In the embodiment, display data of a picture to be displayed is acquired; dividing a display area corresponding to the picture to be displayed into a content display area and a background display area according to the display data; respectively carrying out parameter adjustment on the content display area and the background display area according to a preset parameter adjustment rule to obtain a target content display area and a target background display area; the display data is displayed through the target content display area and the target background display area, the display area of a picture to be displayed is divided into the content area and the background area, the display parameters of the content area and the background area are adjusted, and the display data is displayed through the target content display area and the target background display area after the display parameters are adjusted, so that a user or staff cannot take clear pictures through mobile phones and other shooting equipment, sensitive information or business secrets of companies and other organizations can be prevented from being leaked out, and the shooting behavior can be effectively controlled.
In one embodiment, the artificial intelligence based photographing prevention apparatus further comprises: a detection module;
the detection module is used for acquiring the running state of a backlight module of the display for displaying the picture to be displayed; when the running state is the starting state, obtaining the running parameters of the backlight module; and when the operation parameter reaches a preset parameter threshold value, judging that the display is detected to be displaying, and acquiring a to-be-displayed picture of the display.
In one embodiment, the artificial intelligence based photographing prevention apparatus further comprises: a judgment module;
the judging module is used for determining the picture information of the picture to be displayed according to the display data; extracting key information from the picture information based on preset features; determining the picture type of the picture to be displayed according to the key information; and when the picture type is a picture forbidden to be photographed, dividing a display area corresponding to the picture to be displayed into a content display area and a background display area according to the display data.
In an embodiment, the determining module is further configured to obtain a target word corresponding to the text feature from the key information based on a preset semantic distance; acquiring the frequency of the target words appearing in the key information; acquiring a target image corresponding to the image characteristics from the key information; acquiring image similarity between the target image and a preset image; and when the frequency is greater than or equal to a preset frequency threshold or the image similarity is greater than or equal to a preset similarity threshold, determining the picture type of the picture to be displayed as a picture forbidden to be photographed.
In an embodiment, the dividing module 20 is further configured to determine, according to the display data, picture content and a picture background corresponding to the picture to be displayed; determining a corresponding content pixel unit according to the picture content, and determining a corresponding background pixel unit according to the picture background; and taking the display area corresponding to the content pixel unit as a content display area, and taking the display area corresponding to the background pixel unit as a background display area.
In an embodiment, the dividing module 20 is further configured to obtain a first relative position of the content pixel unit in a backlight module of a display that displays the data to be displayed, and a second relative position of the background pixel unit in the backlight module; determining a first display area corresponding to the first relative position and a second display area corresponding to the second relative position based on the position corresponding relation between the backlight module and the picture to be displayed; and taking the first display area as a content display area and the second display area as a background display area.
In an embodiment, the adjusting module 30 is further configured to obtain a content display brightness value and a content display color of the content display area, and a background display brightness value and a background display color of the background display area; acquiring a brightness difference value between the content display brightness value and the background display brightness value and a color difference value between the content display color and the background display color; and adjusting the brightness difference value and the color difference value according to a preset parameter adjusting rule to obtain a target content display area and a target background display area.

dividing a display area corresponding to the picture to be displayed into a content display area and a background display area according to the display data;
respectively carrying out parameter adjustment on the content display area and the background display area according to a preset parameter adjustment rule to obtain a target content display area and a target background display area;
and displaying the display data through the target content display area and the target background display area.
2. The artificial intelligence based photographing prevention method according to claim 1, wherein before the obtaining of the display data of the picture to be displayed, further comprising:
acquiring the running state of a backlight module of the display for displaying the picture to be displayed;
when the running state is the starting state, obtaining the running parameters of the backlight module;
and when the operation parameter reaches a preset parameter threshold value, judging that the display is detected to be displaying, and acquiring a to-be-displayed picture of the display.
3. The artificial intelligence based photographing prevention method according to claim 1, wherein before dividing the display area corresponding to the to-be-displayed picture into a content display area and a background display area according to the display data, the method further comprises:
determining the picture information of the picture to be displayed according to the display data;
extracting key information from the picture information based on preset features;
determining the picture type of the picture to be displayed according to the key information;
and when the picture type is a picture forbidden to be photographed, dividing a display area corresponding to the picture to be displayed into a content display area and a background display area according to the display data, wherein the display data is stored in a block chain.
4. The artificial intelligence based anti-photo method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the preset features comprise character features and image features;
the determining the picture type of the picture to be displayed according to the key information comprises:
acquiring a target word corresponding to the character features from the key information based on a preset semantic distance;
acquiring the frequency of the target words appearing in the key information;
acquiring a target image corresponding to the image characteristics from the key information;
acquiring image similarity between the target image and a preset image;
and when the frequency is greater than or equal to a preset frequency threshold or the image similarity is greater than or equal to a preset similarity threshold, determining the picture type of the picture to be displayed as a picture forbidden to be photographed.
5. The artificial intelligence based photographing prevention method of claim 1, wherein the dividing the display area corresponding to the picture to be displayed into a content display area and a background display area according to the display data comprises:
determining picture content and a picture background corresponding to the picture to be displayed according to the display data;
determining a corresponding content pixel unit according to the picture content, and determining a corresponding background pixel unit according to the picture background;
and taking the display area corresponding to the content pixel unit as a content display area, and taking the display area corresponding to the background pixel unit as a background display area.
6. The artificial intelligence based photographing prevention method of claim 5, wherein the taking the display area corresponding to the content pixel unit as a content display area and the taking the display area corresponding to the background pixel unit as a background display area comprises:
acquiring a first relative position of the content pixel unit in a backlight module of a display for displaying the data to be displayed and a second relative position of the background pixel unit in the backlight module;
determining a first display area corresponding to the first relative position and a second display area corresponding to the second relative position based on the position corresponding relation between the backlight module and the picture to be displayed;
and taking the first display area as a content display area and the second display area as a background display area.

The artificial intelligence based photographing prevention method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the performing parameter adjustment on the content display area and the background display area according to a preset parameter adjustment rule respectively to obtain a target content display area and a target background display area comprises:
acquiring a content display brightness value and a content display color of the content display area, and a background display brightness value and a background display color of the background display area;
acquiring a brightness difference value between the content display brightness value and the background display brightness value and a color difference value between the content display color and the background display color;
and adjusting the brightness difference value and the color difference value according to a preset parameter adjusting rule to obtain a target content display area and a target background display area.
