Because the upgrade data transmission is carried out between the communication links of the household electrical appliance and the upgrade data transmission between the household electrical appliance network module and the mobile terminal, the transmission of the upgrade data can realize the transmission of a local area network, compared with the upgrade scheme in the prior art, the network burden is greatly reduced, and the upgrade communication links formed by the modules of the household electrical appliance can realize the improvement of the data transmission rate by setting the transmission mechanism of the upgrade data, such as asynchronous transmission, dynamic adjustment of transmission bandwidth and the like.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic flowchart of an upgrading method for a home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, before the step S210, the method further includes:
step S230, the mobile terminal acquires version information of each module of the household appliance;
step S240, comparing the obtained version information with the version information of each module on the version server, determining the module to be upgraded, and obtaining the upgrade data of the module to be upgraded.
The mobile terminal 200 queries locally stored version information of each module of the home appliance device 100, and is connected to the version management server 400 through the network terminal device 300, so as to compare locally acquired version information of each module of the home appliance device 100 with the version information on the version management server 400, determine a functional module to be upgraded, and acquire upgrade data of the module to be upgraded 103 from the version management server 400.
Further, the mobile terminal 200 starts a control program of the home appliance, and if the automatic upgrade of the home appliance is set, after entering the control interface, the query of version information of each module in the home appliance supporting the internet under the control interface is triggered. In addition, each module in the household appliance is automatically upgraded or manually upgraded, and can be flexibly set by a user. After the mobile terminal 200 obtains the upgrade data of the module to be upgraded 103 of the home appliance device 100, the control interface pops up an upgrade prompt, so that the upgrade connection with the home appliance device 100 can be established according to the upgrade confirmation.
In this embodiment, the mobile terminal 200 queries and determines the module to be upgraded 103 in the home appliance 100, and downloads the upgrade data of the module to be upgraded 103, so that the processing pressure of downloading the upgrade data by connecting the home appliance 100 to the network is reduced, and the mobile terminal 200 can also transmit the upgrade data with the home appliance 100 through the local area network, thereby greatly reducing the network load.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, fig. 9 is a detailed flowchart of step S210 in fig. 7. The step S210 includes:
step S211, the mobile terminal sends an upgrade connection request to the household appliance, so that the household appliance receives the upgrade connection request, confirms whether to accept the upgrade of the mobile terminal, and returns a confirmation result;
and step S212, the mobile terminal establishes upgrading connection with the household appliance equipment when the household appliance equipment confirms to upgrade according to the confirmation result.
After obtaining the upgrading data of the module to be upgraded, the mobile terminal pops up the right-confirming guide so as to generate an upgrading connection request according to the right-confirming operation, wherein the upgrading connection request comprises the right-confirming information of the mobile terminal. And the mobile terminal sends the generated upgrading connection request to the household appliance. And after receiving the upgrade connection request, the household appliance equipment confirms the authority confirming information of the mobile terminal and returns a confirmation result. And when the mobile terminal receives the confirmed result, finishing the upgrading connection between the mobile terminal and the household appliance equipment.
Further, in the above embodiment, when data transmission is performed between the mobile terminal and the network module of the home appliance device, queue data processing is adopted, the received data are sequentially put into a queue, and the data in the queue are sequentially checked. Specifically, when data transmission is performed between the household appliance and the mobile terminal, the household appliance puts the received data into the queue for data processing, so that the transmission of the upgrade data can adopt an asynchronous transmission mechanism, and the data receiving and the data checking can be separately processed, thereby improving the data transmission efficiency.
Further, the step S220 includes: the mobile terminal sends the upgrading data of the module to be upgraded to a network module of the household appliance in a grouping manner; and when the mobile terminal does not receive the message receipt confirmation returned by the network module of the household appliance, the grouped data is retransmitted.
