Abstract

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of wireless communication technologies, and in particular, to an information processing method, a network node, and a terminal.
Background
In the related art, a New Radio (NR) hierarchical coverage design strategy is proposed, as shown in fig. 1, for example, including four beams, and assuming that, in fig. 1, since the received power corresponding to the building area corresponding to the beam 3 is the lowest (i.e., the signal is the worst), coverage enhancement of the corresponding building area is achieved through coverage enhancement in the direction of the beam 3, that is, coverage enhancement in the NR partial beam direction or the entire beam direction is supported.

On the other hand, when the idle state or deactivated state terminal is far away from the resident cell, cell reselection is needed to ensure that the service recovery connection state can be smoothly initiated, so that the terminal needs to start neighbor cell measurement when a certain condition is met, and reselection decision is made according to the measurement result.
Therefore, whether the connected terminal triggers a measurement report or the idle/deactivated terminal initiates cell reselection is based on signal strength or channel quality. Although coverage enhancement in the beam direction is mainly designed for the internet of things terminal and the weak coverage area, in the related technical scheme, the terminal may occupy the coverage enhancement beam and occupy the time-frequency resources of the internet of things terminal and the terminal in the weak coverage area no matter whether the terminal is really in the weak coverage area or not.

By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the network node sends the coverage enhancement resource indication information to the terminal so as to enable the terminal to delay the execution of the measurement report aiming at the specified resource or delay the execution of the reselection of the cell corresponding to the specified resource, the terminal can judge whether to execute the measurement report or the cell reselection according to the measurement report triggering condition or the cell reselection triggering condition in the delay period, and after the delay is overtime, if the specified resource also meets the measurement report triggering condition or the cell reselection triggering condition, the measurement report or the cell reselection is executed again; the terminal in the mobile state may not satisfy the measurement report trigger condition or the cell reselection trigger condition for the specified resource, and the terminal of the internet of things may always satisfy the measurement report trigger condition or the cell reselection trigger condition for the specified resource due to the static characteristic thereof, so that the manner of performing the measurement report for the specified resource or performing the reselection of the cell corresponding to the specified resource in a delayed manner according to the embodiment of the present invention can effectively prevent a common terminal or a terminal in a strong coverage area from occupying coverage enhancement resources, and ensure that more coverage enhancement resources are provided for the terminal of the internet of things and the terminal in a weak coverage area.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an information processing method. FIG. 3 is a second flowchart illustrating an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step 201: a terminal receives coverage enhancement resource indication information sent by a network node;
step 202: and delaying the execution of measurement report for the specified resource based on the coverage enhancement resource indication information or delaying the execution of reselection of the cell corresponding to the specified resource based on the coverage enhancement resource indication information.
In this embodiment, the terminal may be an access terminal, a User Equipment (UE), a mobile device, or the like. The terminal delays to execute a measurement report aiming at the specified resource or delays to execute the reselection of the cell corresponding to the specified resource by receiving the coverage enhancement resource indication information sent by the network node.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the coverage enhancement resource indication information is used to indicate that the specified resource is dedicated for coverage enhancement; or, the coverage enhancement resource indication information is used to indicate that the priority of the specified resource is lower than the priority of other resources.
In this embodiment, as an implementation manner, a network node may represent the coverage enhancement resource indication information through a preset field of a specific message, where the preset field may be a reserved field of 1 bit or multiple bits in the specific message; the terminal obtains the indication of the reserved field in the specific message by identifying the specific message, determines whether the specified resource is dedicated to coverage enhancement or determines whether the priority of the specified resource is lower than the priority of other resources. The specific message may be a predetermined type of message.
In this embodiment, the receiving, by the terminal, coverage enhancement resource indication information sent by a network node includes: under the condition that the terminal is in a connected state, the terminal receives coverage enhancement resource indication information sent by a network node through RRC signaling; and under the condition that the terminal is in an idle state or a deactivated state, the terminal receives coverage enhancement resource indication information sent by a network node through system information.
