Abstract
The invention discloses a multicolor liquid silica gel glue dripping process for wrapping a liquid silica gel inner plastic shell, which comprises glue dripping operation, repairing operation, evacuating operation, mold baking forming operation, casing placing operation, pressing forming operation and demolding forming operation. The invention has the following beneficial effects: firstly, selecting an upper die corresponding to a needed cartoon shape, injecting multicolor liquid silica gel into the upper die, trimming or repairing the upper die, then extracting residual air in the upper die to avoid defective products, and putting the upper die with the multicolor liquid silica gel dripped into a die baking table for baking and forming; and then placing the plastic mobile phone shell, the solid silica gel or the liquid silica gel on a lower die in sequence, then putting the upper die and the lower die into a die press in a matched mode, starting the die press to perform pressing operation on the mobile phone shell, safely taking out the formed mobile phone shell from the die after the forming operation of the mobile phone shell is finished, cooling the taken-out upper die, and treating next multi-color liquid silica gel injection operation.
