Changing the intercepting position of the selection frame on the picture to be shot by adjusting the position of the third selection line; therefore, different image information can be intercepted; meanwhile, when the chatting recording picture is intercepted, the preset position of the third selection line is adjusted, so that the information content does not appear above, and the obtaining effect of the information content is good; meanwhile, the ambiguity of information expressed by the chat records caused by not intercepting the complete information content can be avoided; simultaneously, generating a marquee by the width numerical value and the height numerical value of the marquee in the second operation, and then judging whether a third selection line on the marquee vertically divides the information content on the picture; changing the position of the third selection line; then generating a next marquee by taking the position of the third selection line as a starting point; therefore, the selection frame is automatically generated, and the operation is convenient; the position of the marquee on the picture to be processed is changed by adjusting the position movement value of the marquee, so that the intercepted information of the marquee can be changed; when the intercepting position on the picture to be processed needs to be changed, the selecting frame does not need to be generated again, and the operation is simple and efficient; the scheme can intercept the information on the picture to be processed to generate image information and store the image information.
In another embodiment, if the information content includes two information contents arranged in parallel, the uppermost ends of the two information contents arranged in parallel are used as the uppermost ends of the information content, the lowermost ends of the two information contents arranged in parallel are used as the lowermost ends of the information content, and then the uppermost ends and the lowermost ends are determined to be positioned as the content range of the information content, for example, a certain line in the picture includes the picture and the characters, the height of the upper end of the picture is higher than that of the upper end of the characters, the height of the lower end of the picture is lower than that of the lower end of the characters, the uppermost end of the information content is defined as the top of the picture, and the lowermost end of the information content is defined as the bottom of the picture; this facilitates the move operation in step (9.2).

In the above method, since the picture information is stored in the electronic document; the situation that the first few pages need to be provided with headers can occur on the electronic document; the height of a page of the electronic document with a header is reduced; setting the height values of the front m marquee frames; changing the height values of the previous m marquee frames; the image information generated in this way does not need to be resized again when saved on the electronic document; and the generated image information is convenient to use.
The step (8) is specifically as follows: if the height values of the previous m marquee are different from the height value of the marquee; comprises the following steps;
(8.1) inputting the value of m and adjusting the height value.
(8.2) setting a first selection line on the left side of the picture to be processed; and setting a second selection line along the first selection line according to the width value of the marquee.
(8.3) setting a third selection line on the top of the picture to be processed as a starting point, and then, along the up-down direction of the picture; determining the preset position of the next third selection line according to the height adjusting value; after completion, step (8.4) is performed.
(8.4) judging whether the preset position of the third selection line is positioned on the information content; if not, generating a selection frame, and performing the step (8.6); if yes, go to step (8.5).
(8.5) if the preset position of the third selection line is close to the top of the information content, the third selection line moves upwards; positioning a third selection line preset position above the information content; if the preset position of the third selection line is close to the bottom of the information content, the third selection line moves downwards; enabling the preset position of the third selection line to be positioned below the information content; and generating a marquee; the third selected line after the movement is used as a starting point.
(8.6) setting a next third selection line according to the adjustment height value of the preset mth selection frame; then repeating the step (8.4); after the m third selection lines are set, setting the next third selection line by taking the last third selection line as a starting point according to the preset n height values of the marbles; and (5) after the setting is finished, performing the step (9.1) -the step (11).
In this example, m is 2; adjusting the width of the adjacent third selection line according to the value of m and the value of the adjusting height; thereby changing the height of the marquee; thus realizing the height adjustment of the first m marquee frames; after the setting of the m third selection lines is finished, setting the next third selection line by taking the last third selection line as a starting point according to the height value of the marquee until the setting of the marquee is finished; the value of m is set according to the number of pages of the electronic document needing to set the header; the image information stored in the electronic document does not need to be resized again.