In this embodiment, when the terminal is in different states, the network node sends the coverage enhancement resource indication information to the terminal in different manners, and correspondingly, the terminal receives the coverage enhancement resource indication information in corresponding manners. Under the condition that the terminal is in a connected state, the network node sends coverage enhancement resource indication information to the terminal through RRC signaling, and the terminal receives the coverage enhancement resource indication information through the RRC signaling; under the condition that the terminal is in an idle state or a deactivated state, a network node sends coverage enhancement resource indication information to the terminal through System Information (SI); and the terminal receives the coverage enhancement resource indication information through the system information.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the delaying performing measurement reporting for a specific resource based on the coverage enhancement resource indication information comprises: the terminal starts a first timer and/or a first counter under the condition that the terminal is in a connected state and the terminal determines that the specified resource meets a measurement report triggering condition; the counting value of the first counter is increased by one when the terminal detects that the specified resource meets the trigger condition of the measurement report once; and under the condition that the first timer and/or the first counter meet preset conditions, the terminal executes measurement report aiming at the specified resources and sends a measurement result.
Wherein the first timer and/or the first counter meet a preset condition, and the preset condition comprises at least one of the following conditions: the timing duration of the first timer exceeds a first threshold value; the count value of the first counter exceeds a second threshold value; and under the condition that the timing duration of the first timer does not exceed the first threshold value, the count value of the first counter exceeds the second threshold value.
The embodiment is suitable for the application scene that the terminal is in the connection state. As a first implementation manner, in a case that the terminal determines that the specified resource meets the measurement report triggering condition, a first timer is started, and the measurement report for the specified resource is executed after the timed time of the first timer is up (i.e. the timed duration of the first timer exceeds a first threshold value). As a second implementation manner, in a case that the terminal determines that the specified resource meets the measurement report trigger condition, a first counter is started, the number of times that the specified resource meets the measurement report trigger condition is counted within a starting range of a first timer, and when the number of times reaches a preset threshold (that is, a count value of the first counter exceeds a second threshold), the measurement report for the specified resource is executed. As a third embodiment, in the case that the terminal determines that the specified resource meets the measurement report trigger condition, starting a first timer and a first counter at the same time; and executing measurement report aiming at the specified resource under the condition that the timing duration of the first timer does not exceed a first threshold value and the count value of the first counter exceeds a second threshold value.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the delaying performing reselection of the cell corresponding to the specified resource based on the coverage enhancement resource indication information includes: the terminal starts a second timer and/or a second counter under the condition that the terminal is in an idle state or a deactivated state and the terminal determines that the specified resources meet the cell reselection triggering condition; the counting value of the second counter is increased by one when the terminal detects that the specified resource meets the cell reselection triggering condition once; and when the second timer and/or the second counter meet preset conditions, the terminal executes reselection of the cell corresponding to the specified resource.
Wherein the second timer and/or the second counter meet a preset condition, including at least one of: the timing duration of the second timer exceeds a third threshold value; the count value of the second counter exceeds a fourth threshold value; and under the condition that the timing duration of the second timer does not exceed the third threshold value, the count value of the second counter exceeds the fourth threshold value.
The embodiment is suitable for application scenes of the terminal in an idle state or a deactivation state. As a first implementation manner, when the terminal determines that the specified resource meets the cell reselection triggering condition, a second timer is started, and the cell reselection corresponding to the specified resource is executed after the timing time of the second timer is up (that is, the timing duration of the second timer exceeds a third threshold value). As a second implementation manner, when the terminal determines that the specified resource meets the cell reselection trigger condition, a second counter is started, the number of times that the specified resource meets the cell reselection trigger condition is counted within a starting range of a second timer, and when the number of times reaches a preset threshold (that is, a count value of the second counter exceeds a fourth threshold), the cell corresponding to the specified resource is reselected. As a third implementation manner, when the terminal determines that the specified resource meets the cell reselection triggering condition, a second timer and a second counter are started at the same time; and executing reselection of the cell corresponding to the specified resource under the condition that the timing duration of the second timer does not exceed a third threshold value and the count value of the second counter exceeds a fourth threshold value.