Specifically, after the mobile terminal 200 establishes the upgrade connection with the home appliance 100, the upgrade data is grouped and sent to the network module 101 of the home appliance 100, so that the network module 101 of the home appliance 100 sequentially transmits the received grouped data to the module to be upgraded 103 through the communication link. The network module 101 of the electric home appliance 100 receives the upgrade data sent by the mobile terminal 200, transmits the received upgrade data to the next module on the link, and returns a message receipt confirmation to the mobile terminal 200. If the mobile terminal 200 receives the confirmation according to the message returned by the network module 101, it knows that the network module 101 has received the sent packet data; if the mobile terminal 200 does not receive the message receipt confirmation returned by the network module 101, the packet data is retransmitted.
In addition, the mobile terminal 200 may dynamically adjust the size and transmission rate of the packet data according to the time of the message receipt acknowledgement returned by the network module 101, so as to enable the data transmission to flexibly adapt to the current transmission environment and perform the transmission more efficiently.
Further, after the network module 101 of the home appliance 100 transmits the packet data to the module to be upgraded 103, the module to be upgraded 103 performs integrity check on the received packet data, that is, determines whether the received packet data is complete, and returns a check code to the previous module until the packet data is returned to the mobile terminal 200 through the communication link. The check code includes an indication of whether the packet data is valid data. For example, the check code is valid, indicating that the packet data satisfies integrity and is valid data; the check code is invalid, indicating that the packet data does not satisfy integrity, and is invalid data. When the mobile terminal 200 receives the returned check code as invalid, the packet data is retransmitted.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, fig. 10 is a detailed flowchart of step S220 in fig. 7. The step S220 includes:
step S221, the mobile terminal sends the upgrade data packet of the module to be upgraded to the network module of the household appliance, so that the network module puts the received packet data into a queue after receiving the sent packet data, sequentially carries out integrity check on the packet data in the queue, and returns a check code to a sender;
step S222, the mobile terminal retransmits the packet data when the received check code is invalid.
After the mobile terminal 200 establishes the upgrade connection with the home appliance 100, the upgrade data is grouped and sent to the network module 101 of the home appliance 100, so that the network module 101 of the home appliance 100 sequentially transmits the received grouped data to the module to be upgraded 103 through the communication link. When receiving the upgrade data sent by the mobile terminal 200, the network module 101 of the home appliance 100 puts the received upgrade data into a queue, and at the same time, sequentially performs integrity check on the packet data in the queue, that is, determines whether the received packet data is complete, and returns the packet data to the mobile terminal 200 as a check code, where the check code includes an indication whether the packet data is valid data. For example, the check code is valid, indicating that the packet data satisfies integrity and is valid data; the check code is invalid, indicating that the packet data does not satisfy integrity, and is invalid data. When the mobile terminal receives the invalid check code returned by the network module 101, the mobile terminal retransmits the grouped data to the network module 101.
The following describes an example in which the module to be upgraded is a voice module, the connection module is an electronic control module, and the network module is a wifi module.
As shown in fig. 11, fig. 11 is an application schematic diagram of the upgrade method for the household electrical appliance according to the present invention. The specific flow of the application example comprises the following steps:
step S101, the mobile terminal determines that a voice module of the household appliance needs to be upgraded, acquires upgrade data of the voice module, and sends an authorization request to a network module of the household appliance;
step S102, after receiving the right confirmation request, the household appliance confirms the right confirmation to the mobile terminal and returns the confirmation result to the mobile terminal;
step S103, when the mobile terminal receives that the confirmation result is the confirmation message, the upgrading data of the voice module is sent to the network module of the household appliance in a grouping manner;
step S104, the network module receives the grouped data sent by the mobile terminal, puts the grouped data into a queue, and returns a message receiving confirmation to the mobile terminal;
step S105, the network module carries out integrity check on the grouped data in the queue and returns a check result;
step S106, after the network module successfully verifies the integrity, the grouped data is sent to the electric control module;
step S107, the electric control module receives the grouped data sent by the mobile terminal, puts the grouped data into a queue, and returns a received message confirmation to the network module;
step S108, the electric control module carries out integrity check on the grouped data in the queue and returns a check result to the network module;
step S109, after the electric control module successfully checks the integrity, the electric control module sends the grouped data to the voice module;
step S201, a voice module receives grouped data sent by a mobile terminal, integrity check is carried out on the grouped data, and a check result is returned to an electric control module;
and S202, repeating the steps S103-201 until the mobile terminal transmits all the upgrading data of the voice module to the voice module, and upgrading the voice module.
