Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-7, a liquid quantitative releasing device, which can be used in a water tank of a toilet bowl, etc., for quantitatively releasing liquid such as cleaning liquid, includes a bottle body 3 for containing liquid, a housing 1, and a floating body 2 in the housing 1, wherein the bottle body 3 has a bottle mouth.
The upper end face of casing 1 mounting groove 4, the bottleneck of bottle 3 is installed downwards in mounting groove 4, and this casing 1 still is equipped with the discharge portion that discharges liquid to the environment. The bottle body 3 can be installed in various ways, such as the middle of the bottle mouth and the installation groove is in threaded connection. In this embodiment, the mounting groove 4 is further provided with a circle of positioning ring 5, an interlayer matched with the bottle opening of the bottle body 3 is formed between the positioning ring 5 and the side wall of the mounting groove 4, and the bottle opening is inserted into the interlayer when the bottle body is mounted. Other bottle mounting configurations may of course be used.
The shell 1 is further provided with a discharge part for discharging liquid to the environment, the floating body 2 is positioned below the mounting groove 4, the floating body 2 is provided with a quantitative release pipe 6 with two closed ends, the mounting groove is internally provided with a boss 7, and the quantitative release pipe 6 penetrates through the boss 7. The quantitative releasing pipe 6 in this embodiment is arranged on the upper end surface of the floating body 2, and the setting mode of the quantitative releasing pipe 6 is as follows: the floating body 2 and the quantitative release pipe 6 are integrally formed, so that the inner cavity of the quantitative release pipe 6 extends to the upper end surface penetrating through the floating body 2 to form a loose core of a mold core body of the inner cavity of the quantitative release pipe, and at the moment, the lower end of the quantitative release pipe 6 is provided with a plug 8 so that the lower end of the quantitative release pipe 6 is closed. Of course, the quantitative release pipe can also be arranged in other ways, such as threaded connection, ultrasonic welding, bonding and the like of the quantitative release pipe and the floating body.
An upper liquid inlet hole 9 and a lower liquid outlet hole 10 are formed in the quantitative release pipe 6, an upper sealing mechanism matched with the boss 7 is further arranged on the quantitative release pipe 6, and the upper sealing mechanism is located above the upper liquid inlet hole 9. The upper sealing device in this embodiment is located above the boss, and the upper sealing device is matched with the upper end surface of the boss 7, and the specific structural form of the upper sealing device is an upper sealing ring 11.
And a lower sealing mechanism is arranged between the floating body 2 and the mounting groove 4. The lower sealing mechanism in this embodiment includes a middle sealing ring 12 disposed on the lower end surface of the mounting groove 4, and a lower sealing ring 13 disposed on the upper end surface of the floating body 2 and corresponding to the middle sealing ring.
When the floating body 2 rises under the action of buoyancy (for example, when the invention is put into a water tank of a toilet, the floating body rises under the action of the buoyancy of water), the upper sealing mechanism is not sealed with the boss 7 (namely, the upper sealing ring 11 is separated from the boss 7), the upper liquid inlet hole 9 is exposed out of the boss 7, the lower release hole 10 is positioned in the boss 7, the floating body 2 is sealed with the mounting groove 4 through the lower sealing mechanism (namely, the lower sealing ring 13 is attached to the middle sealing ring 12), and at the moment, liquid enters the quantitative release pipe 6 through the upper liquid inlet hole 9.
When the floating body 2 is not under the action of buoyancy, the floating body descends (for example, the floating body is put into a water tank of a toilet, and when no water exists in the water tank after the toilet is flushed, the floating body descends), the upper sealing mechanism and the boss 7 are sealed (namely, the upper sealing ring 11 is attached to the boss 7), the upper liquid inlet hole 9 enters the boss 7, the lower release hole 10 is positioned below the mounting groove 4, the floating body 2 and the mounting groove 4 are not sealed any more (namely, the middle sealing ring 12 is separated from the lower sealing ring 13), and at this time, the liquid in the quantitative release pipe 6 is discharged through the lower release hole 10. The term "quantitative discharge" as used in the present invention means that the amount of liquid discharged through the lower discharge hole 10 substantially corresponds to the volume in the quantitative discharge tube 6. The liquid released by the dosing tube 6 is dosed and finally discharged to the environment through the discharge of the housing 1 (when the invention is placed in the tank of a toilet, i.e. into the tank of the toilet). The discharge portion of the housing 1 may be provided as: the lower part of the shell 1 is also provided with a filter cover 14 provided with hollow holes, the hollow holes form the discharge part, and the filter cover 14 can also play a role in filtering; the discharge portion of the housing 1 may be further provided as: the lower end of the shell is open, and the opening at the lower end of the shell forms the discharge part.
In order to achieve the above effect after the floating body 2 ascends or descends, a limit mechanism for limiting the ascending and descending of the floating body 2 is preferably further provided between the floating body 2 and the housing 1. In this embodiment, the limiting mechanism includes a limiting hole 15 disposed on the housing 1 and a limiting block 16 disposed on the floating body 2, and the limiting block 16 is located in the limiting hole 15; or the limiting mechanism comprises a limiting block arranged on the shell and a limiting hole arranged on the floating body, the limiting block is positioned in the limiting hole, and the lifting of the floating body is limited by the mutual matching of the limiting block and the limiting hole.
In order to make the present invention stably place, a seat body 17 for stably placing the housing 1 can be further arranged on the housing. The connecting arm 18 is arranged on the seat body 17 in this embodiment, the connecting arm 18 is U-shaped in this embodiment, the connecting arm 18 is connected with the housing 1, the connecting arm 18 is further provided with a hoop 19 for helping the bottle body 3 to stand, in this embodiment, the two ends of the U-shaped connecting arm are both provided with arc-shaped hoops 19, and the bottle body 3 can be hooped or substantially encircled by the hoop 19, so that the bottle body is stabilized, and the bottle body is further prevented from being turned over. The connection between the connecting arm 18 and the housing 1 is not limited, and may be a snap connection, an adhesive, a welding, a screw connection, etc., and this embodiment provides a better connection: the connecting arm 18 is composed of a first half arm 20 and a second half arm 21 which are mutually buckled, a positioning lug 22 is arranged on the shell 1, the positioning lug 22 is clamped between the first half arm 20 and the second half arm 21 after the first half arm 20 and the second half arm 21 are buckled, and the cross section of the positioning lug 22 is preferably in a T shape, so that the positioning lug 22 can be prevented from being separated from the connecting arm 18.
In this embodiment, the boss 7 is further provided with a sharp piercing part 23, which functions as: after the puncture part 23 is arranged, a sealing film is further arranged on the bottle mouth of the bottle body 3, so that when the bottle mouth is installed, the bottle mouth enters the installation groove 4, the sealing film is punctured by the puncture part 23 to discharge liquid, and the installation is simpler and more convenient.
