1. An automated mechanical apparatus for frozen material fragmentation, comprising:
a body (1);
the feeding device is arranged on one side of the top of the machine body (1) and is used for feeding equipment;
the crushing mechanism (8), the crushing mechanism (8) is installed inside the machine body (1), and the crushing mechanism (8) is used for crushing the material fed by the feeding device;
the discharging device is arranged inside the machine body (1) and is positioned below the crushing mechanism (8), and the discharging device is used for discharging materials crushed by the crushing mechanism (8);
waste liquid recovery device, waste liquid recovery device includes filtering component (7), collects fill (6) and waste liquid treatment mechanism (5), wherein:
the filtering assembly (7) comprises a filtering plate body (71), the filtering plate body (71) is arranged inside the machine body (1) and is positioned below the crushing mechanism (8), and filtering holes (72) distributed in a rectangular array are formed in the filtering plate body (71);
the collecting hopper (6) is arranged in the machine body (1) and is positioned at the position below the filtering plate body (71), and the collecting hopper (6) is used for collecting waste liquid flowing down through the filtering holes (72);
the waste liquid treatment mechanism (5) is arranged at the bottom of the interior of the machine body (1), the waste liquid treatment mechanism (5) comprises a box body (51), four guide plates (52) which are distributed in a head-to-tail staggered manner are arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the box body (51), a circulating pump (11) is connected to one side of the box body (51) through a pipeline, three filter screens (53) which are distributed equidistantly are fixed between every two adjacent guide plates (52), the four guide plates (52) separate the interior of the box body (51), so that an S-shaped channel (54) is formed in the interior of the box body (51), and a liquid collection cavity (55) is formed at the bottom of the box body (51);
the controller (21), the controller (21) is installed on the machine body (1), and the controller (21) is used for realizing the total control of the equipment.
