Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The schedule display method applied to the intelligent park management can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1, the application environment can include a terminal 110, and the terminal 110 can be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers and portable wearable devices. In addition, the terminal 110 may also communicate with the server 120 through a network, and the server 120 may be regarded as a calendar server, and the calendar server may be configured to store calendar data including calendar data for managing the smart campus, and may specifically include data such as specific schedule contents, a period of time, a start time, a time span, and the like of the calendar in managing the smart campus. The terminal 110 may store the schedule data in a memory of the terminal 110 or on the server 120. The server 120 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
Specifically, the schedule display method applied to the intelligent park management provided by the present application may be executed by the terminal 110 alone, or may be executed by the terminal 110 and the server 120 in cooperation.
Taking an example in which the terminal 110 performs alone, the terminal 110 displays a calendar, and the terminal 110 acquires schedule plan data of each schedule plan corresponding to a selected date from a memory of the terminal 110 in response to a selection operation of the date on the calendar, and displays the schedule plans in a graphical quick form on a terminal screen thereof based on the schedule plan data. By adopting the method, the user can manage the corresponding schedule plan locally at the terminal 110 even in the state without a network and the like, and the reliability is high.
Taking an example that the terminal 110 and the server 120 are cooperatively executed, the terminal 110 displays a calendar, the terminal 110 sends a data acquisition request to the server 120 in response to a selection operation on a date on the calendar, the server 120 can acquire schedule data of each schedule corresponding to the selected date from a memory thereof after receiving the data acquisition request and return the schedule data to the terminal 110, the terminal 110 receives the schedule data returned by the server 120, and the terminal 110 displays each schedule on a terminal screen thereof in a graphic format based on the schedule data. In this way, the schedule data can be stored in the server 120, the server 120 manages the schedule data uniformly, and the schedule data is called from the terminal 110 when the terminal 110 needs the corresponding schedule data, so that the data processing resources of the terminal 110 can be saved.
The schedule display method provided by the present application is further described below with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a schedule display method applied to intelligent park management is provided, which is exemplified by the method applied to the terminal 110 in fig. 1, and the method may include the following steps:
step S201, a calendar is displayed.
Referring to fig. 3, the terminal 110 may display an electronic calendar 310 on its display 300, and the electronic calendar 310 may further display dates of the corresponding year and month, and may display a date of 11 months of 2020. Specifically, the user may perform interactive operations such as clicking, double-clicking, long-pressing, and the like on a corresponding position on the screen of the terminal 110 to select the dates on the electronic calendar 310, where the user may select one of the dates, i.e., select one day, or select multiple dates, i.e., select multiple days, e.g., select one week, and the like.
Step S202, responding to the selection operation of the date on the calendar, and acquiring schedule plan data of each schedule plan corresponding to the selected date;
the selected date is a date selected by the user on the calendar displayed on the display 300 of the terminal 110, and for example, the user may select 11/2/2020/s on the calendar as the selected date. After the terminal 110 determines the selected date, schedule data of each schedule corresponding to the selected date is obtained, where the schedule data may include data of schedules itself, such as specific arrangement content, located period, start time, and time span of schedules required for managing the smart park by the date, and may also include user information for arranging the schedules, such as names, departments, and contact information of users who arrange the schedules. It should be noted that, a user viewing a schedule on the terminal 110 may not be limited to viewing the schedule of the user itself, but may also view schedules of other users such as co-workers, as shown in fig. 1, the user may select "my schedule" on the terminal 110 to view the schedule of the user itself, or may select "co-workers schedule" on the terminal 110 to view the schedules of the co-workers.
In some embodiments, the selected date may include one or more days, and the schedules for the selected date may include schedules that the one or more users have on the selected date. For example, team member A may select date A and date B as the selected dates and may view the schedules for team member A, team member B, and team member C on dates A and B. By adopting the scheme, the whole schedule of a team consisting of a plurality of members can be managed conveniently.
The terminal 110 may also be communicatively connected to the server 120 via a network, and in this scenario, the terminal 110 may obtain the aforementioned schedule data from the server 120. In some embodiments, the step S202 includes: the terminal 110 transmits a data acquisition request to the server 120 in response to the selection operation of the date on the calendar, and receives the aforementioned schedule data returned by the server 120. After receiving the data acquisition request, server 120 may acquire schedule data of each schedule corresponding to the selected date from its memory, and return the schedule data to terminal 110. By adopting the technical scheme, the server 120 manages the schedule data in a unified way, and the schedule data is called from the terminal 110 when the terminal 110 needs the corresponding schedule data, so that the data processing resources of the terminal 110 are saved.