In this embodiment, in the process of delaying execution of a measurement report for a specific resource by the terminal, it may be determined whether a measurement report trigger condition is satisfied for other resources; in case it is decided for the other resource that the measurement report triggering condition is fulfilled, a measurement report may be made for the other resource; or, when the delay time exceeds, that is, the first timer and/or the first counter meet a preset condition (for example, the timing duration of the first timer exceeds a first threshold, and/or the count value of the first counter exceeds a second threshold), the terminal may determine again whether the measurement report trigger condition is met for the specific resource; and under the condition that the measurement report triggering condition is met, performing measurement report aiming at the specific resource.
In the process that the terminal performs reselection of the cell corresponding to the specified resource in a delayed manner, whether a cell reselection triggering condition is met or not can be judged according to other resources; cell reselection may be performed for other resources in case it is determined that the cell reselection condition is satisfied for the other resources; or, when the delay time exceeds, that is, the second timer and/or the second counter meet a preset condition (for example, the timing duration of the second timer exceeds a third threshold, and/or the count value of the second counter exceeds a fourth threshold), the terminal may determine again whether the cell reselection trigger condition is met for the specific resource; and when the cell reselection triggering condition is met, performing cell reselection aiming at the specific resource.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises: the terminal determines delay configuration information; or, the terminal receives delay configuration information sent by the network node; the delay configuration information includes at least one of: a first threshold value, a second threshold value, a third threshold value and a fourth threshold value; wherein the delay configuration information is determined based on at least one of a traffic delay requirement of the terminal, a measurement report period, and a power saving requirement of the terminal.
In this embodiment, a terminal or a network node may determine delay configuration information based on at least one of a service delay requirement of the terminal, a measurement report period, and a power saving requirement of the terminal. The specific determination method can refer to the foregoing embodiments, and is not described herein again.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises: and under the condition that the terminal is in a connected state and the terminal determines that other resources except the specified resource meet the measurement report triggering condition, the terminal executes the measurement report aiming at the other resources and sends the measurement result.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, after the sending the measurement result, the method further comprises: the terminal resets the first timer and/or the first counter.
In this embodiment, if the resource currently meeting the measurement report trigger condition is another resource except the specified resource, the terminal executes a measurement report for the another resource and sends a measurement result; and the terminal resets said first timer and/or said first counter.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises: and under the condition that the terminal is in an idle state or a deactivated state and the terminal determines that other resources except the specified resources meet the cell reselection triggering condition, the terminal executes reselection of the cells corresponding to the other resources.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, after the terminal performs reselection of the cell corresponding to the other resource, the method further includes: the terminal resets the second timer and/or the second counter.
In this embodiment, if the resource currently meeting the cell reselection triggering condition is another resource other than the specified resource, the terminal performs reselection of the cell of the another resource; and the terminal resets said second timer and/or said second counter.

The information processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to specific examples.
Example 1
This example is applicable to a terminal in a connected state. FIG. 4 is a third flowchart illustrating an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
step 301: a base station sends coverage enhancement resource indication information to a terminal through RRC signaling, and indicates a time-frequency resource 1 as a coverage enhancement dedicated resource;
step 302: the terminal receives the coverage enhancement resource indication information;
step 303 a: if the measurement result on the time frequency resource 1 meets the measurement report triggering condition, a first timer is started, and the first timer can be a measurement report delay triggering timer (T)PendMeasurementReport);
Step 303 b: if the timing duration of the first timer exceeds a time threshold 1 (namely a first threshold value), the terminal executes a measurement report in the time-frequency resource 1, reports the measurement result of the time-frequency resource 1, and resets the first timer;
step 304: if the measurement result of the terminal on the time frequency resource 2 not indicated by the coverage enhancement resource indication information meets the trigger condition of the measurement report, the terminal executes the measurement report on the time frequency resource 2, reports the measurement result of the time frequency resource 2, and resets the first timer.
