When the medical instrument is cleaned, the air supply valve and the air exhaust valve are both closed, and the medical instrument is opened again when needing to be dried; the air generated by the fan 15 is heated by the electric heating box 14 and then enters the upper cavity of the box body 1, so that medical instruments cleaned and disinfected in the upper cavity of the box body 1 can be quickly dried, the drying efficiency is improved, and the drying time is shortened.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, a dispersing partition 16 is disposed in the electric heating box 14, the dispersing partition 16 is located between the electric heating wire 12 and the air inlet of the electric heating box 14, and air-permeable through holes are distributed on the dispersing partition 16; the wind blown into the electric heating box 14 by the fan 15 is dispersed by the ventilating through holes on the dispersing partition plate 16 and then uniformly blows over each part of the electric heating wire 12, so that the heat generated after the electric heating wire 12 is electrified can be more effectively utilized.
An air suction pipe is connected to an air suction inlet of the fan 15, an air inlet end of the air suction pipe is positioned on the outer side of the box body 1, a filter net pipe 33 is installed at the end through threads, and a filter screen 34 is arranged in the filter net pipe 33, so that dust in the outside air can be prevented from being blown into the upper cavity of the box body 1 by the fan 15 to pollute medical appliances; the outer wall of the filter net pipe 33 is provided with anti-skid lines, which is convenient for the filter net pipe 33 to be detached and replaced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 10, the present invention further includes an electric cabinet 20, a button switch, an intelligent temperature controller, an intermediate relay, and an ac contactor are disposed in the electric cabinet 20, a temperature sensor 21 is disposed on the air supply duct 17, the temperature sensor 21 is electrically connected to an input end of the intelligent temperature controller, and both the fan 15 and the electric heating wire 12 are electrically connected to an output end of the intelligent temperature controller.
Temperature sensor 21 detectable hot-blast temperature sets up hot-blast warning temperature value on intelligent temperature controller, and when the temperature that temperature sensor 21 detected reached hot-blast warning temperature value, intelligent temperature controller control electric heating wire 12 stopped heating, prevents that hot-blast temperature is too high to cause the damage to medical instrument, and when the temperature that temperature sensor 21 detected was less than hot-blast warning temperature value, intelligent temperature controller control electric heating wire 12 continued to heat, prevents that hot-blast temperature is too low and causes drying speed too slow, guarantees drying efficiency.
Referring to fig. 1 and 10, the air outlet end of the exhaust pipe 19 is disposed on the right side wall of the box body 1, the right side wall of the box body 1 is further provided with an audible and visual alarm 22, the audible and visual alarm 22 is disposed close to the air outlet end of the exhaust pipe 19, and the audible and visual alarm 22 is electrically connected with the output end of the intelligent temperature controller. When the intelligent temperature controller controls the fan 15 and the electric heating wire 12 to start, the audible and visual alarm 22 is controlled to start at the same time, so that medical personnel is reminded to keep away from the air outlet end of the exhaust pipe 19, and the situation that the medical personnel are burnt by hot air is avoided.
Referring to fig. 1, a section of the pipe body of the air supply pipe 17 connected with the cavity wall of the upper cavity of the box body 1 is inclined, and one end of the section of the pipe body connected with the cavity wall of the upper cavity of the box body 1 is a lower end, and the air supply valve is arranged on the section of the pipe body; the exhaust pipe 19 is obliquely arranged, and one end connected with the cavity wall of the cavity on the box body 1 is a lower end.
When water is discharged through the water discharge pipe 6, water entering the air supply pipe 17 and the air discharge pipe 19 is firstly discharged into the upper cavity of the cabinet 1 and then discharged through the water discharge pipe 6, and thus, adverse effect on drying is not caused.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9, a second horizontal partition plate 23 and a third horizontal partition plate 24 are arranged in a left cavity of a tank 1, the left cavity of the tank 1 is sequentially divided into a water pump installation cavity, a purified water cavity and a sewage cavity from top to bottom by the second horizontal partition plate 23 and the third horizontal partition plate 24, a water pump 25 is installed in the water pump installation cavity, a water inlet of the water pump 25 is connected with a water suction pipe, the water suction pipe is inserted into the bottom of the purified water cavity, a water discharge end of the water pump 25 is connected with a water feeding pipe 26, a water outlet end of the water feeding pipe 26 horizontally penetrates through a left second vertical partition plate 3 and is located in an upper cavity of the tank 1, a water outlet end of the water feeding pipe 26 is sealed, an inserting through hole is formed in the upper pipe wall of a pipe body of the upper cavity of the tank 1 of the water feeding pipe 26, a rubber sleeve 27; the box cover 18 is a hollow structure, and the lower end wall of the box cover 18 is vertically provided with a plug-in pipe 28 connected with the inner cavity thereof.
When the box cover 18 is placed in the stepped structure of the upper end of the upper cavity, the plug pipe 28 is inserted into the cylindrical plug through hole formed in the rubber sleeve 27, and the cylindrical plug through hole is connected with the plug pipe 28 in an interference manner, so that a seal is formed between the plug pipe 28 and the rubber sleeve 27. The outer pipe wall at the lower end of the plug pipe 28 is provided with a chamfer structure, so that the plug pipe can be conveniently inserted into the cylindrical plug through hole of the rubber sleeve 27; a plurality of water permeable holes 1801 are formed in the lower end wall of the box cover 18, and a handle 29 is arranged on the upper end wall of the box cover 18, so that the box cover 18 can be conveniently taken and placed. The side wall of the upper end of the water purifying cavity is provided with a water replenishing pipe 30, the water replenishing pipe 30 is provided with a water replenishing valve, and clean disinfecting and cleaning water can be added into the water purifying cavity through the water replenishing pipe 30. A sewage pipe 31 is arranged on the side wall of the lower end of the sewage cavity, and a sewage valve is arranged on the sewage pipe 31; the sewage cavity is located at the lower side of the upper cavity of the box body 1, the lower end of the drain pipe 6 extends into the sewage cavity, and the used disinfection cleaning water in the upper cavity of the box body 1 is firstly drained into the sewage cavity through the drain pipe 6 and then is drained out through the sewage pipe 31.
The water pump 25 is started, the water pump 25 pumps purified water in the purified water cavity into the water adding pipe 26, then the purified water enters the hollow structure of the box cover 18 through the insertion pipe 28, and finally the purified water is sprayed downwards through the water permeable holes 1801 formed in the lower end wall of the box cover 18, secondary spraying cleaning is carried out on the sterilized and cleaned medical instruments, and the medical instruments can be cleaned more cleanly.
Referring to fig. 3, the front side wall of the tank 1 is provided with an observation window 32 at positions corresponding to the upper chamber, the clean water chamber and the sewage chamber of the tank 1, so as to facilitate observation of the water levels of the upper chamber, the clean water chamber and the sewage chamber of the tank 1, and the bottom of the tank 1 is provided with wheels, so as to facilitate movement of the present invention.