Step S203, based on the schedule plan data, displaying each schedule plan in a form of a graphic block.
In this step, the terminal 110 draws a graphic block corresponding to each schedule plan based on the schedule plan data of each schedule plan corresponding to the selected date, and displays the schedule plans in the schedule display area 320 of the display interface 300 in the form of the graphic block.
In this case, the graphic block may be drawn as a square, for example, the terminal 110 may draw the schedule plan 1 into a graphic block T1, draw the schedule plan 2 into a graphic block T2, and display the graphic block T1 and the graphic block T2 in the schedule display area 320, where information of the schedule plan, such as a schedule plan name, a time period of the schedule plan, and the like, may also be displayed in the corresponding graphic block.
Furthermore, each graphic block displayed in the schedule display area 320 by the terminal 110 corresponds to a different schedule respectively, and each graphic block is not overlapped with each other, so that different schedules can be displayed clearly, information of the corresponding schedules can be displayed in each graphic block conveniently, and readability is high. In an actual scenario, the schedule time axis direction 321 may be set to be consistent with a vertical direction of the terminal 110, such as a mobile phone, and the schedule planning direction 322 may be set to be consistent with a transverse direction of the terminal 110, the terminal 110 draws a graphic block in the schedule display area 320 represented by the two directions, and the terminal 110 may draw the graphic block T1 of the schedule plan 1 and the graphic block T2 of the schedule plan 2 shown in fig. 1 by acquiring a first section, corresponding to the graphic block in the schedule time axis direction 321, corresponding to each schedule plan and a second section, corresponding to the schedule planning direction 322, of the graphic block T1, and as shown in fig. 1, the first section a1, corresponding to the schedule block T1 in the time axis direction 321 and the second section a2, corresponding to the schedule planning direction 322 are drawn.
Specifically, the graphic block corresponding to each schedule plan corresponds to the time period of the corresponding schedule plan in the first interval corresponding to the schedule time axis direction 321. As shown in fig. 1, when drawing the graphic block T1 of the schedule plan 1, the terminal 110 may determine the time period 08:00-10:00 of the schedule plan 1 according to the schedule plan data of the schedule plan 1, correspond the first interval a1 of the graphic block T1 to the time period 08:00-10:00, and similarly correspond the first interval of the graphic block T2 corresponding to the schedule plan 2 to the time period 09:00-11:00 of the schedule plan 2.
The terminal 110 further determines a second interval corresponding to each graphic block in the schedule planning direction 322. For the second section, the terminal 110 needs to display the graphic blocks corresponding to each schedule plan completely in the schedule plan direction 322 of the screen of the terminal 322, so that the user can see all schedule plans of each section without sliding in, for example, a transverse direction of the terminal 322, and for this reason, the terminal 110 may determine the second section of each graphic block according to the number of overlapping schedule plans of the section where the corresponding schedule plan is located and the screen size of the terminal 110 in the schedule plan direction 322, where the number of overlapping schedule plans refers to the number of schedule plans that overlap in the corresponding section, as shown in fig. 1, schedule plan 1 and schedule plan 2 have overlap at 09:00-10:00, and if the graphic block T1 of schedule plan 1 is fully laid in the schedule plan direction 322, overlap with the graphic block T2 of schedule plan 2 may be unavoidable, so that the second section of the graphic block T1 and the graphic block T2 needs to be balanced, for example, the size of the second interval of the graphic block T1 and the graphic block T2 may be the same, the graphic block T1 may be preferentially arranged and then the graphic block T2 may be arranged to form the arrangement effect shown in fig. 1, and for the size of the second interval, the terminal 110 may first obtain the screen size S of the terminal 110 in the schedule planning direction 322, remove the display area width W of time (e.g., 07:00, 08:00, etc.) on the time axis to obtain the available arrangement width D, and then use D/2 as the size of the second interval corresponding to the graphic block T1 and the graphic block T2, so that the terminal 110 may draw and display the graphic block corresponding to the schedule plan in the schedule display area 320.