Example two
The present example is applicable to a terminal in an idle state or a deactivated state. FIG. 5 is a fourth flowchart illustrating an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
step 401: a base station sends coverage enhancement resource indication information to a terminal through a system message, and indicates a time-frequency resource 1 as a coverage enhancement dedicated resource;
step 402: and the terminal receives the coverage enhancement resource indication information.
Step 403 a: if the reselection measurement result on the time-frequency resource 1 meets the reselection trigger condition, a second timer is started, and the second timer may be a reselection delay trigger timer (T)PendReselection);
Step 403 b: if the timing duration of the second timer exceeds a time threshold 3 (namely a third threshold), the terminal performs cell reselection aiming at the time-frequency resource 1, reselects a cell working on the time-frequency resource 1, and resets the second timer;
step 404: and if the reselection measurement result of the terminal on the time-frequency resource 3 which is not indicated by the coverage enhancement resource indication information meets the reselection trigger condition, the terminal executes cell reselection on the time-frequency resource 3, reselects the cell working on the time-frequency resource 3, and resets the second timer.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a network node. Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a network node according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 6, the network node includes a first communication unit 51, configured to send coverage enhancement resource indication information to a terminal, where the coverage enhancement resource indication information is used to indicate that the terminal delays performing a measurement report for a specified resource or indicate that the terminal delays performing reselection of a cell corresponding to the specified resource.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the coverage enhancement resource indication information is used to indicate that the specified resource is dedicated for coverage enhancement; or, the coverage enhancement resource indication information is used to indicate that the priority of the specified resource is lower than the priority of other resources.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the first communication unit 51 is configured to send coverage enhancement resource indication information to the terminal through an RRC signaling when the terminal is in a connected state; and sending coverage enhancement resource indication information to the terminal through system information under the condition that the terminal is in an idle state or a deactivated state.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the first communication unit 51 is further configured to send delay configuration information to the terminal; the delay configuration information includes at least one of: a first threshold value, a second threshold value, a third threshold value and a fourth threshold value;
the first threshold value represents the time length for the terminal to delay the execution of the measurement report aiming at the specified resource;
the second threshold value characterizes the number of times the terminal delays performing measurement reporting for a specified resource;
the third threshold value represents the time length for the terminal to delay the reselection of the cell corresponding to the specified resource;
and the fourth threshold value represents the times of the terminal for delaying the reselection of the cell corresponding to the specified resource.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the network node further comprises a first determining unit 52, configured to determine the delay configuration information based on at least one of a traffic delay requirement of the terminal, a measurement reporting period, and a power saving requirement of the terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first determining Unit 52 in the network node may be implemented by a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Micro Control Unit (MCU), or a Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) in the network node in practical application; the first communication unit 51 in the network node can be implemented by a communication module (including a basic communication suite, an operating system, a communication module, a standardized interface, a protocol, etc.) and a transceiver antenna in practical application.
It should be noted that: in the foregoing embodiment, when performing information processing, the network node is only illustrated by dividing the program modules, and in practical applications, the processing may be distributed to different program modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the network node is divided into different program modules to complete all or part of the processing described above. In addition, the network node and the information processing method provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and the specific implementation process thereof is described in detail in the method embodiments and is not described herein again.
The embodiment of the invention also provides the terminal. Fig. 7 is a first schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 7, the terminal includes a second communication unit 61 and an execution unit 62; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the second communication unit 61 is configured to receive coverage enhancement resource indication information sent by a network node;
the execution unit 62 is configured to delay performing a measurement report for a specified resource based on the coverage enhancement resource indication information, or delay performing reselection of a cell corresponding to the specified resource based on the coverage enhancement resource indication information.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the coverage enhancement resource indication information is used to indicate that the specified resource is dedicated for coverage enhancement; or, the coverage enhancement resource indication information is used to indicate that the priority of the specified resource is lower than the priority of other resources.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the second communicating unit 61 is configured to receive, by means of an RRC signaling, coverage enhancement resource indication information sent by a network node when the terminal is in a connected state; and receiving the coverage enhancement resource indication information sent by the network node through system information under the condition that the terminal is in an idle state or a deactivated state.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the executing unit 62 is configured to start a first timer and/or a first counter when the terminal is in a connected state and it is determined that the specified resource meets a measurement report triggering condition; the counting value of the first counter is increased by one when the terminal detects that the specified resource meets the trigger condition of the measurement report once; and when the first timer and/or the first counter meet a preset condition, performing measurement reporting on the specified resource, and sending a measurement result through the second communication unit 61.
