The resource allocation method for cell switching provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to network side equipment and can also be applied to a terminal.
It should be noted that the terminal is a device with a wireless communication function, and can be deployed on land, including indoors or outdoors, handheld or vehicle-mounted; can also be deployed on the water surface (such as a ship and the like); and may also be deployed in the air (e.g., airplanes, balloons, satellites, etc.). The terminal may be a mobile phone (mobile phone), a tablet computer (pad), a computer with wireless transceiving function, a Virtual Reality (VR) terminal, an Augmented Reality (AR) terminal, a wireless terminal in industrial control (industrial control), a wireless terminal in self driving (self driving), a wireless terminal in remote medical (remote medical), a wireless terminal in smart grid (smart grid), a wireless terminal in transportation safety (transportation safety), a wireless terminal in smart city (smart city), a wireless terminal in smart home (smart home), etc.; but also UEs in various forms, Mobile Stations (MSs), the terminal equipment (terminal device).
The network side device may be a 4G base station, such as LTE, ng-eNB, or may also be a gbb, en-gbb, macro base station, micro base station, CU (Central Unit) or DU (Distributed Unit) in 5G.
The term "and/or" in the embodiments of the present invention describes an association relationship of associated objects, and indicates that three relationships may exist, for example, a and/or B may indicate: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. The character "/" generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship.
The application scenario described in the embodiment of the present invention is for more clearly illustrating the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention, and does not form a limitation on the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and it can be known by a person skilled in the art that with the occurrence of a new application scenario, the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention is also applicable to similar technical problems.
The following first introduces a related background for direct communication:
as shown in fig. 1, direct communication between devices is allowed between a device 100 and a device 101 that are close to each other, and for convenience of description, a direct communication link between the device 100 and the device 101 is defined as a Sidelink link, and a corresponding wireless interface thereof is referred to as a direct communication interface (also referred to as a Sidelink interface); a cellular communication link between the network side device 102 and the direct communication device is referred to as a Uu link, and an interface corresponding to the Uu link between the network side device 102 and the direct communication device is referred to as a Uu interface. The devices for direct communication may all be on-line, or off-line, or part of the devices may be on-line and part of the devices off-line, where the devices on-line indicate that the devices participating in direct communication are located within the coverage of the communication carrier of the 3GPP base station, and the devices off-line indicate that the devices participating in direct communication are not within the coverage of the communication carrier of the 3GPP base station.
A typical direct communication scenario includes three ways:
unicast transmission mode: namely, one-to-one communication between direct communication terminals;
multicast transmission mode: that is, one device can transmit the same data to all devices in one communication group at a time;
a broadcast transmission mode: that is, one device can send the same data to all nearby devices at a time, and it should be noted that the LTE system only supports broadcast transmission.
When the UE moves from the source cell to the target cell, a cell handover may be performed, where the handover process may include the following stages:
a switching preparation stage: the method comprises the steps that a source base station receives a report sent by UE according to a preset measurement rule, whether the UE needs to perform cell switching is determined according to the report and Radio Resource Management (RRM) information, when the UE needs to perform cell switching is determined, the source base station sends a switching request message to a target base station, and the target base station executes admission control according to received QoS information.
A switching execution stage: when the UE performs cell handover, the source base station sends a cell handover command to the UE, and when the UE receives the cell handover command and initiates a request for establishing a connection with the target cell, the UE needs to use a special resource pool (explicit resource pool) to perform direct communication, and cannot use resources configured by the target cell to send signals until receiving resources configured by the target cell for the UE.
In the above-mentioned process of cell switching, when the UE performs direct communication on the special resource pool, the UE transmits signals in a manner of randomly selecting resources to perform direct communication, that is, randomly selects one resource on the special resource pool to transmit signals, and if other UEs also randomly select resources on the special resource pool to transmit signals at the same time, resource selection conflicts may be caused, the transmitted signals interfere with each other, and the reliability of signal reception is reduced.
Example 1
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a resource allocation method during cell handover, which can be applied to a system, where the system includes a network side device and a terminal, and the following describes implementation steps of the system:
as shown in fig. 2, the system includes a network side device 200 and a terminal 201, wherein:
the network side equipment is used for configuring direct communication link resources to a terminal so that the terminal uses the direct communication link resources to carry out direct communication when the terminal meets effective information corresponding to the direct communication link resources, wherein the effective information comprises effective time or effective conditions;
the terminal is used for receiving the direct communication link resource configured by the network side equipment; and when the effective information corresponding to the direct communication link resource is met, the direct communication link resource is used for direct communication, and the effective information comprises effective time or effective conditions.
