In mining, to ensure the continuity of mining, a belt conveyor is typically used to transport cut material to a target site. The mounting mechanism 21 is used for mounting the cleaning roller 22 on the first roller, the cleaning roller 22 is arranged below the first roller 11, the cleaning brush 23 covers the cleaning roller 22, the driving motor 24 is connected with the cleaning roller 22, the control unit 25 is connected with the driving motor 24, and the control unit 25 is used for controlling the start and stop of the driving motor 24.
Wherein, when the driving motor 24 is operated, the driving motor drives the cleaning roller 22 to rotate, so as to clean the conveyer belt 13 at the lower part of the first roller by the cleaning brush 23 on the cleaning roller 22.
According to the cleaning device of the belt conveyor, the cleaning brush on the cleaning roller can be heard to clean the conveying belt at the lower part of the first roller, so that the discharged conveying belt can be cleaned in time, the residual materials are effectively prevented from polluting a conveying path, and the conveying belt is prevented from deviating.
It should be noted that the cleaning roller 22 is a cylindrical structure, the cleaning brush 23 is coated on the outer surface of the cleaning roller 22, and the cleaning roller 22 is rotated downward by the driving motor 24, so that the cleaning brush 23 brushes the surface of the conveyor belt 13, and the cleaning of the conveyor belt 13 is realized by the brush force generated by the rotation of the cleaning brush 23.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the mounting mechanism 21 includes two first mounting heads 211, the first mounting heads 211 can be mounted on both sides of the first roller 11, respectively, and the mounting mechanism 21 is detachably connected to the first roller 11 by the first mounting heads 211. Further, the mounting mechanism 21 may further include two second mounting heads 212, and when the cleaning roller 22 is of a solid structure and/or both sides of the cleaning roller 22 are closed, the mounting mechanism 21 is detachably connected to the cleaning roller 22 by the second mounting heads 212, and when the cleaning roller 22 is of a hollow structure, the two second mounting heads 212 are connected to pass through the inside of the cleaning roller 22.
In some embodiments, the control unit 25 is further connected to the first roller 11 and the second roller 12 of the belt conveyor 10, and the control unit 25 is further configured to control the driving motor 24 to operate when the first roller 11 and the second roller 12 are controlled to rotate.
That is, the control unit 25 controls the cleaning device 20 to operate synchronously with the belt conveyor 10, specifically, when the belt conveyor 10 operates, the control unit 25 controls the driving motor 24 to start, and the cleaning roller 22 is driven by the driving motor 24 to rotate, so that the cleaning brush 23 coated outside the cleaning roller 22 cleans the conveying belt, that is, the cleaning device 20 is controlled to be in an operating state synchronously; when the belt conveyor 10 does not work, the control unit 25 controls the driving motor 24 to operate for a preset time and then stop after controlling the first roller 11 and the second roller 12 to stop operating, so as to clean the area of the last discharge on the last conveyor belt 13.
In some embodiments, a control unit 25 is also connected to mounting mechanism 21, control unit 25 being used to control mounting mechanism 21 to oscillate perpendicular to the axial direction of first roller 11.

That is, when the sweeping device 20 cleans the belt conveyor 10, the frequency of cleaning the surface of the conveyor belt 13 can be increased by the swing of the mounting mechanism 21, that is, the mounting mechanism 21 drives the cleaning roller 22 to perform a rapid reciprocating motion in a certain area when the conveyor belt 13 moves slowly, so that the conveyor belt 13 can be cleaned by the cleaning brush 23 for multiple times when passing through the cleaning area, thereby effectively improving the cleaning effect on the conveyor belt.
It should be noted that, since the sticky materials on the conveyor belt 13 may be high-viscosity materials such as coal slurry, etc., the cleaning requirement for the conveyor belt 13 may not be satisfied only by the brushing force of the cleaning brush 23. The present application thus provides further improvements in cleaning devices.
As shown in fig. 3, the cleaning device 20 further includes a water tank 26, a water outlet 221 is disposed on the cleaning roller 22, a water stop valve 27 is disposed between the water outlet 221 and the water tank 26, the control unit 25 is connected to the water stop valve 27, and the control unit 25 is further configured to control the opening or closing of the water stop valve 27.
Alternatively, the control unit 25 may inhibit the water valve 27 from opening when controlling the drive motor 24 to open, to effect flushing of the conveyor belt 13.
When the conveying amount of the conveying belt 13 is large, the amount of the conveyed material is increased, so that the amount of the discharged material is increased, and therefore, the cleaning method may still have the problem that the discharged material cannot be cleaned.
As shown in fig. 1, the first roller 11 and/or the second roller 12 is provided with a pressure sensor 14, the pressure sensor 14 is connected to a control unit 25, and the control unit 25 is further configured to receive a pressure signal detected by the pressure sensor 14 and control the frequency of the driving motor 24 and/or the mounting mechanism 21 according to the pressure signal.
For example, the frequency of drive motor 24 and/or mounting mechanism 21 can be controlled to increase when the pressure signal detected by pressure sensor 14 increases, and correspondingly, the frequency of drive motor 24 and/or mounting mechanism 21 can be controlled to decrease when the pressure signal detected by pressure sensor 14 decreases; alternatively, when the pressure signal detected by pressure sensor 14 is in the pressure interval, the frequency of driving motor 24 and/or mounting mechanism 21 is determined according to the pressure interval, and then driving motor 24 and/or mounting mechanism 21 is controlled according to the determined frequency of driving motor 24 and/or mounting mechanism 21.
That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the number of times of cleaning the cleaning brush to the cleaning area can be effectively increased by increasing the operation frequency of the driving motor 24 and/or the mounting mechanism 21, so that the cleaning effect when the amount of the material is increased is improved, and energy is saved by using a lower cleaning frequency when the amount of the material is smaller.
The increase of the material quantity not only comprises the dried material, but also comprises the material with higher viscosity, such as coal slurry and the like.
Further, the water stop valve 27 includes a pressure regulating assembly, and the control unit 25 is further configured to regulate the pressure regulating assembly according to the pressure signal to change the outlet pressure of the water outlet 221.
Specifically, when the pressure signal detected by the pressure sensor 14 increases, the outlet water pressure can be increased by controlling the pressure regulating assembly, and correspondingly, when the pressure signal detected by the pressure sensor 14 decreases, the outlet water pressure can be decreased by controlling the pressure regulating assembly; or, when the pressure signal detected by the pressure sensor 14 is in a pressure interval, the corresponding effluent pressure is determined according to the pressure interval, and then the pressure regulating assembly is controlled according to the determined effluent pressure.

Further, the cleaning device 20 further includes a storage tank 28, the cleaning roller 22 is disposed in the storage tank, and the storage tank 28 is connected to the mounting mechanism 21.