the hot air supply device is used for supplying hot air to the upper cavity of the box body (1) and drying the cleaned and sterilized medical instruments in the upper cavity by the hot air.

The surgical medical instrument cleaning, drying and disinfecting device according to claim 1, wherein an electric cylinder (10) is vertically arranged in the lower cavity of the box body (1), the upper end of the piston rod of the electric cylinder (10) passes upward through the first horizontal partition plate (5) and is located in the upper cavity of the box body (1), a grid plate (11) is horizontally arranged in the upper cavity of the box body (1), and the upper end of the piston rod of the electric cylinder (10) is connected with the lower end surface of the grid plate (11).

The surgical medical instrument cleaning, drying and disinfecting device according to claim 2, wherein the first horizontal partition plate (5) is provided with a cylindrical through hole in the middle, the piston rod of the electric cylinder (10) passes through the cylindrical through hole, the wall of the cylindrical through hole of the first horizontal partition plate (5) is provided with at least two annular grooves, each annular groove is sequentially arranged along the height direction of the cylindrical through hole, the annular grooves are provided with the sealing rings (13), and the sealing rings (13) are pressed by the piston rod of the electric cylinder (10).

The surgical medical instrument cleaning, drying and sterilizing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a dispersion partition (16) is arranged in the electric heating box (14), the dispersion partition (16) is located between the electric heating wire (12) and the air inlet of the electric heating box (14), and air-permeable through holes are distributed on the dispersion partition (16); the air suction inlet of the fan (15) is connected with an air suction pipe, the air inlet end of the air suction pipe is located on the outer side of the box body (1), a filtering net pipe (33) is installed at the end through threads, a filtering net (34) is arranged in the filtering net pipe (33), and anti-skid lines are arranged on the outer wall of the filtering net pipe (33).