As an optional implementation manner, when applied to the Uu interface of the NR system in this embodiment, the manner in which the network side device configures the direct communication link resource for the terminal is as follows:
mode 1(Type 1): configuring a set of resources used by the UE, including but not limited to: periodic resources, time domain resources and frequency domain resources occupied by the resources, periods occupied by the resources, and the like. If the resource is configured for the UE, the UE may use the resource to send a signal, and in this manner, the resource is activated while the resource is configured for the UE, so that the UE may use the resource.
Mode 2(Type 2): a set of resources used by the UE is configured, the set of resources including periodic resources. However, the UE is configured with the resource, and the UE still cannot use the resource, and when receiving the DCI indication information, the UE activates the resource to use the resource, and when not receiving the DCI indication information (not activated), the UE cannot use the resource. It should be noted that, in the signaling for configuring the resource, only information such as the period of the resource is configured, and time domain and frequency domain resources occupied by the resource are not configured, and the time domain and frequency domain resources occupied by the resource are activated through DCI indication information.
The network side device in this embodiment includes a target network side device and a source network side device, where the source network side device is a network side device corresponding to a source cell where a terminal is located, and the target network side device is a network side device corresponding to a target cell to which the terminal is switched.
The target network side device is configured to configure the direct communication link resource for the terminal through the source network side device, and optionally, may also configure the effective information of the direct communication link resource for the terminal through the source network side device.
In implementation, the target network side device first sends the direct communication link resource configured for the terminal to the source network side device, or simultaneously sends the effective information of the direct communication link resource configured for the terminal to the source network side device, when the source network side device receives the direct communication link resource sent by the target network side device, the direct communication link resource is sent to the terminal, and similarly, when the source network side device receives the effective information of the direct communication link resource sent by the target network side device, the effective information is sent to the terminal.
In implementation, the sending, by the target network side device, the direct communication link resource configured for the terminal to the source network side device includes: the period of the direct communication link resource, the time domain resource and the frequency domain resource occupied by the direct communication link resource, optionally, the target network side device sends the direct communication link resource configured for the terminal to the source network side device through the indication information;
after receiving direct communication link resources sent by target network side equipment, source network side equipment can configure the period of the direct communication link resources, time domain resources occupied by the direct communication link resources and frequency domain resources to the terminal through a first cell switching command; or configuring the period of the direct communication link resource to the terminal through a first cell switching command, and sending the time domain resource and the frequency domain resource occupied by the direct communication link resource to the terminal through Downlink Control Information (DCI) indication information;
optionally, after receiving the effective information of the direct communication link resource sent by the target network side device, the source network side device may configure the effective information of the direct communication link resource to the terminal through the second cell switching command; the information about the validity of the direct communication link resource may also be sent to the terminal through the DCI indication information, and it should be noted that the first cell switching command and the second cell switching command in this embodiment may be the same cell switching command or different cell switching commands.
Optionally, the source network side device may also determine, by itself, the validation information of the direct communication link resource, and may configure, by using the second cell switching command, the validation information of the direct communication link resource to the terminal; the information about the validity of the direct communication link resource may also be sent to the terminal through the DCI indication information, and it should be noted that the first cell switching command and the second cell switching command in this embodiment may be the same cell switching command or different cell switching commands.
Optionally, after the source network-side device receives the direct communication link resource and the validation information of the direct communication link resource sent by the target network-side device, or after the source network-side device determines the validation information of the direct communication link resource, for the configuration mode of type1, the source network-side device sends the direct communication link resource and the validation information to the terminal through the cell switching command, and for the configuration mode of type2, the source network-side device sends the period and the validation information of the direct communication link resource through the cell switching command, and sends information such as the time domain resource and the frequency domain resource occupied by the direct communication link resource to the terminal through DCI indication information.
It should be noted that the validation information of the direct communication link resource may be configured by the target network side device to the terminal through the source network side device, or may be configured by the source network side device to the terminal directly. The validation information of the direct communication link resource is configured to the terminal through the cell switching command.
The following describes the configuration modes of the target network side device and the source network side device for configuring the direct communication link resource for the terminal respectively.
1) The network side equipment is target network side equipment.
And the target network side equipment is used for configuring the direct communication link resource for the terminal through the source network side equipment.
In implementation, the configuration mode of the target network side device configuring the direct communication link resource for the terminal through the source network side device includes Type1 and Type 2.
If the direct communication link resource is configured for the terminal through Type1, that is, the target network side device configures the period of the direct communication link resource, the time domain resource occupied by the direct communication link resource, and the frequency domain resource to the terminal through the source network side device.
Optionally, the target network side device sends, to the source network side device, the period of the direct communication link resource configured for the terminal, and the time domain resource and the frequency domain resource occupied by the direct communication link resource, through the indication information.
Optionally, the source network side device configures validation information of the direct communication link resource for the terminal, that is, sends the configured direct communication link resource to the source network side device, and sends the validation information to the source network side device. Optionally, the signaling used by the configured direct communication link resource sent to the source network side device and the signaling used by the sent validation information may be the same signaling or different signaling, and this embodiment is not limited to the above.
