Abstract
The invention discloses a dust removal device which comprises a dust remover, a belt lifting mechanism and a discharging device which are sequentially connected in front and back. The invention has better effect of removing dust adhered outside the cloth bag, reduces the height of the dust remover and the volume, has the specific gravity of about 0.8 after the dust is extruded by the vertical auger and the horizontal auger, avoids the dust from flying out, has small volume and convenient transportation, and greatly reduces the replacement frequency of the waste bag.

2. the ash bucket is internally provided with the bucket elevator, so that dust can be lifted and then sent into the charging basket and finally discharged through the horizontal auger, and the ash bucket can be arranged at the bottom of the dust remover by the structure, so that the height of the dust remover can be reduced, and the volume of the dust remover can be reduced;
3. the vertical packing auger is arranged in the charging bucket, the dust in the charging bucket is extruded into the horizontal packing auger, the horizontal packing auger continuously extrudes the dust and outputs the dust, the dust is sent into the waste material bag, and after the dust is subjected to double extrusion of the vertical packing auger and the horizontal packing auger, the specific gravity can reach about 0.8, so that the dust is prevented from floating out, the size is small, the transportation is convenient, and the replacement frequency of the waste material bag is greatly reduced.

A driving mechanism B6 for driving the sealing door B4 to be closed and opened is arranged in the charging basket C1, and the driving mechanism B6 is a driving cylinder.
An access door C7 is arranged at the side part of the charging basket C1.
The discharge port of the horizontal conveying pipeline C5 is provided with a waste bag C6.
Perpendicular auger C2 drive through the perpendicular auger actuating mechanism C8 of installing at storage bucket C1 top, horizontal auger C3 drive through horizontal auger actuating mechanism C9.
The vertical packing auger C2 is arranged in the charging basket C1 through a vertical packing auger support C10.
And a circle of scrapers C13 which are distributed at equal intervals are fixed on the lower part of the charging basket C1 by the vertical packing auger C2.
The working principle of external blowing of the invention is as follows:
the air in the external blowing pulse valve ejector A8 enters the external blowing pipe A6 after being controlled by the external blowing pulse valve A7, is finally blown out from the external blowing nozzle, and the blown air blows on the outer surface of the cloth bag A2 and blows off dust adhered to the cloth bag A2 from the outside.
The working principle of internal blowing of the invention is as follows:
the air in the internal blowing pulse valve ejector A14 enters the internal blowing pipe A12 after being controlled by the internal blowing pulse valve A13, is finally ejected from the internal blowing nozzle, and the ejected air is blown into the cloth bag A2 to blow off the dust adhered to the cloth bag A2 from the inside of the cloth bag A2.
When the dust removing device is used for removing dust, the internal blowing and the external blowing are simultaneously carried out, so that the dust removing effect is improved.
In case of emergency such as fire, the external blowing pulse valve A7 and the internal blowing pulse valve A13 can be closed, water in the fire-fighting water pipe A10 is led into the external blowing pipe A6 and the internal blowing pipe A12 through the one-way check valve A11, and finally is sprayed into the dust remover shell A1 from the external blowing nozzle and the internal blowing nozzle to extinguish the fire.
The working principle of the belt lifting mechanism is as follows:
the dust is conveyed into an ash bucket B1 through a spiral conveying device A17, the dust in the ash bucket B1 is lifted through a bucket elevator B2, enters a charging basket C1 from a discharge port B3 and is extruded through a horizontal auger C3 to be discharged.
The working principle of the discharging device is as follows:
the dust absorbed by the dust collector is sent into a material barrel C1 from a material outlet B3, the dust in the material barrel C1 is extruded by a vertical packing auger C2 in the material barrel C1 and then sent into a horizontal conveying pipeline C5, then the dust in the horizontal conveying pipeline C5 is continuously extruded by a horizontal packing auger C3 and then discharged, the dust is sent into a waste bag C6 for storage, and when the waste bag C6 is fully stored, one waste bag C6 is manually replaced.
