Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The air conditioner operation protection method, the protection device and the air conditioner of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an air conditioner operation protection method, including: current is supplied to the swinging blade of the air outlet of the air conditioner; monitoring the current state on the swinging blade in real time; and when the current fluctuation on the swinging blade is monitored to exceed a preset range, controlling the air conditioner to start protective measures.
The current on the flap should be maintained within a stable initial value range during normal operation, i.e., when no foreign object is inserted into the outlet. When a foreign object, such as a human hand, extends into the air outlet, the current value on the swing blade fluctuates greatly under the touch of the foreign object. Therefore, whether a foreign object extends into the air outlet or not can be judged through the fluctuation of the current on the swinging blade, and then corresponding protective measures are carried out.
The fluctuation value of the current on the swinging blade when the foreign object touches can be obtained in advance through a test and the like. And then the fluctuation range of the current on the swinging blade when the foreign object is judged to extend into the air outlet can be preset. Specifically, a current fluctuation threshold value can be set, and when the current on the swing blade exceeds the threshold value range, it is judged that a foreign object enters the air outlet.
According to the air conditioner operation protection method provided by the embodiment, the current is supplied to the swinging blade of the air outlet, whether a foreign object extends into the air outlet is judged by monitoring the change of the current on the swinging blade, and then the starting of the protection measures is controlled; the protection method is convenient to operate, changes of the existing air outlet structure are small, and the practicability is high.
On the basis of the above embodiments, further, the present embodiment proposes two methods for passing current through the swinging blade. Specifically, it includes to flow electric current on air conditioner air outlet's swinging blades: arranging the swing blade to be made of a conductive material, and directly electrifying the swing blade; or a conducting strip is additionally arranged on the swinging blade, and the current is conducted on the swinging blade through the conducting strip. When the swing blade is made of a conductive material, the swing blade can be made of conductive plastic, so that the weight is reduced, and the conductive requirement is met; at the moment, the two ends of the swinging blade can be directly connected with the conducting wires for electrifying. When the conducting strips are additionally arranged on the swinging blades, the conducting strips can be preferably and uniformly arranged on the swinging blades, so that the current on the swinging blades is uniformly distributed. The conducting strip is electrified through a conducting wire.
Furthermore, a current monitoring element can be arranged on a lead connected with the swinging vane or a lead connected with the conducting strip and used for monitoring the current in real time. Further, the current can be applied to the swinging blade by other means to achieve the purpose of charging the swinging blade, and the specific means is not limited. Further, the specific current value of the current flowing on the swinging blade should meet the requirement that the current can be monitored and is within a safe range, and the specific current value is not limited.
Further, when monitoring that the current fluctuation on the swinging vane exceeds a preset range, controlling the air conditioner to start protective measures comprises the following steps: the rotation of the swinging blade and the operation of the air-conditioning fan are controlled and adjusted.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the air-conditioning outlet generally has two layers of swinging blades for guiding air in two directions, and the two layers of swinging blades are divided into an inner layer swinging blade and an outer layer swinging blade. The air conditioner air outlet is electrified on the swinging blade, and the method comprises the following steps: and current is applied to the outer layer swinging blade and/or the inner layer swinging blade of the air outlet of the air conditioner.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, when a current is applied to the outer layer flap of the air outlet of the air conditioner, and when the current fluctuation on the flap is monitored to exceed the preset range, the air conditioner is controlled to start protective measures including: when the current fluctuation on the outer layer swinging vane is monitored to exceed a preset range, the outer layer swinging vane is controlled to stop rotating, and the inner layer swinging vane is closed; or controlling the outer layer swing blade and the inner layer swing blade to stop rotating, and closing the air conditioner fan; or, the outer layer swing blade is controlled to stop rotating, the rotating speed of the air conditioner fan is reduced, and alarm prompt is carried out.
Namely, when current is applied to the outer layer swinging blade of the air outlet of the air conditioner, the current on the outer layer swinging blade is monitored in real time. When the current fluctuation on the outer layer swinging blade is monitored to exceed the preset range, the situation that a foreign object touches the outer layer swinging blade is indicated. At this time, the outer layer swinging blade can be controlled to stop rotating so as to prevent the rotation of the outer layer swinging blade from causing clamping injury to foreign objects such as hands and the like; the inner-layer swing blade is closed, namely the inner-layer swing blade is rotated to the limit position, namely the inner-layer swing blade is rotated to the maximum closing state, so that the inner-layer swing blade shields the air outlet as much as possible, and foreign objects are prevented from entering the air outlet to cause damage or damage to internal components of the air conditioner. Under the protection measures of controlling the outer layer swing blade to stop rotating and closing the inner layer swing blade, the air conditioner indoor unit can be closed, namely the cross-flow fan in the air conditioner indoor unit is controlled to stop running, and the damage of the cross-flow fan is prevented.