If the direct communication link resource is configured for the terminal through Type2, the target network side device configures the period of the direct communication link resource to the terminal through the source network side device, and sends downlink control information DCI indication information to the terminal through the source network side device to indicate the time domain resource and the frequency domain resource occupied by the direct communication link resource configured by the terminal.
Optionally, the target network side device sends, to the source network side device, the period of the direct communication link resource configured for the terminal, and the time domain resource and the frequency domain resource occupied by the direct communication link resource, through the indication information.
Optionally, the source network side device configures validation information of the direct communication link resource for the terminal, that is, the target network side device sends the configured direct communication link resource to the source network side device, and the target network side device sends the validation information to the source network side device.
Optionally, the target network side device sends, to the source network side device, validation information of the direct communication link resource configured for the terminal through the indication information.
The indication information in this embodiment is different from the DCI indication information, and the indication information is different from or the same as the cell switching command.
2) The network side equipment is source network side equipment.
The source network side device may directly configure the direct communication link resource for the terminal.
The configuration mode of the source network side device for configuring the direct communication link resource for the terminal comprises Type1 and Type 2.
If the direct communication link resource is configured for the terminal through the Type1, the source network side device configures the period of the direct communication link resource, the time domain resource and the frequency domain resource occupied by the direct communication link resource to the terminal through a first cell switching command; and configuring the effective information of the direct communication link resource to the terminal through a second cell switching command.
The direct communication link resource configured to the terminal may be directly determined by the source network side device, or may be a direct communication link resource that is configured to the terminal by the target network side device and received by the source network side device.
The effective information of the direct communication link resource may be determined by the source network side device, or may be the effective information of the direct communication link resource that is sent by the target network side device and received by the source network side device.
If the direct communication link resource is configured for the terminal through Type2, the source network side device configures the period of the direct communication link resource to the terminal through a first cell switching command, and sends the time domain resource and the frequency domain resource occupied by the direct communication link resource to the terminal through Downlink Control Information (DCI) indication information; and the effective information of the direct communication link resource can be configured for the terminal in the following two ways:
configuring the effective information of the direct communication link resource to a terminal through a second cell switching command; or
And sending the effective information of the direct communication link resource to the terminal through the DCI indication information.
The first cell switching command and the second cell switching command in this embodiment may be the same signaling or different signaling, and this embodiment is not limited to this.
3) For the terminal side
On one hand, the method comprises the steps of receiving direct communication link resources configured by network side equipment; on the other hand, the method is configured to receive validation information of the direct communication link resource configured by the network side device, where the validation information may be configured by the target network side device for the terminal through the source network side device, or may be configured by the source network side device for the terminal directly.
Optionally, the direct communication link resource configured by the network side device is received in any one of the following manners:
mode 1) receiving the configured period of the direct communication link resource, the time domain resource and the frequency domain resource occupied by the direct communication link resource through a first cell switching command;
mode 2) receives the configured period of the direct communication link resource through the first cell switching command, and receives the time domain resource and the frequency domain resource occupied by the direct communication link resource through the downlink control information DCI indication information.
Optionally, the validation information of the direct communication link resource configured by the network side device is received in any one of the following manners:
receiving the effective information of the configured direct communication link resource through a second cell switching command;
receiving validation information of the configured direct communication link resource through DCI indication information.
The first cell switching command and the second cell switching command may be the same signaling or different signaling, and this embodiment is not limited to this.
The effective time in this embodiment includes any one or more of the following:
the terminal receives the time of the cell switching command;
the terminal sends a connection establishment request to the target network side equipment;
the terminal receives the time when the target network side equipment replies the connection establishment request;
the time when the connection between the terminal and the target network side equipment is completed;
the moment when the terminal is disconnected from the source network side equipment;
the terminal waits for the time after the set time length after receiving the cell switching command;

The validation conditions in this embodiment include:
the signal quality of the target network side equipment is greater than a preset first threshold; and/or
The signal quality of the source network side equipment is lower than a preset second threshold;
optionally, in this embodiment, a duration of the terminal using the direct communication link resource to perform the direct communication is not fixed, and specifically, the terminal may end using the direct communication link resource to perform the direct communication when any one or any plurality of following conditions are met:
the terminal uses the direct communication link resource to carry out direct communication to reach the set use duration;
a terminal receives a direct link resource configured by network side equipment;
the terminal receives the DCI indication information.
Optionally, the DCI indication information is deactivation indication information of the direct link resource.
As an optional implementation manner, the signal quality in this embodiment includes any one or more of the following:
reference Signal Received Power (RSRP);
reference Signal Receiving Quality (RSRQ);
Signal-to-Interference plus Noise Ratio (RS-SINR);
channel State Information (CSI);