The step (11) is specifically as follows: intercepting image data in the marquee; generating naming data of images arranged in the vertical direction of the images; and combining the naming data and the image data to generate image information output. The output format of the image data is selected when outputting. In this embodiment, the output formats include a JPG format, a PNG format, a GIF format, a BMP format, and a TIF format; generating named data according to the arrangement sequence of the marquee and combining and storing the named data with the image data intercepted in the arrangement sequence of the marquee; this facilitates the reference of the image information as a position on the tape processing picture. The method of outputting different formats is prior art and will not be described herein in a repeated manner.
The information content comprises characters, pictures, videos or expression information and the like in the picture to be processed. If a plurality of information contents exist between the two third selection lines, whether the preset position of the third selection line is close to the top of the uppermost information content or the bottom of the lowermost information content in the step (8.5) and the step (9.2) is judged.
Claims (10)
1. A picture segmentation processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding a picture to be processed;
(2-1) determining a width value and a height value of the marquee;
(4) if the second operation is carried out, carrying out the step (8);
setting a first selection line on the left side of a picture to be processed; setting a second selection line according to the width value of the marquee;
(9) setting a third selection line on the top of the picture to be processed as a starting point, and then along the up-down direction of the picture; determining the preset position of the next third selection line according to the height value of the selection frame; after completion, performing step (9.1);
(9.1) judging whether the preset position of the third selection line is positioned on the information content; if not, generating a selection frame, and performing the step (9.3); if yes, performing step (9.2);
(9.2) if the preset position of the third selection line is close to the top of the information content, the third selection line moves upwards; positioning a third selection line above the information content; if the preset position of the third selection line is close to the bottom of the information content, the third selection line moves downwards; positioning a third selection line below the information content; and generating a marquee; the third selection line after moving is used as a starting point;
(9.3) setting a next third selection line according to the pre-selected frame height value; then repeating the step (9.2); after the selection frame finishes the segmentation of the picture to be processed, the step (11) is carried out;
(11) outputting the image information.
2. The picture segmentation processing method according to claim 1, wherein: the step (8) is specifically as follows: setting the adjusting heights of m marbles, wherein the number of the marbles is n, the m marbles are positioned at the front ends of the n marbles, and if the height values of the m marbles are different from the height values of the marbles, the height values of the marbles are set; setting the adjustment heights of the front m marquee frames; if the height values of the previous m marquee are not required to be set; setting a first selection line on the left side of a picture to be processed; setting a second selection line along the first selection line according to the width value of the marquee; then, step (9) is performed.
3. The picture segmentation processing method according to claim 2, wherein: if the height values of the previous m marquee are different from the height value of the marquee; comprises the following steps;
inputting a numerical value of m and an adjusting height numerical value;
setting a first selection line on the left side of a picture to be processed; setting a second selection line along the first selection line according to the width value of the marquee;
(8.3) setting a third selection line on the top of the picture to be processed as a starting point, and then, along the up-down direction of the picture; determining the preset position of the next third selection line according to the height adjusting value; after completion, performing step (8.4);
(8.4) judging whether the preset position of the third selection line is positioned on the information content; if not, generating a selection frame, and performing the step (8.6); if yes, performing step (8.5);
(8.5) if the preset position of the third selection line is close to the top of the information content, the third selection line moves upwards; positioning a third selection line preset position above the information content; if the preset position of the third selection line is close to the bottom of the information content, the third selection line moves downwards; enabling the preset position of the third selection line to be positioned below the information content; and generating a marquee; the third selection line after moving is used as a starting point;
(8.6) setting a next third selection line according to the preset height adjusting value of the mth marquee; then repeating the step (8.4); after the m third selection lines are set, setting the next third selection line by taking the last third selection line as a starting point according to the preset n height values of the marbles; after the setting is finished, the steps are carried out to carry out the step (9.1) -the step (11).
4. The picture segmentation processing method according to claim 1, wherein: the step (11) is specifically as follows: intercepting image data in the marquee; generating naming data of images arranged in the vertical direction of the images; and combining the naming data and the image data to generate image information output.
