4. The method for constructing the employee human model according to claim 3, wherein the created content category subpage is used for setting the category of the created content and distributing index words, test questions and assessment scores corresponding to each content category.

The method for constructing the employee human model according to claim 3, wherein the entity subpage is created and used for setting test question types and corresponding test question scores, and inputting question stem content, number of options, option content, correct answers and answer analysis corresponding to each test question type.

The method for constructing the employee human model according to claim 3, wherein the employee assignment test question sub-page is used for assigning test questions to employees of different categories, and setting test question packs, question numbers and related index words corresponding to the employees of each category.

8. A system for constructing a human model of an employee, comprising:
the system comprises a creating content category module, a training management module and a display module, wherein the creating content category module is used for creating a staff human model page through a background management system and inputting the content category of a human model on the staff human model page according to training requirements;
the test question creating module is used for creating corresponding index test questions according to the human index words after the human index words corresponding to the content types are input to the human model page;
the design index module is used for designing index assessment standards in advance according to different post requirements and matching the corresponding index assessment standards according to the post information of each employee, which is recorded by the background management system;
the staff testing module is used for sending the index testing questions to a training system for staff testing and generating testing results of all staff after the staff testing is finished;
and the human model generating module is used for generating a human model corresponding to each employee according to the test result and the corresponding index assessment standard.

A terminal device for construction of an employee human model, comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the processor implementing the method for construction of an employee human model as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed, controls an apparatus in which the computer-readable storage medium is located to perform the method for constructing the employee human model as recited in any one of claims 1 to 7.
