本发明提供一种球体瓦楞纸箱，包括球箱本体；所述球箱本体由上球体箱和下球体箱组成；所述上球体箱和下球体箱之间通过卡口拆合固定；所述上球体箱位于卡口处设置有内螺纹；所述下球体箱位于卡口处设置有外螺纹；所述内螺纹与外螺纹可以通过旋转拧紧；所述上球体箱顶部设置有顶帽；所述下球体箱底部设置有底帽；所述顶帽与卡口之间、底帽与卡口之间均设置有支撑架。本发明球体瓦楞纸箱结构合理，承重性、耐磨性均得到了很大提高，并且内部设置有加强筋，包装球体瓦楞纸箱整体结构不易损坏。

技术领域
本发明属于瓦楞纸箱领域，具体涉及一种球体瓦楞纸箱。
背景技术
瓦楞纸箱是一种应用最广的包装制品，用量一直是各种包装制品之首，包括钙塑瓦楞纸箱，半个多世纪以来，瓦楞纸箱以其优越的使用性能和良好的加工性能逐渐取代了其他包装材料，成为运输包装的主力军。它除了保护商品、便于仓储和运输之外，还起到美化商品，宣传商品的作用，瓦楞纸箱属于绿色环保产品，它利于环保，利于装卸运输。
然而市面上常见的瓦楞纸箱都是方形，首先无法满足一些特殊产品的包装，如球型产品，而球型产品通常是裁剪方形纸箱来简单包装，这种方式造成了大量材料的浪费；并且现有的瓦楞纸箱结构简单，运输过程中易受到损坏。因此本发明提出一种结构牢固的球型纸箱，以填补市场空白。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术问题而提供的一种球体瓦楞纸箱。
一种球体瓦楞纸箱，包括球箱本体；所述球箱本体由上球体箱和下球体箱组成；所述上球体箱和下球体箱之间通过卡口拆合固定；所述上球体箱位于卡口处设置有内螺纹；所述下球体箱位于卡口处设置有外螺纹；所述内螺纹与外螺纹可以通过旋转拧紧；所述上球体箱顶部设置有顶帽；所述下球体箱底部设置有底帽；所述顶帽与卡口之间、底帽与卡口之间均设置有支撑架。
上述的一种球体瓦楞纸箱，所述球箱本体由外瓦楞纸层、内瓦楞纸层、耐磨层和防护层组成；所述外瓦楞纸层内部设置有耐磨层；所述耐磨层内部设置有防护层；所述耐磨层底部设置有内瓦楞纸层；所述耐磨层与防护层之间设置有加强筋；所述加强筋与加强筋之间设置有斜撑。
上述的一种球体瓦楞纸箱，所述外瓦楞纸层外表面涂油耐磨涂层胶；所述耐磨层采用玻璃纤维材料制成；所述防护层采用海绵防护垫材料制成。
上述的一种球体瓦楞纸箱，所述卡口处设置有粘合层；所述粘合层处涂有粘合剂。
本发明的有益效果：本发明球体瓦楞纸箱结构合理，承重性、耐磨性均得到了很大提高，并且内部设置有加强筋，包装球体瓦楞纸箱整体结构不易损坏。

球箱本体1由外瓦楞纸层10、内瓦楞纸层11、耐磨层12和防护层13组成；所述外瓦楞纸层10内部设置有耐磨层12；所述耐磨层12内部设置有防护层13；所述耐磨层12底部设置有内瓦楞纸层11；所述耐磨层12与防护层13之间设置有加强筋14；所述加强筋14与加强筋14之间设置有斜撑15。
外瓦楞纸层10外表面涂油耐磨涂层胶16；所述耐磨层12采用玻璃纤维材料制成；所述防护层13采用海绵防护垫材料制成。
卡口4处设置有粘合层17；所述粘合层17处涂有粘合剂。
本发明球体瓦楞纸箱结构合理，承重性、耐磨性均得到了很大提高，并且内部设置有加强筋，包装球体瓦楞纸箱整体结构不易损坏。