In the above steps, if the returned acknowledgement of the received message is not received for a long time, the grouped data is retransmitted; and if the returned check code is invalid, retransmitting the grouped data.
Compared with the upgrading scheme in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the household appliance equipment adopts a communication link for upgrading formed by a multi-level module, so that the transmission rate of upgrading data can be improved by means of an asynchronous transmission mechanism, a queue processing data mode and the like, and the phenomenon of code disorder caused by the fact that the transmitted data arrive first due to transmission delay is avoided;
(2) because the household appliance equipment communicates with the mobile terminal through the network module to obtain the upgrading data of the module to be upgraded, the mobile terminal and the household appliance equipment can realize the transmission of the upgrading data through the local area network, thereby greatly reducing the network operation burden of the household appliance equipment;
(3) in the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal determines the module to be upgraded of the household appliance, acquires the upgrading data of the module to be upgraded and then sends the acquired upgrading data to the household appliance through the local area network, so that the network operation burden of the household appliance is reduced, and the upgrading efficiency of the household appliance is improved.
The household electrical appliance 100 mentioned above includes, for example and without limitation, an air conditioning device. The mobile terminal 200 mentioned above is, for example, but not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a wearable device, and other terminal devices with a remote control function. The version management server 400 may be an independent server, or may be a server cluster formed by servers with other functions.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the home device 100 and the mobile terminal 200 may each include a processor, a memory, and a communication module. Also, the memory may be a computer storage medium, and the memory may include therein an operating system and an upgrade control program of the electric home appliance. The upgrade control program is called by the processor of the home device 100 to execute the steps of the upgrade method of the home device in the above embodiments. Or the upgrade control program is called by the processor of the mobile terminal 200 to execute the steps of the upgrade method of the home appliance device in the above embodiment.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
It should be noted that in the claims, any reference signs placed between parentheses shall not be construed as limiting the claim. The word "comprising" does not exclude the presence of elements or steps not listed in a claim. The word "a" or "an" preceding an element does not exclude the presence of a plurality of such elements. The invention may be implemented by means of hardware comprising several distinct elements, and by means of a suitably programmed computer. In the unit claims enumerating several means, several of these means may be embodied by one and the same item of hardware. The usage of the words first, second and third, etcetera do not indicate any ordering. These words may be interpreted as names.
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Claims (15)
1. The upgrading method of the household electrical appliance is characterized in that the household electrical appliance comprises a module to be upgraded, a connecting module and a network module, wherein the connecting module comprises at least one; the module to be upgraded, the connecting module and the network module are sequentially connected to form a communication link; the upgrading method comprises the following steps:
the household appliance equipment and the mobile terminal establish upgrading connection;
receiving the upgrading data of the module to be upgraded sent by the mobile terminal, and transmitting the upgrading data to the module to be upgraded through the communication link;
and after all the upgrading data are received, upgrading the module to be upgraded.
2. The upgrading method for household electrical appliances according to claim 1, wherein when data transmission is performed between the household electrical appliances and the mobile terminal and between modules in the communication link, queue data processing is adopted, received data are sequentially put into a queue, and the data in the queue are sequentially checked.
3. The method for upgrading an electric home appliance according to claim 1 or 2, wherein data transmission between the electric home appliance and the mobile terminal and data transmission between modules in the communication link are asynchronous transceiving mechanisms.
4. The method for upgrading an electric home appliance according to claim 1, wherein the step of receiving the upgrade data of the module to be upgraded sent by the mobile terminal and transmitting the upgrade data to the module to be upgraded through the communication link comprises:
the network module of the household appliance equipment receives the upgrading data sent by the mobile terminal in groups and transmits the received grouped data to the module to be upgraded through the communication link;
when receiving the sent grouped data, each module of the communication link returns a message receiving confirmation to the sender, so that the sender resends the grouped data when not receiving the message receiving confirmation.