When the current fluctuation on the outer layer swinging vane is monitored to exceed the preset range, the outer layer swinging vane and the inner layer swinging vane can be controlled to stop rotating, namely the outer layer swinging vane and the inner layer swinging vane are controlled to stop at the existing positions and do not rotate any more, so that the clamping injury to foreign objects caused by rotation is avoided; meanwhile, the fan of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be turned off, namely, the cross flow fan of the indoor unit is controlled to stop rotating, and the cross flow fan is prevented from being damaged.
When the current fluctuation on the outer layer swinging blade is monitored to exceed the preset range, the outer layer swinging blade can be controlled to stop rotating so as to prevent the rotation of the outer layer swinging blade from causing clamping injury to foreign objects such as hands and the like; meanwhile, the rotating speed of the air conditioner fan is reduced so as to avoid great danger caused by high rotating speed of the fan, and meanwhile, an alarm prompt is given for reminding a user to remove foreign objects. This safeguard measure reduces the fan rotational speed and makes the air conditioner keep the running state, is favorable to maintaining the comfort level of indoor environment.
The three protection measures when the current fluctuation on the outer-layer swinging blade exceeds the preset range are used for controlling and adjusting the rotation of the swinging blade and the operation of the fan, so that the protection effect can be achieved, a user can be protected, and the air conditioner body can be protected.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, when a current is applied to the inner layer swing blade of the air outlet of the air conditioner, and when the current fluctuation on the swing blade is monitored to exceed the preset range, the air conditioner is controlled to start protective measures including: and when the current fluctuation on the inner-layer swinging vane exceeds a preset range, controlling the outer-layer swinging vane and the inner-layer swinging vane to stop rotating, and closing the air-conditioning fan.
Namely, when current is supplied to the inner layer swinging blade of the air outlet of the air conditioner, the current on the inner layer swinging blade is monitored in real time. When the current fluctuation on the inner-layer swinging blade is monitored to exceed the preset range, the situation that a foreign object touches the inner-layer swinging blade is indicated, and the situation that the foreign object extends into the air outlet is indicated. At the moment, the outer layer swing blade and the inner layer swing blade are controlled to stop rotating, so that the swing blades are prevented from rotating to clamp foreign objects; and meanwhile, the air conditioner fan is turned off to ensure the protection of foreign objects and the air conditioner body.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, when currents are applied to the outer layer flap and the inner layer flap of the air outlet of the air conditioner, and when the current fluctuation on the flap is monitored to exceed the preset range, the air conditioner is controlled to start protective measures including: when the current fluctuation on the outer layer swinging vane exceeds a preset range, the outer layer swinging vane is controlled to stop rotating, and meanwhile, the rotating speed of the air conditioner fan is reduced and/or an alarm prompt is carried out.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, when currents are applied to the outer layer flap and the inner layer flap of the air outlet of the air conditioner, and when the current fluctuation on the flap is monitored to exceed the preset range, the control of the air conditioner to start the protective measures further includes: and when the current fluctuation on the inner-layer swinging vane exceeds a preset range, controlling the inner-layer swinging vane to stop rotating, and closing the air-conditioning fan.
Namely, when currents are conducted on the outer layer swing blade and the inner layer swing blade of the air outlet of the air conditioner, the currents on the outer layer swing blade and the inner layer swing blade are monitored in real time respectively. When the current fluctuation on the outer layer swinging blade is monitored to exceed the preset range, the situation that a foreign object touches the outer layer swinging blade is indicated. At the moment, the outer layer swinging blade can be controlled to stop rotating so as to avoid clamping injury to foreign objects; meanwhile, due to the fact that the inner layer of swing blades is used for monitoring, the rotating speed of the air conditioner fan can be reduced firstly to reduce dangerousness, an alarm prompt can be carried out firstly to remind a user of removing foreign objects, and the rotating speed of the air conditioner fan can be reduced and the alarm prompt can be carried out simultaneously.
If the foreign object continues to extend into the air outlet, the current fluctuation on the inner layer swinging blade is monitored to exceed the preset range when the foreign object extends into the inner layer swinging blade; at the moment, the inner layer swing blades can be controlled to stop rotating so as to avoid the inner layer swing blades from clamping and damaging foreign objects, and meanwhile, the air conditioner inner unit can be closed so as to ensure the protection of the foreign objects and the air conditioner body.
Furthermore, alarm prompt can be carried out under each protection measure.