Wherein the first timer and/or the first counter meet a preset condition, and the preset condition comprises at least one of the following conditions:
the timing duration of the first timer exceeds a first threshold value;
the count value of the first counter exceeds a second threshold value;
and under the condition that the timing duration of the first timer does not exceed the first threshold value, the count value of the first counter exceeds the second threshold value.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the executing unit 62 is configured to start a second timer and/or a second counter when the terminal is in an idle state or a deactivated state and it is determined that the specified resource meets a cell reselection triggering condition; the counting value of the second counter is increased by one when the terminal detects that the specified resource meets the cell reselection triggering condition once; and when the second timer and/or the second counter meet preset conditions, executing reselection of the cell corresponding to the specified resource.
Wherein the second timer and/or the second counter meet a preset condition, including at least one of:
the timing duration of the second timer exceeds a third threshold value;
the count value of the second counter exceeds a fourth threshold value;

In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the terminal further includes a second determining unit 63, configured to determine the delay configuration information;
or, the second communication unit 61 is further configured to receive delay configuration information sent by the network node;
the delay configuration information includes at least one of: a first threshold value, a second threshold value, a third threshold value and a fourth threshold value;
wherein the delay configuration information is determined based on at least one of a traffic delay requirement of the terminal, a measurement report period, and a power saving requirement of the terminal.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the executing unit 62 is further configured to, when the terminal is in a connected state and it is determined that other resources except the specified resource satisfy a measurement report triggering condition, execute a measurement report for the other resources, and send a measurement result.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the execution unit 62 is further configured to reset the first timer and/or the first counter after sending the measurement result through the second communication unit 61.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the executing unit 62 is further configured to, when the terminal is in an idle state or a deactivated state and it is determined that resources other than the specified resource satisfy a cell reselection trigger condition, execute reselection of a cell corresponding to the other resources.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the executing unit 62 is further configured to reset the second timer and/or the second counter after performing reselection on the cell corresponding to the other resource.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the execution unit 62 and the second determination unit 63 in the terminal may be implemented by a CPU, a DSP, an MCU, or an FPGA in the terminal in practical application; the second communication unit 61 in the terminal can be implemented by a communication module (including a basic communication suite, an operating system, a communication module, a standardized interface, a protocol, etc.) and a transceiver antenna in practical application.
It should be noted that: in the terminal provided in the above embodiment, when performing information processing, only the division of each program module is exemplified, and in practical applications, the processing distribution may be completed by different program modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the terminal is divided into different program modules to complete all or part of the processing described above. In addition, the terminal and the information processing method provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are described in the method embodiments for details, which are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the invention also provides communication equipment, and the communication equipment can be the network node or the terminal of the embodiment of the invention. Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a communication device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, a network node or a terminal includes a memory 72, a processor 71, and a computer program stored in the memory 72 and operable on the processor 71, and when the processor 71 executes the computer program, the information processing method applied to the network node or the terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention is implemented.
It will be appreciated that a communication interface 73 is also included in the communication device. The various components in the communication device may be coupled together by a bus system 74. It will be appreciated that the bus system 74 is used to enable communications among the components of the connection. The bus system 74 includes a power bus, a control bus, and a status signal bus in addition to a data bus. For clarity of illustration, however, the various buses are labeled as bus system 74 in fig. 9.