In the schedule plan display method applied to the intelligent park management, the terminal 110 displays a calendar, the terminal 110 responds to the selection operation of the user on the date on the calendar, acquires the schedule plan data of each schedule plan corresponding to the selected date, and displays the schedule plans in the form of graphic blocks based on the schedule plan data, wherein the graphic blocks corresponding to each schedule plan are not overlapped, the first interval corresponding to each graphic block in the schedule time axis direction corresponds to the period of the corresponding schedule plan, the second interval corresponding to each graphic block in the schedule plan direction is determined according to the overlapped schedule plan number of the period of the corresponding schedule plan and the screen size of the terminal in the schedule plan direction, the schedule plan direction of each graphic block on the screen of the terminal 110 is completely displayed, the display efficiency of the terminal 110 on the schedule plan is improved, and the user can conveniently and quickly know the arrangement condition of each schedule in the selected date through the graphics on the terminal 110, the difficulty of selecting the subsequent schedule planning time on the terminal 110 by the user is reduced, thereby being beneficial to improving the schedule planning efficiency of managing the intelligent park.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the displaying each schedule plan in the step S203 in the form of a graphic block based on the schedule plan data specifically includes:
step S401, determining the arrangement priority of the graphic blocks corresponding to each schedule plan based on the schedule plan data;
in this step, the terminal 110 determines the arrangement priority of the graphic block corresponding to each schedule in the schedule display area 320 shown in fig. 1 based on the schedule data. Among them, graphic blocks with higher arrangement priority can be preferentially arranged in the schedule display area 320.
In some embodiments, step S401 specifically includes: obtaining the starting time and the time span corresponding to each schedule plan according to the schedule plan data; and determining the arrangement priority of the graphic blocks corresponding to each schedule plan based on the sequence of the starting time and the relative size of the time span.
In this embodiment, the arrangement priority of the graphic blocks corresponding to the schedules is mainly determined according to the start time sequence and the time span corresponding to each schedule.
In some of these embodiments, schedules that begin at a time earlier correspond to a higher sort priority, i.e., schedules that begin at a time earlier are prioritized. As shown in fig. 5(a), since the start time of schedule plan 1 is 08:00, the start time of schedule plan 2 is 09:00, and the start time of schedule plan 1 is earlier than that of schedule plan 2 and is sorted in the positive order of the start times, pattern block T1 corresponding to schedule plan 1 is arranged before pattern block T2 corresponding to schedule plan 2.
Further, for the case where the start times are the same, the schedules with larger time spans correspond to higher arrangement priorities, that is, when the start times of the schedules are the same, the schedules are sorted in reverse order of the time spans of the schedules. As shown in fig. 5(b), schedule plan 1 starts from 08:00 to 10:00, schedule plan 0 starts from 08:00 to 09:00, the time span of schedule plan 1 is 2 hours, and the time span of schedule plan 0 is 1 hour, and therefore, the graphic block T1 corresponding to schedule plan 1 is arranged before the graphic block T0 of schedule plan 0 in reverse order of the time span. In this way, the schedule plan which starts first and the schedule plan with a large time span can be preferentially arranged in the schedule display area 320, so that the user can conveniently schedule the next schedule plan.
Step S402, obtaining a first interval corresponding to the graphic block corresponding to each schedule in the direction of the schedule time axis according to the time period of each schedule;
in this step, the terminal 110 may obtain the time period of each schedule according to the schedule data, for example, the time period may be directly extracted from the schedule data, or the time period of each schedule may be calculated according to the start time and the time span of each schedule in the schedule data. Then, the terminal 110 may determine a first interval corresponding to the graphic block corresponding to each schedule plan in the schedule time axis direction according to the time interval of each schedule plan, for example, as shown in fig. 5(a), the terminal 110 determines a first interval a1 corresponding to the graphic block T1 corresponding to the schedule plan 1 in the schedule time axis direction 321 according to the time interval 08:00-10:00 of the schedule plan 1.
Step S403, aiming at a plurality of schedules which are overlapped in time period, determining a second interval corresponding to the graphic blocks corresponding to the schedules which are overlapped in time period in the schedule planning direction according to the arrangement priority, the number of the schedules which are overlapped in time period and the screen size of the terminal in the schedule planning direction;
as shown in fig. 1, schedule plan 1 and schedule plan 2 overlap in the time period of 09:00-10:00, and for schedule plan 1 and schedule plan 2, terminal 110 determines the second interval corresponding to graphic blocks T1 and T2 in schedule plan direction 322 corresponding to schedule plan 1 and schedule plan 2 according to the corresponding arrangement priority, the number of multiple schedule plans overlapping in the time period (i.e., the number of overlapping schedule plans in the time period), and the screen size of the terminal in the schedule plan direction. Illustratively, schedule plan 1 starts earlier than schedule plan 2 and thus has a higher arrangement priority, and based on screen size S of terminal 110 in schedule plan direction 322, available arrangement width D can be calculated, which can be calculated from the difference between screen size S and display area width W for time on the time axis (e.g., 07:00, 08:00, etc.), and then, based on the number of overlapping schedules of this period, i.e., 2, the size of the second interval corresponding to graphics blocks T1 and T2 is calculated to be D/2, by which terminal 110 can determine the second interval corresponding to graphics blocks T1 and T2 in schedule direction 322, e.g., the size of second interval a2 of graphics blocks T1 that are preferentially arranged is D/2, followed by arrangeable block T2, which has the size of D/2, thereby enabling terminal 110 to be compact, And displaying the graphic blocks corresponding to each schedule plan completely and without overlapping so that a user can intuitively and conveniently know the arrangement situation of the current schedule plan.
