The prompt information output by the human resource management system and corresponding to the job-holding condition may include prompt information of any one or a combination of a plurality of conditions of the job-holding exclusion condition, the job-holding requirement condition, and the job-holding preference condition in the job-holding condition, for example, the prompt information may include "the academic requirement is the subject and above", "at least the working experience of 5 years and above in medicine enterprise market sale", and the like.
In this specification, the applicant can complete the brief creation of the recruitment post by inputting the prompt information corresponding to the recruitment condition based on the human resource management system and the actual situation of the applicant.
Of course, besides creating a brand-new job hunting resume based on the guidance of the applicant, the human resource management system can also collect the existing resume of the applicant at first, and create a format conversion resume generating a plurality of field information corresponding to the requirements of the job-hunting conditions after performing text recognition and data extraction on the existing resume; the applicant can further output prompt information corresponding to the job-seeking condition to the applicant through a resume creation interface according to the human resource management system on the basis of the format conversion resume so as to guide the applicant to continue to complete job-seeking resume creation.
In the present specification, after the applicant completes the resume creation of the recruiting post, the resume is sent to the human resources management system.
In an illustrated embodiment, after receiving a plurality of recruiter resumes for the recruiting position, the human resource management system performs matching scoring on the job hunting resumes of the recruiters based on a preset optimal job condition corresponding to the recruiting position; and performing sorting on the job hunting resumes after matching and scoring, and displaying the job hunting resumes to the recruiter so as to guide the recruiter to screen the resumes.
Continuing to illustrate by the example, after receiving a plurality of resumes of the recruiters of the sales manager of the applicable medicine industry, the human resource management system executes matching scoring on the job seeking resumes of the recruiters based on the preset optimal job conditions (such as that the academic requirement is that the resume is the same as or above, at least the work experience of 5 years or above in the drug enterprise market, 500 hundred powerful drug enterprises and the large district manager) of the recruiters (such as that the resume meeting the job-seeking requirement of the post is given 60 points, the resume meeting the job-seeking exclusion condition is given 30 points and the resume meeting the job-priority condition is given 30 points); the human resource management system performs sorting on the job hunting resumes after matching and scoring and displays the job hunting resumes to the recruiter so as to guide the recruiter to screen the resumes.
For a general understanding of the present invention, please refer to fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a recruitment procedure according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the recruitment procedure of the present invention mainly comprises eight steps: 301. inputting a post description 302, determining to release the post description 303 based on big data, acquiring the post description 304, and guiding a user to create a resume corresponding to the post description; 305. delivering the resume; 306. resume analysis and data mining; 307. scoring and sorting the resumes; 308, manual screening; wherein, the steps 301 and 308 are executed by the recruiter, and the steps 303 and 304 are executed by the applicant.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 1, on one hand, compared with fig. 1, in fig. 3, the job undertaking conditions of the post description of the recruiting position are extracted through big data analysis, so that the problems that the job undertaking conditions of the post description of the recruiting position issued by the recruiting party are not described fully and the best matched person cannot be recruited are solved; on the other hand, the recruitment condition of the post description of the recruiting post, which is provided by the recruiter, guides the applicant to effectively deliver and create the resume, and avoids the situation that the applicant understands that there is a mistake; and the information of the applicant and the recruiter is asymmetric; the post matching degree is improved, and the recruitment efficiency is improved; on the other hand, by scoring and sequencing recommendation of the resume, manual searching and screening of all resume contents of the recruiter are reduced, and recruitment efficiency is improved.
In the technical scheme, the employment condition corresponding to the recruitment post is obtained based on big data analysis; and guiding the applicant to create the resume corresponding to the job-taking condition, thereby reducing the asymmetry of the information of the recruiter and the applicant on the recruiting position, improving the post matching degree and further improving the recruitment efficiency.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the method, the application also provides an embodiment of a resume creating device.
Corresponding to the method embodiment, the present specification also provides an embodiment of a resume creating apparatus. Embodiments of the resume creating apparatus of the present specification may be applied to an electronic device. The device embodiments may be implemented by software, or by hardware, or by a combination of hardware and software. Taking software implementation as an example, as a logical device, the device is formed by reading corresponding computer program instructions in the nonvolatile memory into the memory for operation through the processor of the electronic device where the device is located. From a hardware layer, as shown in fig. 4, a hardware structure diagram of an electronic device in which a resume creating apparatus of this specification is located is shown in fig. 4, except for the processor, the memory, the network interface, and the nonvolatile memory shown in fig. 4, the electronic device in which the apparatus is located in the embodiment may also include other hardware according to an actual function of the electronic device, which is not described again.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a resume creation apparatus shown in an exemplary embodiment of the present specification.
Referring to fig. 5, the resume creation apparatus 50 can be applied to the electronic device shown in fig. 4, and the apparatus is applied to a human resources management system, and the apparatus includes:

