comprises a stirring tank (1), a sampling mechanism (4), a rolling tank (5), a bottom shell (7) and a dredging mechanism (15), wherein the stirring tank (1) is fixedly arranged at the top of the rolling tank (5), a first driving motor (3) is fixedly arranged at the top of the stirring tank (1), an installation shaft (9) is fixedly arranged at the inner part of the stirring tank (1) after one end of a rotating shaft installed on the output of the first driving motor (3) is passed and extended, a rotating bearing is sleeved at the outer side of the rotating shaft, the sampling mechanism (4) is installed on the inner part of the stirring tank (1) in a clamping and embedding manner, a second driving motor (13) is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the rear side of the rolling tank (5), an electric heating pipe (11) and an inner rolling groove (12) are fixedly arranged at the inner part of the rolling tank (5), and a rolling roller (14) is fixedly arranged at the inner side of the second driving motor (13) after one, the outer side of the rolling roller (14) is provided with a poking outer tooth (19), one side of the rolling roller (14) is positioned on the inner wall of the rolling inner groove (12) and is movably provided with a dredging mechanism (15), the inside of the bottom shell (7) is fixedly provided with a vortex refrigerator (17) and an installation inner frame (18), and the installation inner frame (18) is slidably provided with a forming box (6);

a sampling rod bottom plate (48) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the sampling rod (41);
the sampling rod bottom plate (48) is embedded in the sampling pot (45);
the top of the sampling rod bottom plate (48) is fixedly provided with a connecting pull ring (47);
the connecting pull ring (47) is connected with the side wall of the sampling kettle (45) through a connecting tension spring (46);
and side pieces (44) are fixedly arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the sampling kettle (45).

four rolling rollers (14) are regularly arranged at equal intervals;
the poking outer teeth (19) of the rolling roller (14) are meshed with each other.

a lipstick mould hole (66) is formed in the mould sample plate (64);
a lifting ring (65) is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the mould template (64);
the outer wall of the front side of the box body (61) is provided with a handle groove (62).
6. Lipstick producing apparatus as in claim 5, characterized in that:
a discharge opening (16) is formed in the bottom of the grinding box (5);
one end of the dredging bottom plate (151) is positioned in the discharge opening (16).
7. A method of manufacturing a lipstick manufacturing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, adding the lipstick production raw materials such as humectant, white beeswax, softener, vegetable oil and lipstick powder into the stirring tank (1) through the feeding pipe (2) respectively;
s2, starting the first driving motor (3), driving the mounting shaft (9) to rotate by the first driving motor (3) through the rotating shaft, driving the stirring blade (10) by the mounting shaft (9), and performing preliminary mixing and stirring treatment on the raw materials;
s3, in the step S1, after the raw materials are added each time, the mixed raw materials can be sampled by pulling the sampling mechanism (4), and sampling detection can be carried out;
s4, after no problem is detected, the electromagnetic valve in the discharge port (8) is opened to enable the raw material to flow into the rolling box (5), at the moment, a certain amount of wax and softener are added into the interior through the feed port on the rear side of the rolling box (5) to keep the mixture for 10min, and the raw material is solidified;
s5, turning on the second driving motor (13), wherein the second driving motor (13) can drive the rolling rollers (14) to rotate, and the rolling rollers (14) can be driven to rotate simultaneously due to the meshing of the poking outer teeth (19), so that raw materials are rolled for 1-2 hours;
