3) A spiral guide ring 22 is made of rubber;
4) sleeving the guide ring 22 prepared in the step 3) in the noise reduction pipe 2 prepared in the step 2), and welding and fixing two ends of the guide ring and the inner wall of the noise reduction pipe 2; then inserting the noise reduction pipe 2 into the outer fixing pipe 1 prepared in the step 1), and respectively welding and fixing two ends of the noise reduction pipe with the inner wall of the first inner pipe 12; the drain pipe is manufactured.
Wherein, the toughening agent is an ethylene-octene copolymer, and the compatilizer is a maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin elastomer.

Comparative example 3 in contrast to example 1, comparative example 3 does not include deflector ring 22.
The specific procedure for comparative example 3 was as follows:
1) adding 20 parts of high-density polyethylene, 20 parts of linear low-density polyethylene, 10 parts of polybutene, 0.1 part of antioxidant, 0.1 part of anti-aging agent, 0.1 part of flame retardant and 1 part of color master batch into a mixer, and stirring to uniformly mix the components; then adding the mixture into an extruder for extrusion to respectively prepare a first outer pipe 11 with a semicircular inserting column 111 and a first inner pipe 12 with an inserting groove 121; then, inserting the prepared first outer pipe 11 and the first inner pipe 12, and welding and fixing two ends of the first outer pipe and the first inner pipe to form an outer fixing pipe 1; wherein the wall thickness of the outer fixed pipe 1 is 1 cm;
2) adding 20 parts of linear low-density polyethylene, 20 parts of polybutylene, 5 parts of a toughening agent, 10 parts of modified montmorillonite, 3 parts of a compatilizer and 1 part of color master batch into a mixer, and stirring to uniformly mix the components; then adding the mixture into an extruder for extrusion; then, processing the prepared pipe to form a plurality of holes 21 on the pipe wall, thus obtaining the noise reduction pipe 2; wherein the wall thickness of the noise reduction pipe 2 is 0.5 cm;
3) inserting the noise reduction pipe 2 into the outer fixing pipe 1 prepared in the step 1), and respectively welding and fixing two ends of the noise reduction pipe with the inner wall of the first inner pipe 12; the noise reduction type drain pipe is manufactured.

1) adding 20 parts of high-density polyethylene, 20 parts of linear low-density polyethylene, 10 parts of polybutene, 0.1 part of antioxidant, 0.1 part of anti-aging agent, 0.1 part of flame retardant and 1 part of color master batch into a mixer, and stirring to uniformly mix the components; then adding the mixture into an extruder for extrusion to respectively prepare a first outer pipe 11 with a semicircular inserting column 111 and a first inner pipe 12 with an inserting groove 121; then, inserting the prepared first outer pipe 11 and the first inner pipe 12, and welding and fixing two ends of the first outer pipe and the first inner pipe to form an outer fixing pipe 1; wherein the wall thickness of the outer fixed pipe 1 is 1 cm;
2) adding 20 parts of linear low-density polyethylene, 20 parts of polybutylene, 5 parts of a toughening agent, 10 parts of modified montmorillonite, 3 parts of a compatilizer and 1 part of color master batch into a mixer, and stirring to uniformly mix the components; then adding the mixture into an extruder for extrusion; manufacturing a noise reduction pipe 2; wherein the wall thickness of the noise reduction pipe 2 is 0.5 cm;

the drainage pipes produced in examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were subjected to a sound insulation test, and the test results are shown in table 3:

The test backing is air, an A weighting network is selected, and the sound pressure level is a pink background noise source of 80 dB; the volume of the mute box body is as follows: 1000mm × 1000mm × 1000 mm; the sampling frequency of sound is "48000"; the extraction rate selection bit takes '1'; the fast fourier transform sample number takes "2048". The data measurement adopts a common 1/3 octave, and the data processing adopts the connection mode of acoustic software of SpetraLAB, a prestige VS302USB system, an omnidirectional sound source and a power amplification system.
The sound insulation quality law means that the sound insulation quantity of a single-layer sound insulation material is in direct proportion to the common logarithm of the mass per unit area. Comparing example 1 with comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, the sound insulation amount of the polyolefin noise reduction type drain pipe of example 1 is much larger than that of the drain pipes of examples 1 and 2, and thus it can be seen that the polyolefin noise reduction type drain pipe prepared by the formulation of the present invention has a good sound insulation effect, which is better than that of the drain pipe prepared by the formulation of the outer fixed pipe 1 or the noise reduction pipe 2 alone.
Comparing example 1 with comparative example 3, it can be seen that the sound insulation amount of the drainage pipe prepared in example 1 is much larger than that of the drainage pipe of comparative example 3; therefore, the guide ring is arranged on the inner wall of the pipe of the drain pipe, so that noise can be reduced to a certain extent, and the sound insulation and noise reduction functions of the drain pipe are enhanced, and therefore, the guide ring is arranged to have a certain beneficial effect.
Comparing comparative example 4 with example 1, the sound insulation amount of the polyolefin noise reduction type drain pipe of example 1 is greater than that of the drain pipe of comparative example 5, therefore, the noise reduction pipe is provided with a plurality of holes, and the sound insulation and noise reduction effects can be achieved.
According to the experimental data, the polyolefin noise reduction type drain pipe prepared by the method has good sound insulation and noise reduction performances, and has good strength and impact resistance, so that the polyolefin noise reduction type drain pipe is convenient to use normally. The formula of the invention is matched with a corresponding structure, so that the sound insulation effect of the polyolefin noise reduction type drain pipe is better.

1) preparing an external fixing tube (1): firstly, stirring high-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, polybutylene, an antioxidant, an anti-aging agent, a flame retardant and color master batches to uniformly mix the high-density polyethylene, the linear low-density polyethylene, the polybutylene, the antioxidant, the anti-aging agent, the flame retardant and the color master batches; then adding the mixture into different extruders for extrusion to respectively prepare a first outer pipe (11) and a first inner pipe (12); splicing and fixing the first outer pipe (11) and the first inner pipe (12), and welding two end parts to obtain an outer fixing pipe (1);
2) preparing the noise reduction pipe (2): stirring linear low-density polyethylene, polybutylene, a toughening agent, modified montmorillonite, a compatilizer and color master batch to uniformly mix the materials; then adding the mixture into an extruder for extrusion; then, processing the prepared pipe to form a plurality of holes on the pipe wall, thus obtaining the noise reduction pipe (2);
3) a spiral diversion ring (22) is made of rubber;
4) preparing the polyolefin noise reduction type drain pipe in a combined manner: sleeving the guide ring (22) prepared in the step 3) in the noise reduction pipe (2) in the step 2), and welding and fixing two ends of the guide ring and the inner wall of the noise reduction pipe (2); and then inserting the noise reduction pipe (2) into the outer fixing pipe (1) prepared in the step 1), and welding and fixing two ends of the noise reduction pipe with the inner wall of the first inner pipe (12) respectively.
