Abstract
The invention provides a pressure detection method for the oil pressure building of a screw thread in an oil casing coupling, which comprises the following steps: a pressure release hole is punched on the side wall of the tool withdrawal groove area of the petroleum casing coupling; welding a conversion head at a pressure release hole on the outer wall of the petroleum casing pipe, wherein a central through hole is formed in the conversion head and is communicated with the pressure release hole; mounting a pressure sensor to the transducing head and communicating with the central throughbore of the transducing head; mounting a rotation sensor to the screw-on machine, and connecting both the pressure sensor and the rotation sensor to a data processing and display device; and (3) coating the male threads and the female threads of the petroleum casing pipe with screw thread oil and screwing the male threads and the female threads to obtain the pressure change of the screw thread oil in the coupling tool withdrawal groove in the screwing process. The method can monitor the pressure change of the thread oil in the internal tool withdrawal groove of the coupling in real time, and has positive significance for researching the thread oil pressure building in the coupling of the petroleum casing pipe, guiding the coating mode of the thread oil, designing the thread joint structure and even analyzing the sealing failure.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pressure detection, in particular to a pressure detection method for detecting the internal screw thread oil pressure building of an oil casing coupling, and particularly relates to a method for detecting the internal screw thread oil pressure building of the oil casing coupling in the oil casing industry.
Background
The coupling is an important part for connecting the petroleum casing, in order to improve the air sealing capability of the coupling, a conical sealing structure and a limiting shoulder are designed inside the coupling, the raised sealing and shoulder structure causes that a machining cutter cannot naturally withdraw when the threads of the coupling are machined, and partial threads are easy to be incomplete by forced withdrawal, mechanical interference is formed between the machining cutter and male threads when the machining cutter is screwed, and the method for solving the problem is to design a tool withdrawal groove structure at the tail part of a female thread, namely, a section of cylindrical surface groove structure with the diameter larger than the thread tooth bottom is pre-machined in front of the sealing structure. The cutter completes forced withdrawal in the cutter withdrawal groove area, and the completeness of the thread processing of the special fastening hoop is ensured.
Before screwing, thread oil which completely covers male threads (pipes) and female threads (couplings) is coated, when screwing, the thread oil between the threads is gradually extruded into the fit clearance of the male threads and the female threads along with the screwing of the male threads into the female threads, the surplus thread oil is extruded into the tool withdrawal groove, and the thread oil is sealed in the annular space of the tool withdrawal groove structure along with the contact of the sealing surface of the male-female end joint. On one hand, the thread grease squeezed into the annular space of the tool withdrawal groove structure is increased by continuously screwing the male and female threaded connectors, and on the other hand, more threads at the male end are screwed into the tool withdrawal grooves, so that the volume ratio of the thread teeth in the space is increased. The interaction of the two further increases the pressure value of the thread oil in the relief groove, and the pressure value reaches a peak value when the shoulders of the male thread and the female thread are butted, so that the thread oil in the oil casing coupling is subjected to the pressure building phenomenon.
The screw thread oil in the oil casing coupling is suppressed, the hoop stress of the coupling is increased, the contact pressure of the sealing surface of the coupling is reduced, and the connection and sealing performance of the joint are weakened.
At present, because there is no clear method for quantitative research on the coupling holding pressure, the research on the phenomenon only remains on the qualitative theory.
Disclosure of Invention
For the special thread, the male and female threads are usually designed to be in clearance fit for the anti-thread-sticking requirement, but the thread clearance is very small (usually, the tooth top and the bottom are less than 0.2mm, and the tooth flank is less than 0.05mm), and because the thread oil has high viscosity and poor fluidity and the liquid has the incompressible characteristic, the thread oil can generate high pressure during the extrusion process, and the interference contact on the joint can be negatively influenced.
In order to solve the problem of quantitative detection of the pressure build-up of the coupling, the invention provides a pressure detection method for the oil build-up of the internal screw thread of the coupling of the petroleum casing, which comprises the following steps:
a pressure release hole is punched on the side wall of the tool withdrawal groove area of the petroleum casing coupling;
welding a conversion head at a pressure release hole on the outer wall of the petroleum casing pipe, wherein a central through hole is formed in the conversion head and is communicated with the pressure release hole;
mounting a pressure sensor to the transducing head and communicating with the central throughbore of the transducing head;
mounting a rotation sensor to the screw-on machine, and connecting both the pressure sensor and the rotation sensor to a data processing and display device;
and (3) coating the male threads and the female threads of the petroleum casing with screw thread oil, and screwing by using a screwing machine to obtain the pressure change of the screw thread oil pressure in the tool withdrawal groove of the coupling in the screwing process.

Furthermore, when the conversion head is welded at the pressure release hole on the outer wall of the petroleum casing pipe, the outer side of the coupling of the pressure release hole needs to be milled flat and then welded with the conversion head.

The pressure detection method for the oil pressure building of the internal screw thread of the petroleum casing coupling comprises the following steps:
a pressure release hole 6 is punched on the side wall of the tool withdrawal groove area of the petroleum casing coupling;
welding a conversion head 3 at a pressure release hole 6 on the outer wall of the petroleum casing, wherein a central through hole 33 is formed in the conversion head 3 and is communicated with the pressure release hole;
mounting a pressure sensor 4 to the transducing head 3 and communicating with the central through hole of the transducing head 3;
mounting the rotation sensor 7 to the screw-on machine and connecting both the pressure sensor and the rotation sensor to a data processing and display device 8;
and (3) coating the male threads and the female threads of the petroleum casing with screw thread oil, and screwing by using a screwing machine to obtain the pressure change of the screw thread oil pressure in the tool withdrawal groove of the coupling in the screwing process.

The working process of the invention is as follows:
the thread of the male end and the thread of the female end are coated with thread oil, the male thread of the pipe is screwed into the female thread of the coupling, along with the rotation, a part of thread oil is extruded out of the coupling, a part of thread oil is extruded into the tool withdrawal groove and is sealed to generate pressurization, the thread oil enters the conversion head through the pressure release hole of the tool withdrawal groove of the coupling and contacts the pressure sensor, the pressure sensor with high sensitivity converts the detected pressure into an electric signal and inputs the electric signal to the data processing and display device, on the other hand, the rotation signal of the pipe is simultaneously input into the data processing and display device through the rotation sensor, and is displayed with pressure-turn number (or time) after the data processing, and after the screwing is finished, the detection system can also continuously monitor the change of the thread oil suppressed pressure in the coupling along with.

a pressure release hole is punched on the side wall of the tool withdrawal groove area of the petroleum casing coupling;
welding a conversion head at a pressure release hole on the outer wall of the petroleum casing pipe, wherein a central through hole is formed in the conversion head and is communicated with the pressure release hole;
mounting a pressure sensor to the transducing head and communicating with the central throughbore of the transducing head;
mounting a rotation sensor to the screw-on machine, and connecting both the pressure sensor and the rotation sensor to a data processing and display device;
and (3) coating the male threads and the female threads of the petroleum casing with screw thread oil, and screwing by using a screwing machine to obtain the pressure change of the screw thread oil pressure in the tool withdrawal groove of the coupling in the screwing process.
3. The pressure detection method for the oil tapping pressure in the oil casing coupling according to claim 1, wherein: when the conversion head is welded at the pressure release hole on the outer wall of the petroleum casing pipe, the outer side of the coupling of the pressure release hole needs to be milled flat and then welded with the conversion head.