Step S404, aiming at the schedule plans which are not overlapped in time period, determining a second interval corresponding to the graphic block of the schedule plan which is not overlapped in time period in the schedule plan direction according to the screen size of the terminal in the schedule plan direction;
the step is mainly to determine a second interval of the graphic blocks corresponding to the schedule plan without overlapping in time period. Specifically, since a certain schedule plan does not overlap with other schedules plans in time period, the certain schedule plan may be paved in the schedule plan direction 322, that is, the terminal 110 directly uses the available arrangement width D as the size of the second interval of the graphic block corresponding to the certain schedule plan, so that the terminal 110 may obtain the second interval of the graphic block corresponding to the schedule plan direction 322.
Step S405, drawing and displaying the graphic blocks corresponding to the schedules according to the first interval and the second interval.
The graph block is a square, the first interval and the second interval corresponding to the graph block may respectively correspond to coordinate value ranges on two sides of the square, and the graph block corresponding to each schedule plan may be drawn in the schedule display area 320 as shown in fig. 1 according to the coordinate value ranges on two sides of the graph block.
The embodiment provides a scheme for drawing and displaying the graphic blocks corresponding to each schedule plan in the schedule display area 320 of the display interface 300 of the terminal 110, and the graphic blocks corresponding to each schedule plan can be drawn in sequence according to the arrangement priority of the graphic blocks corresponding to each schedule plan and displayed in the schedule display area 320, so that each graphic block can be displayed in the schedule display area 320 compactly and completely without overlapping, a user can conveniently and visually check the related schedule plan arrangement condition, and the schedule plan display efficiency and the schedule plan arrangement efficiency are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the step S403 specifically includes:
step S601, determines an overlapping schedule plan group.
The overlapping schedule plan group comprises a plurality of schedule plans, and any schedule plan in the overlapping schedule plan group and at least one other schedule plan in the overlapping schedule plan group have overlapping on a time period.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 7, three overlapping groups of schedules are shown, including a first overlapping group of schedules 710, a second overlapping group of schedules 720, and a third overlapping group of schedules 730, where each schedule overlaps in time period with at least one other schedule of the same group. Next, the terminal 110 performs position processing for arranging schedules included in each group, and the second overlapping schedule group 720 is described as an example below.
Step S602, a schedule arrangement array having the same number of rows and columns as the number of overlapping schedules is constructed.
In this step, the terminal 110 first constructs a schedule plan arrangement array, which is used to arrange the arrangement positions of the graphic blocks of each schedule plan in the same overlapping schedule plan group. The schedule plan arrangement array is provided with rows and columns, the number of the rows and the number of the columns are the same, and the number of the rows and the number of the columns are the same as the number of the overlapped schedule plans. As shown in fig. 7, for the second overlapping schedule plan group 720, the number of overlapping schedule plans is 6 (i.e., target plan 4 to target plan 9), and thus, as shown in fig. 8, the terminal 110 constructs a schedule plan arrangement array 800 having a number of rows and columns of 6, wherein the column direction of the schedule plan arrangement array 800 corresponds to the schedule time axis direction 321 as shown in fig. 7, and the row direction of the schedule plan arrangement array 800 corresponds to the schedule plan direction 322.
Step S603, according to the arrangement priorities, arranging the schedules in the overlapped schedule group in the array unit of the schedule arrangement array according to a preset arrangement rule, so that each row of the schedule arrangement array corresponds to one schedule, and the time intervals of the schedules in each row are not overlapped.
In this step, according to the arrangement priority corresponding to each schedule plan, the schedule plans are arranged in the array unit of the schedule plan arrangement array 800 according to the preset arrangement rule, and it is required to ensure that only one schedule plan is arranged in each row in the schedule plan arrangement array 800, and the time periods of the schedule plans in each row are not overlapped.
