧面,支撑臂7的竖臂端部固定在承载盘8底面。
具体工作过程:当需要调整转盘10上的诊断仪的位置时,先通过推动油缸4控制滑动座6升降,滑动座6以及滑动座6上的承载盘8、转盘10将保持相同的升降,以此,可以调整诊断仪的使用高度;其次,通过推杆电机12推动滑动板9沿滑道13作直线的滑动,以此,可以调整诊断仪在水平直线上的位置;最后,转盘10可以自由转动,因此,当需要转动诊断仪时也仅仅需要转动转盘10即可,在以上三步调整步骤之后,可以迅速高效地调整眼科诊断仪的位置,有利于眼科诊断的进行。

1.一种便捷式多探头眼科超声诊断装置,包括底板(1),所述底板(1)上设置有竖向的侧板(2),侧板(2)的板面一侧安装有显示器(3),其特征在于,所述底板(1)上设置有推动油缸(4),推动油缸(4)与所述侧板(2)相邻设置,侧板(2)在其板面上设置有竖向的滑轨(5),滑轨(5)与显示器(3)位于所述侧板(2)相异的两边,滑轨(5)内滑动配合有滑动座(6),推动油缸(4)的输出端引出竖向的伸缩臂(11),伸缩臂(11)的顶端向上延伸,并且伸缩臂(11)的顶端对接在滑动座(6)的底部;
所述滑动座(6)的侧面向背离所述侧板(2)的方向引出L型的支撑臂(7),支撑臂(7)的竖臂顶端安装有承载盘(8),所述承载盘(8)的盘面上沿其长度方向开设出长直的滑道(13),滑道(13)内滑动配合有滑动板(9);
所述滑动板(9)在其板面中心位置通过回转支承(15)转动安装有转盘(10),滑动板(9)的中轴线与所述转盘(10)的中轴线重合,转盘(10)的盘面边缘一圈设置有围缘(16),围缘(16)向上凸起并略高于转盘(10)的盘面,转盘(10)上用于安装眼科超声诊断仪。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便捷式多探头眼科超声诊断装置,其特征在于,所述底板(1)的底部设置有滚轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便捷式多探头眼科超声诊断装置,其特征在于,所述承载盘(8)的一端设置有推杆电机(12)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种便捷式多探头眼科超声诊断装置,其特征在于,所述推杆电机(12)的输出端引出水平的推杆(14)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种便捷式多探头眼科超声诊断装置,其特征在于,所述推杆(14)向滑动板(9)延伸并对接在滑动板(9)的侧边上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种便捷式多探头眼科超声诊断装置,其特征在于,所述推杆(14)沿转盘(10)的盘面径向设置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种便捷式多探头眼科超声诊断装置,其特征在于,所述滑动座(6)的侧面引出凸起,并且凸起与所述滑轨(5)的轨道滑动配合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种便捷式多探头眼科超声诊断装置,其特征在于,所述支撑臂(7)的横臂端部固定在滑动座(6)侧面,支撑臂(7)的竖臂端部固定在承载盘(8)底面。