It will be appreciated that the memory 72 may be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, and may include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. Among them, the nonvolatile Memory may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), a magnetic random access Memory (FRAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a magnetic surface Memory, an optical disk, or a Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM); the magnetic surface storage may be disk storage or tape storage. Volatile Memory can be Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, many forms of RAM are available, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Synchronous Static Random Access Memory (SSRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM), Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (ESDRAM), Enhanced Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (Enhanced DRAM), Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SLDRAM), Direct Memory (DRmb Access), and Random Access Memory (DRAM). The memory 72 described in embodiments of the present invention is intended to comprise, without being limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory.
The method disclosed in the above embodiments of the present invention may be applied to the processor 71, or implemented by the processor 71. The processor 71 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 71. The processor 71 described above may be a general purpose processor, a DSP, or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components, or the like. Processor 71 may implement or perform the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in embodiments of the present invention. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or can be implemented by combining hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software modules may be located in a storage medium located in the memory 72, and the processor 71 reads the information in the memory 72 and performs the steps of the aforementioned methods in conjunction with its hardware.
In an exemplary embodiment, the communication Device may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), DSPs, Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLDs), Field-Programmable Gate arrays (FPGAs), general purpose processors, controllers, Micro Controllers (MCUs), microprocessors (microprocessors), or other electronic components for performing the foregoing methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, the present invention further provides a computer readable storage medium, such as a memory 72, comprising a computer program, which is executable by a processor 71 of a communication device to perform the steps of the aforementioned method. The computer readable storage medium can be Memory such as FRAM, ROM, PROM, EPROM, EEPROM, Flash Memory, magnetic surface Memory, optical disk, or CD-ROM; or may be various devices including one or any combination of the above memories.
The computer-readable storage medium provided by the embodiment of the present invention stores thereon a computer program, and is characterized in that the program, when executed by a processor, implements an information processing method applied to a network node or applied to a terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or other forms.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, that is, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units; some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, all the functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may be separately regarded as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Alternatively, the integrated unit of the present invention may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention may be essentially implemented or a part contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network node) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, or various other media that can store program code.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Claims (22)

1. An information processing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
the network node sends coverage enhancement resource indication information to a terminal, wherein the coverage enhancement resource indication information is used for indicating the terminal to delay execution of a measurement report aiming at specified resources or indicating the terminal to delay execution of reselection of a cell corresponding to the specified resources.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the coverage enhancement resource indication information indicates that the specified resource is dedicated for coverage enhancement; or, the coverage enhancement resource indication information is used to indicate that the priority of the specified resource is lower than the priority of other resources.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the network node sends coverage enhancement resource indication information to the terminal, comprising:
under the condition that the terminal is in a connected state, the network node sends coverage enhancement resource indication information to the terminal through a Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling;
and under the condition that the terminal is in an idle state or a deactivated state, the network node sends coverage enhancement resource indication information to the terminal through system information.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising: the network node sends delay configuration information to the terminal; the delay configuration information includes at least one of: a first threshold value, a second threshold value, a third threshold value and a fourth threshold value;
the first threshold value represents the time length for the terminal to delay the execution of the measurement report aiming at the specified resource;
the second threshold value characterizes the number of times the terminal delays performing measurement reporting for a specified resource;
the third threshold value represents the time length for the terminal to delay the reselection of the cell corresponding to the specified resource;
and the fourth threshold value represents the times of the terminal for delaying the reselection of the cell corresponding to the specified resource.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein before the network node sends the delay configuration information to the terminal, the method further comprises:
the network node determines the delay configuration information based on at least one of a traffic delay requirement of the terminal, a measurement report period, and a power saving requirement of the terminal.
6. An information processing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
a terminal receives coverage enhancement resource indication information sent by a network node;
and delaying the execution of measurement report for the specified resource based on the coverage enhancement resource indication information or delaying the execution of reselection of the cell corresponding to the specified resource based on the coverage enhancement resource indication information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the coverage enhancement resource indication information indicates that the specified resource is dedicated for coverage enhancement; or, the coverage enhancement resource indication information is used to indicate that the priority of the specified resource is lower than the priority of other resources.