Specifically, the preset arrangement rule includes: the schedules with high arrangement priority are arranged firstly, and the schedules are arranged in the array unit with the minimum number of selectable columns and the minimum number of selectable rows preferentially. Illustratively, schedule 4 has the highest arrangement priority, so schedule 4 is arranged in the array unit of schedule arrangement array 800, the arrangement rule can be understood as from top to bottom, from left to right, preferentially to be arranged in the column direction, and to find the position in the row direction when there is a conflict, each row can only store one schedule, and all schedules in each column have no overlapping part in the time period, specifically, when schedule 4 is arranged, the number of selectable columns is minimum 1, and the number of selectable rows is minimum 1, so schedule 4 is arranged in the array unit (1, 1) of schedule arrangement array 800, then schedule 5 having the second arrangement priority, since schedule 5 and schedule 4 have overlapping parts in the time period, it is necessary to find the position in the row direction, and the 1 st row of schedule arrangement array 800 is already occupied by schedule 4, therefore, for schedule 5, the number of selectable columns is minimum 2, and the number of selectable rows is minimum 2, so that schedule 5 is arranged in array units (2, 2) of schedule arrangement array 800, and by analogy, schedules 4 to 9 can all be arranged in corresponding array units of schedule arrangement array 800.
Step S604, acquiring the interval range corresponding to each schedule plan according to the screen size of the terminal in the schedule plan direction and the maximum effective column number of the schedule plan arrangement array.
The terminal 110 calculates the interval range or interval size of the second interval corresponding to the schedule plan direction 322 of the graphic block corresponding to each schedule plan. Specifically, the interval range may be calculated according to a ratio between the screen size of the terminal in the schedule direction 322 and the maximum effective column number of the schedule arrangement array 800. Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, after arranging all the schedules 4 to 9 in the corresponding array units of the schedule arrangement array 800, it can be known that the maximum number of columns in the array units in which the schedules are arranged in the schedule arrangement array 800 is 4, that is, the number of columns in which the schedule 7 is located, so, in combination with fig. 7, for the second overlapping schedule group 720, the minimum width of the graphic block corresponding to each schedule on the terminal 110 is the available arrangement width D divided by 4, wherein the available arrangement width D can be calculated according to the screen size S of the terminal in the schedule direction, and the specific calculation manner is introduced in the above embodiment. Based on this, the terminal 110 may obtain the section range of the second section of the graphic block corresponding to each schedule plan in the second overlapped schedule plan group 720, and set the minimum section range of the second section of the graphic block corresponding to each schedule plan in the second overlapped schedule plan group 720 to be D/4, and the section range of the second section of the graphic block corresponding to each schedule plan may be an integral multiple of the minimum section range D/4.
Step S605, determining a second section according to the arrangement position of each schedule in the schedule arrangement array and the section range.
In this step, the terminal 110 determines the display positions of the graphic blocks corresponding to the schedules in the second overlapped schedule plan group 720 in the schedule display area 320 according to the positions of the schedules in the schedule arrangement array 800 in the second overlapped schedule plan group 720, the column numbers of the schedules in the schedule arrangement array 800 represent the positions arranged in the schedule direction 322 of the schedule display area 320, the start time of the schedules represents the positions arranged in the schedule time axis direction 321 of the schedule display area 320, so as to form the arrangement positions of the graphic blocks corresponding to the schedules 4 to 9 in the second overlapped schedule plan group 720 as shown in fig. 7 according to the arrangement condition as shown in fig. 8, wherein the interval ranges of the graphic blocks corresponding to the schedules 4 to 9 can be integral multiples of D/4, and the mutual principle between the graphic blocks is combined, the interval range of the second interval corresponding to the target plans 4-7 is D/4, the interval range of the second interval corresponding to the target plan 8 is 2 times of D/4, and the interval range of the second interval corresponding to the target plan 9 is 3 times of D/4, so that the graphic blocks can be displayed in the schedule display area 320 as compactly as possible, and a user can conveniently and intuitively view the schedule planning situation.
In some embodiments, when the screen of the terminal 110 is insufficient to show a schedule for all periods of a selected date, for example, 24 hours of a day, the user may trigger a page scroll up and down on the screen of the terminal 110 to show the schedule for the user that is not displayed in the current period.
According to the schedule plan display method, a user does not need to check all schedule plan time periods one by one, the user can conveniently and quickly select a reasonable time arrangement schedule plan through the time axis graph, in team cooperation, for example, a team manager can quickly know schedule plan arrangement conditions and idle and busy conditions of all members through the time axis graph to perform reasonable coordination tasks, and can specifically perform time axis switching display on the schedule plans of relevant dates in a daily mode, a weekly mode, a monthly mode or a quarterly mode and the like.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the above-described flowcharts are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows.
