Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present invention discloses a battery pack fixing frame 100, including: two brackets, namely a first bracket 10 and a second bracket 20; a handle 30 positioned at the joint of the two brackets 10; wherein two supports all include: the assembling part and accommodating parts arranged at two sides of the assembling part; the assembling parts of the two brackets are suitable for joint assembly; and the accommodating parts of the two brackets are arranged separately and oppositely to form a battery accommodating space for accommodating the battery pack.
The first bracket 10 includes a first assembly portion 11 (i.e., an assembly portion of the first bracket) and a first receiving portion 12, and the first receiving portion 12 is provided with two portions and distributed on the left and right sides of the first assembly portion 11; the second bracket 20 includes a second assembly portion 21 (i.e., an assembly portion of the second bracket) and a second receiving portion 22, the second receiving portion 22 is also provided with two second receiving portions and distributed on the left and right sides of the second assembly portion 21, and the first assembly portion 11 and the second assembly portion 21 are matched with each other to fixedly connect the first bracket 10 and the second bracket 20. The first assembly portion 11 is provided with a protrusion 111 and a first connection portion 112, the second assembly portion 21 is provided with a connection hole 211 and a second connection portion 212, and the protrusion 111, the connection hole 211, the first connection portion 112 and the second connection portion 212 are all arranged on the opposite surfaces of the first assembly portion 11 and the second assembly portion 21. The first assembly portion 11 and the second assembly portion 21 are both arranged in a shape like a Chinese character 'ao', wherein at least two of the protruding blocks 111 and the connecting holes 211 are arranged and are respectively positioned at corners of the Chinese character 'ao', such as right corners, and the first connecting portion 112 and the second connecting portion 212 are arranged at the bottom of the Chinese character 'ao' or at the lower recess of the Chinese character 'ao'; preferably, four protrusions 111 and four connecting holes 211 are provided, and are respectively located at four right angles of the "concave" shape, and the connection stability is the best.

The handle 30 is disposed between the first connection portion 112 and the second connection portion 212, the handle 30 has a cross-section with a hollow "T" shape, and includes a handle 31 for grasping and a mounting portion 32 extending downward from the bottom of the handle 31 for fixing, when the handle is connected, the mounting portion 32 is limitedly received in the U-shaped space formed by the connection of the first groove 1122 and the second groove 2122, and at the same time, the mutual connection of the first protrusion 1121 and the second protrusion 2121 allows the mounting portion 32 to be limitedly received in the U-shaped space, and keeps the handle 31 exposed above the first connection portion 112 and the second connection portion 212, so as to move, mount or dismount the battery pack assembly 300.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, based on the above description, the present invention discloses a battery pack assembly 300 for increasing the storage of the battery power and the service life of the electric device. The battery pack assembly 300 comprises a battery pack 200 and a plurality of battery pack holders 100, wherein the battery pack holders 100 comprise a first support 10, a second support 20 and a handle 30, the first support 10 and the second support 20 are assembled and matched with each other, and the handle 30 is installed at the combined joint of the first support 10 and the second support 20 and used for installing or disassembling the battery pack holders 100. The BMS system 41 is connected to the battery pack 200 to manage the power of the battery pack 200.