8. The method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the terminal receives coverage enhancement resource indication information sent by a network node, and comprises:
under the condition that the terminal is in a connected state, the terminal receives coverage enhancement resource indication information sent by a network node through RRC signaling;
and under the condition that the terminal is in an idle state or a deactivated state, the terminal receives coverage enhancement resource indication information sent by a network node through system information.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein delaying the performing of measurement reporting for specified resources based on the coverage enhancement resource indication information comprises:
the terminal starts a first timer and/or a first counter under the condition that the terminal is in a connected state and the terminal determines that the specified resource meets a measurement report triggering condition; the counting value of the first counter is increased by one when the terminal detects that the specified resource meets the trigger condition of the measurement report once;
and under the condition that the first timer and/or the first counter meet preset conditions, the terminal executes measurement report aiming at the specified resources and sends a measurement result.
10. The method of claim 6, wherein the delaying the performing of the reselection to the cell corresponding to the specified resource based on the coverage enhancement resource indication information comprises:
the terminal starts a second timer and/or a second counter under the condition that the terminal is in an idle state or a deactivated state and the terminal determines that the specified resources meet the cell reselection triggering condition; the counting value of the second counter is increased by one when the terminal detects that the specified resource meets the cell reselection triggering condition once;
and when the second timer and/or the second counter meet preset conditions, the terminal executes reselection of the cell corresponding to the specified resource.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein the first timer and/or the first counter satisfies a predetermined condition, comprising at least one of:
the timing duration of the first timer exceeds a first threshold value;
the count value of the first counter exceeds a second threshold value;
and under the condition that the timing duration of the first timer does not exceed the first threshold value, the count value of the first counter exceeds the second threshold value.
12. The method according to claim 10, wherein the second timer and/or the second counter satisfies a preset condition, including at least one of:
the timing duration of the second timer exceeds a third threshold value;
the count value of the second counter exceeds a fourth threshold value;
and under the condition that the timing duration of the second timer does not exceed the third threshold value, the count value of the second counter exceeds the fourth threshold value.
13. The method according to claim 11 or 12, characterized in that the method further comprises:
the terminal determines delay configuration information; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the terminal receives delay configuration information sent by the network node;
the delay configuration information includes at least one of: a first threshold value, a second threshold value, a third threshold value and a fourth threshold value;
wherein the delay configuration information is determined based on at least one of a traffic delay requirement of the terminal, a measurement report period, and a power saving requirement of the terminal.
14. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
and under the condition that the terminal is in a connected state and the terminal determines that other resources except the specified resource meet the measurement report triggering condition, the terminal executes the measurement report aiming at the other resources and sends the measurement result.
15. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
and under the condition that the terminal is in an idle state or a deactivated state and the terminal determines that other resources except the specified resources meet the cell reselection triggering condition, the terminal executes reselection of the cells corresponding to the other resources.
16. The method of claim 14, wherein after sending the measurement results, the method further comprises:
the terminal resets the first timer and/or the first counter.
17. The method of claim 15, wherein after the terminal performs reselection of the cell corresponding to the other resource, the method further comprises:
the terminal resets the second timer and/or the second counter.
18. A network node, characterized in that the network node includes a first communication unit, configured to send coverage enhancement resource indication information to a terminal, where the coverage enhancement resource indication information is used to instruct the terminal to delay performing a measurement report for a specified resource or instruct the terminal to delay performing reselection of a cell corresponding to the specified resource.
19. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises a second communication unit and an execution unit; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the second communication unit is configured to receive coverage enhancement resource indication information sent by a network node;
the execution unit is configured to delay performing measurement reporting for a specified resource based on the coverage enhancement resource indication information, or delay performing reselection of a cell corresponding to the specified resource based on the coverage enhancement resource indication information.

A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5; alternatively, the program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 6 to 17.
21. A network node comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any of claims 1 to 5 when executing the program.
22. A terminal comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any of claims 6 to 17 when executing the program.
