Abstract

Background
With the development of the knitted clothes towards outerwear, fashion and leisure, knitted fabrics with various appearance effects are in a variety of layers, wherein the knitted fabrics with light weight, elasticity and fashion appearance effects are well received by the market of sports and leisure knitted clothes.
The existing yarn with double-color effect usually enables the fabric to have different colors through later dyeing of the fabric, but dyeing of the yarn is difficult, and the phenomenon of color cross is easily caused.

Compared with the prior art, the POY yarn has the advantages that two or three POY protofilaments with different colors are blown open by airflow in the nozzle through air deformation and are recombined through false twisting, so that the yarn has various different colors, and the phenomenon of uneven dyeing or color mixing of the fabric due to later dyeing can be avoided; by using the winding process, the prepared yarn has physical bending, so that the two fiber yarns are not easy to separate and are tightly wound; the heating temperature of the deformation hot box is controlled within a certain range, so that the production rate of broken filaments can be well controlled.

step 1: feeding, namely placing a plurality of POY protofilaments with different colors on a raw silk frame 1;
step 2: conveying, namely conveying a plurality of POY protofilaments with different colors into a first roller 2, wherein the speed of the first roller 2 is 500-600 m/min, and in the embodiment, the speed of the first roller 2 is preferably 550 m/min;
and step 3: air deformation, namely, enabling a plurality of POY protofilaments with different colors to enter an air deformation nozzle 3, blowing the POY protofilaments into the nozzle by air flow, and selecting a taslon nozzle as the air deformation nozzle 3.
And 4, step 4: conveying, namely conveying the precursor filament obtained in the step 3 to a second roller 4, wherein the speed of the second roller 4 is 700-800 m/min, and in the embodiment, the speed of the second roller 4 is preferably 780 m/min;
and 5: heating, namely conveying the POY protofilament strands into the deformation hot box 5, plasticizing the POY protofilaments entering the first hot box, reducing the tensile deformation stress, and enabling the POY protofilaments to be stretched and deformed in the deformation hot box 5, wherein the temperature of the deformation hot box 5 is 200 ℃ and 250 ℃, and in the embodiment, the temperature of the deformation hot box 5 is preferably 220 ℃;
step 6: cooling, namely introducing the POY protofilament prepared in the step (5) into a cooling box (6), and cooling and fixing the stretched and deformed POY protofilament;
and 7: false twisting, namely twisting and untwisting the POY protofilament obtained in the step 6 by passing the protofilament through a false twister 7 so as to form a false twisting effect, so that the POY protofilament forms DTY plus elastic yarns;
and 8: conveying, namely conveying the DTY textured yarn obtained in the step 7 to a third roller 8, wherein the speed of the third roller 8 is 600-700 m/min, and in the embodiment, the speed of the second roller 4 is 650m/min as preferable;
and step 9: oiling, namely introducing the DTY textured yarns into an oiling wheel 10 for oiling, wherein the oiling rate of an oiling roller is 2.0% -3.0%, so that the manufactured DTY is smooth and soft in hand feeling;
A winding process is arranged between the step 6 and the step 7, the winding process is that the POY protofilament obtained in the step 5 is conveyed to a winding roller 9 to enable the POY protofilament to have certain winding bending, a heating device is arranged in the winding roller 9, the heating device is an electric heating wire or hot oil, in the embodiment, the heating device is preferably an electric heating wire, and the heating device is arranged to enable the silk thread to be shaped after being wound.

Compared with the prior art, the POY yarn has the advantages that two or three POY protofilaments with different colors are blown open by airflow in the nozzle through air deformation and are recombined through false twisting, so that the yarn has various different colors, and the phenomenon of uneven dyeing or color mixing of the fabric due to later dyeing can be avoided; by using the winding process, the prepared yarn has physical bending, so that the two fiber yarns are not easy to separate and are tightly wound; the heating temperature of the deformation hot box 5 is controlled within a certain range, so that the production rate of broken filaments can be well controlled.

step 1: feeding, namely placing a plurality of POY protofilaments with different colors on a protofilament frame (1);
step 2: conveying, namely conveying a plurality of POY protofilaments with different colors into a first roller (2);
and step 3: air deformation, namely, a plurality of POY protofilaments with different colors enter an air deformation nozzle (3) and are blown away and disorderly by air flow.
And 4, step 4: conveying, namely conveying the precursor filament obtained in the step 3 into a second roller (4) for conveying;

and 7: false twisting, namely twisting and untwisting the POY protofilament obtained in the step 6 by passing the protofilament through a false twister (7), so as to form a false twisting effect, and forming DTY plus elastic yarns by the POY protofilament;
and 8: conveying, namely conveying the DTY textured yarn obtained in the step 7 into a third roller (8) for conveying;
and step 9: oiling, namely introducing the DTY draw textured yarn into an oiling wheel (10) for oiling to ensure that the manufactured DTY has smooth and soft hand feeling;
step 10; and (4) rolling, namely rolling the oiled DTY textured yarn into a cylinder.
