Abstract
The invention discloses a double-insulation permanent magnet brushless motor which comprises basic insulation, a winding, a stator core, additional insulation, a stator shell, a bearing and a rotor optical axis, wherein the winding is wound on the stator core, the basic insulation is arranged between the winding and the stator core, and the basic insulation is made of an insulating material; an additional insulating layer is arranged between the stator core and the stator casing, the stator casing is sleeved on the rotor optical axis, a bearing is arranged between the rotor optical axis and the stator casing, and the additional insulating layer is made of an insulating material. A layer of basic insulation is arranged between the winding and the stator core to separate the winding and the stator core, and an additional insulation layer is designed between the stator core and the stator casing to form double insulation protection.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a double-insulation permanent magnet brushless motor, and belongs to the technical field of brushless motors.
Background
As the demand for products powered by dc batteries is increasing in the market, the demand for dc permanent magnet brushless motors is also increasing, and dc permanent magnet brushless motors are becoming widely used in various products; the direct current permanent magnet brushless motor used in the current market is generally of a single insulation structure, and particularly, the outer rotor type direct current brushless motor only has a single insulation structure in the market due to the structural particularity; for high-voltage direct-current products exceeding the safety voltage limit value, special protection structures need to be made on the products by using a single-insulation motor; if the machine components such as the washing machine and a part of the garden tool are supplied with direct current high voltage, the motor of the machine components is required to be a double-insulation structure motor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a double-insulation permanent magnet brushless motor which is used on a machine part powered by high-voltage direct current.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a double-insulated permanent magnet brushless motor, comprising a basic insulation, a winding, a stator core, an additional insulation, a stator housing, a bearing and a rotor optical axis,
the winding is wound on the stator core, basic insulation is arranged between the winding and the stator core, and the basic insulation is made of insulating materials;
an additional insulating layer is arranged between the stator core and the stator casing, the stator casing is sleeved on the rotor optical axis, a bearing is arranged between the rotor optical axis and the stator casing, and the additional insulating layer is made of an insulating material.
Preferably, the material of the additional insulating layer is at least one of epoxy resin, bulk molding compound, phenol resin, and poly (tetramethylene terephthalate).
Preferably, the thickness of the additional insulating layer is greater than mm.
Preferably, the coils of the winding are enameled wires.
Preferably, the primary insulation is at least one of mylar, DMD insulation paper, grey paper, nylon coating, and epoxy insulation coating material.
Preferably, the material of the additional insulating layer is polyphenylene sulfide.
The invention achieves the following beneficial effects:
the invention provides a double-insulation outer rotor direct current brushless motor, wherein a layer of basic insulation is arranged between a winding and a stator core to separate the winding from the stator core, an additional insulation layer is arranged between the stator core and a stator casing, and the outer rotor direct current brushless motor with the double-insulation structure can be used in a high-voltage product without additional grounding protection due to the design that the charged body has the layer of basic insulation and the layer of additional insulation from a motor output shaft.

an additional insulating layer is arranged between the stator core and the stator casing, the stator casing is sleeved on the rotor optical axis, a bearing is arranged between the rotor optical axis and the stator casing, and the additional insulating layer is made of an insulating material.

2. A double-insulated permanent-magnet brushless electric machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the material of the additional insulating layer (4) is at least one of epoxy resin, bulk molding compound, phenolic resin and poly (tetramethylene terephthalate).
3. A double insulated permanent magnet brushless electric machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the thickness of the additional insulating layer (4) is more than 1 mm.
4. A brushless permanent magnet motor according to claim 1, wherein the windings (2) are enameled wires.
5. A double-insulated permanent-magnet brushless electric machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the basic insulation (1) is at least one of mylar, DMD insulation paper, grey paper, nylon coating and epoxy insulation coating material.
6. A double-insulated permanent-magnet brushless electric machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the material of the additional insulating layer (4) is polyphenylene sulfide.