5. The method for upgrading an electric home appliance according to claim 1, wherein the step of receiving the upgrade data of the module to be upgraded sent by the mobile terminal and transmitting the upgrade data to the module to be upgraded through the communication link comprises:
the network module of the household appliance equipment receives the upgrading data sent by the mobile terminal in groups and transmits the received grouped data to the module to be upgraded through the communication link;
after each module of the communication link receives the sent grouped data, the received grouped data is put into a queue, the integrity of the grouped data in the queue is checked in sequence, and a check code is returned to the sender, so that the sender resends the grouped data when the check code is invalid.
6. The method for upgrading an electric home appliance according to claim 1, wherein the step of establishing an upgrade connection between the electric home appliance and the mobile terminal comprises:
the household appliance equipment receives an upgrading connection request sent by the mobile terminal, wherein the upgrading connection request is generated when the mobile terminal receives upgrading confirmation;
and performing right confirmation response on the mobile terminal according to the upgrading connection request, and sending response information to the mobile terminal.
7. The method for upgrading an electric home appliance according to claim 1, wherein the step of upgrading the module to be upgraded after receiving all the upgrade data comprises:
and the household appliance equipment checks and confirms all the received upgrading data after the module to be upgraded receives all the upgrading data, and starts the module to be upgraded with new upgrading data after successful checking and confirmation.

The upgrading method of the household electrical appliance is characterized in that the household electrical appliance comprises a module to be upgraded, a connecting module and a network module, wherein the connecting module comprises at least one; the module to be upgraded, the connecting module and the network module are sequentially connected to form a communication link, and the network module of the household appliance is connected with the mobile terminal; the upgrading method comprises the following steps:
the mobile terminal establishes upgrading connection with the household appliance;
and sending the upgrading data of the module to be upgraded to a network module of the household appliance, so that the household appliance transmits the upgrading data to the module to be upgraded through the communication link, and upgrading the module to be upgraded.
9. The upgrading method for household electrical appliances according to claim 8, wherein when data transmission is performed between the mobile terminal and the network module of the household electrical appliances, queue data processing is adopted, the received data are sequentially put into a queue, and the data in the queue are sequentially checked.
10. The method for upgrading an electric home appliance according to claim 8, wherein the step of sending the upgrading data of the module to be upgraded to the network module of the electric home appliance comprises:
the mobile terminal sends the upgrading data of the module to be upgraded to a network module of the household appliance in a grouping manner; and when the mobile terminal does not receive the message receipt confirmation returned by the network module of the household appliance, the grouped data is retransmitted.
11. The method for upgrading an electric home appliance according to claim 8, wherein the step of sending the upgrading data of the module to be upgraded to the network module of the electric home appliance comprises:
the mobile terminal sends the upgrading data of the module to be upgraded to a network module of the household appliance in a grouping manner; and when the received check code returned by the network module to the received grouped data is invalid, retransmitting the grouped data.
12. The method for upgrading an electric home appliance according to claim 8, wherein the step of establishing an upgrade connection between the mobile terminal and the electric home appliance further comprises:
the mobile terminal acquires version information of each module of the household appliance;
and comparing the acquired version information with the version information of each module on the version server, determining the module to be upgraded, and acquiring the upgrade data of the module to be upgraded.
13. An electric home appliance comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the computer program, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the method for upgrading an electric home appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7, and upgrades a module to be upgraded of the electric home appliance.
14. A mobile terminal, characterized in that it comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, and when the computer program is executed by the processor, it implements the steps of the method for upgrading an electric home appliance according to any one of claims 8 to 12, and implements the upgrading of a module to be upgraded of the electric home appliance by the mobile terminal.
15. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the readable storage medium has an upgrade control program stored thereon, and the upgrade control program is executed by a processor of an electric home appliance to implement the upgrading method for the electric home appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7, or executed by a processor of a mobile terminal to implement the upgrading method for the electric home appliance according to any one of claims 8 to 12, so as to implement upgrading of a module to be upgraded of the electric home appliance.