1. A resume creation method, the method being applied to a human resources management system, the method comprising:
receiving description information of the recruitment post input by a recruiter;
acquiring historical recruitment data corresponding to the recruitment post from the historical recruitment data;
performing data analysis on the description information of the recruitment position and the historical recruitment data, and determining an occupation condition corresponding to the recruitment position;
and outputting prompt information corresponding to the job-leaving condition to the applicant through a resume creating interface so as to guide the applicant to create a job-seeking resume.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the descriptive information for the recruiting position further includes industry information to which the recruiting position belongs;
the obtaining of the historical recruitment data corresponding to the recruitment post from the historical recruitment data comprises:
screening out historical recruitment data matched with the industry information to which the recruitment post belongs from the historical recruitment data;
and further acquiring historical recruitment data corresponding to the recruitment post from the screened historical recruitment data.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to the data analyzing the recruit position descriptive information and the historical recruitment data:
and desensitizing privacy data related to enterprises in the historical recruitment data.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the historical recruitment data includes historical descriptive information for the recruiting post;
the analyzing the description information of the recruitment position and the historical recruitment data to determine the occupation condition corresponding to the recruitment position comprises:
and performing semantic analysis on the description information of the recruitment position input by the recruiter and the historical description information corresponding to the recruitment position in the historical recruitment data to obtain a plurality of keywords indicating the job leaving conditions of the recruitment position, and generating a keyword set serving as the job leaving conditions based on the obtained keywords.
5. The method of claim 4, the historical recruitment data further comprising historical resume data corresponding to the recruiting post;
the analyzing the description information of the recruiting position and the historical recruiting data to determine the occupation condition corresponding to the recruiting position further comprises:
and performing data mining on resume contents in the historical resume data to obtain a plurality of keywords indicating the occupational conditions of the recruitment posts, and adding the obtained keywords to the keyword set.
6. The method of claim 5, prior to data mining resume content in the historical resume data, further comprising:
storing resume contents in the historical resume data in a key-value key value pair mode;
and merging the data of the resume contents with similar semantics to obtain merged resume contents.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the data mining resume content in the historical resume data for keywords indicating the job tenure for the recruiting post comprises:
performing clustering analysis on resume contents in the historical resume data to obtain a plurality of clustering labels, and adding the clustering labels to the keyword set;
and performing statistical analysis on resume contents in the historical resume data to obtain a plurality of high-frequency keywords indicating resume characteristics, and adding the high-frequency keywords to the keyword set.
8. The method of claim 4, wherein the post due condition comprises any one or a combination of conditions of post due exclusion, post due necessity, and post due preference.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein outputting, to an applicant via a resume creation interface, a prompt corresponding to the job-holding condition to direct the applicant to create a job-seeking resume comprises:
checking the device type of the resume creation interface accessed by the applicant;
if the equipment type is a mobile terminal, outputting prompt information corresponding to the job-seeking condition to the applicant based on a human-computer interaction interface so as to guide the applicant to fill in a job-seeking resume;
otherwise, outputting prompt information corresponding to the job-seeking condition to the applicant based on a page form mode so as to guide the applicant to fill in the job-seeking resume.
10. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after obtaining the resume for job applicant:
performing matching scoring on job-seeking resumes of the applicants on the basis of the optimal job-taking conditions preset corresponding to the recruiting positions;
and performing sorting on the job hunting resumes after matching and scoring, and displaying the job hunting resumes to the recruiter so as to guide the recruiter to screen the resumes.
11. A resume creation apparatus for use in a human resources management system, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the description information of the recruitment post input by the recruiter;
the analysis module is used for acquiring historical recruitment data corresponding to the recruitment post from the historical recruitment data;
the analysis module is further used for carrying out data analysis on the description information of the recruitment position and the historical recruitment data to determine an employment condition corresponding to the recruitment position;
and the creation module outputs prompt information corresponding to the job-leaving condition to the applicant through a resume creation interface so as to guide the applicant to create a job-seeking resume.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, the descriptive information for the recruiting position further comprises industry information to which the recruiting position belongs;
the analysis module further:
screening out historical recruitment data matched with the industry information to which the recruitment post belongs from the historical recruitment data;
and further acquiring historical recruitment data corresponding to the recruitment post from the screened historical recruitment data.
13. The apparatus of claim 11, prior to the data analyzing the recruitment position descriptive information and the historical recruitment data, the analysis module further to:
and desensitizing privacy data related to enterprises in the historical recruitment data.
14. The apparatus of claim 11, the historical recruitment data comprising historical descriptive information for the recruiting post;
the analysis module further:

the analysis module further:
and performing data mining on resume contents in the historical resume data to obtain a plurality of keywords indicating the occupational conditions of the recruitment posts, and adding the obtained keywords to the keyword set.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, the analysis module, prior to data mining resume content in the historical resume data, further to:
storing resume contents in the historical resume data in a key-value key value pair mode;
and merging the data of the resume contents with similar semantics to obtain merged resume contents.
17. The apparatus of claim 15, the analysis module further to:

and performing statistical analysis on resume contents in the historical resume data to obtain a plurality of high-frequency keywords indicating resume characteristics, and adding the high-frequency keywords to the keyword set.
18. The apparatus of claim 14, the post due condition comprising any one or a combination of conditions of a post due exclusion condition, a post due necessity condition, and a post due preference condition.
19. The apparatus of claim 11, the creation module further to:
checking the device type of the resume creation interface accessed by the applicant;
if the equipment type is a mobile terminal, outputting prompt information corresponding to the job-seeking condition to the applicant based on a human-computer interaction interface so as to guide the applicant to fill in a job-seeking resume;
otherwise, outputting prompt information corresponding to the job-seeking condition to the applicant based on a page form mode so as to guide the applicant to fill in the job-seeking resume.
20. The apparatus of claim 11, further comprising, after obtaining the resume for job applicant:
the evaluation module executes matching scoring on the job hunting resume of the applicant based on the preset optimal job-taking condition corresponding to the recruitment post;
and performing sorting on the job hunting resumes after matching and scoring, and displaying the job hunting resumes to the recruiter so as to guide the recruiter to screen the resumes.
21. An electronic device comprises a communication interface, a processor, a memory and a bus, wherein the communication interface, the processor and the memory are connected with each other through the bus;
the memory has stored therein machine-readable instructions, which the processor executes by calling the processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 10.
22. A machine readable storage medium having stored thereon machine readable instructions which, when invoked and executed by a processor, carry out the method of any of claims 1 to 10.