5. The picture segmentation processing method according to claim 1, wherein: after the step (1), the method also comprises the following steps:
(2) if the picture to be processed needs to be adjusted in width; inputting the adjusted width value of the picture; if the height of the marquee needs to be adjusted, inputting a numerical value of the height of the marquee;
(3) if the width of the marquee needs to be adjusted, inputting the width value of the marquee;
(4) if the operation is performed, performing the step (5);
(5) setting a first selection line on the left side of the picture to be processed; moving along a first selection line to the right side of the picture to be processed; setting a second selection line according to the width value of the marquee;
(6) setting a third selection line on the top of the picture to be processed as a starting point, and then along the up-down direction of the picture; setting a plurality of third selection lines according to the height value of the marquee; and generating a marquee; the height value of the marquee is the distance between the adjacent third selection lines;
(7) adjusting the position of the third selection line along the up-down direction of the picture; and (5) after all the third selection lines are adjusted, performing step (11).
6. The picture segmentation method according to claim 5, wherein: the step (11) is preceded by: step (10), if the position of the marquee needs to be adjusted; inputting a position movement numerical value of the marquee; all the selection frames take the left side of the picture to be processed as a starting point; and translating to the right according to the position moving numerical value of the marquee.
7. The picture segmentation processing method according to claim 5, wherein: in the step (2): if the picture to be processed needs to be adjusted in width; inputting the adjusted width value of the picture; the method specifically comprises the following steps: and scaling in equal proportion by taking the left fixed point of the picture to be processed as the origin according to the adjusted width value of the picture.
8. A picture segmentation processing system, characterized by: the system comprises an image processing module; the picture processing module comprises a marquee width and height presetting module, a marquee width and height processing module, a marquee position processing module, an output module and a marquee, wherein the marquee width and height presetting module is connected with the marquee width and height processing module and the marquee, the marquee position processing module is connected with the marquee, and the marquee width and height processing module is connected with the output module;
the marquee is composed of a first selection line, a second selection line and a third selection line; more than one third selection line is arranged; the third selection line is positioned between the first selection line and the second selection line and is connected with the first selection line and the second selection line; the width of the marquee is the distance between the first selection line and the second selection line; the height of the marquee is the distance between adjacent third selection lines;
the width and height presetting module of the marquee is used for presetting the width value and the height value of the marquee;
the frame width and height processing module is used for setting a first selection line on the left side of the picture to be processed; setting a second selection line according to the width value of the marquee; setting a third selection line on the top of the picture to be processed as a starting point, and then along the up-down direction of the picture; determining the preset position of the next third selection line according to the height value of the selection frame; judging whether the preset position of the third selection line is positioned on the information content; if not, generating a selection frame, and setting a next third selection line according to the height value of the pre-selected selection frame; if so, judging a preset position of a third selection line, and if the preset position of the third selection line is close to the top of the information content, moving the third selection line upwards; positioning a third selection line above the information content; if the preset position of the third selection line is close to the bottom of the information content, the third selection line moves downwards; positioning a third selection line below the information content; and generating a marquee; the moved third selection line is used as a starting point to generate a marquee;
the marquee position processing module is used for moving the position of the marquee if the marquee needs to be adjusted;
the output module is used for intercepting the image data in the selecting frame and generating the naming data of the image in the arrangement sequence of the upper direction and the lower direction of the image; and combines the named data and the image data for output.
9. The picture segmentation processing system according to claim 8, wherein: the system also comprises a picture width processing module and a manual adjusting module, wherein the manual adjusting module is connected with the marquee and the marquee width and height processing module;
the height and width processing module of the marquee is also used for adjusting the width and height of the marquee and regenerating the marquee if the marquee needs to adjust the width and height of the marquee;
the picture width processing module is used for adjusting the width of the picture to be processed if the picture to be processed needs to be adjusted;
the manual adjusting module is used for adjusting the position if the third selection line needs to be adjusted; the position of the third selection line is adjusted in the up-down direction of the picture.

The picture segmentation processing system according to claim 9, wherein: the height adjusting module is connected with the width and height processing module of the marbles and is used for setting the number of the marbles as n, setting m marbles as the front ends of the n marbles, and setting the height value of the previous m marbles to be different from the height value of the marbles if necessary; the adjustment height of the first m marquee frames is set.
