Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples.
The invention provides a computer vision measurement method for three-dimensional vibration of a label-free structure, which carries out label-free measurement on the three-dimensional vibration of the structure through the steps of screening virtual feature points on the surface of the structure, constructing descriptor vectors of the virtual feature points, matching the virtual feature points under different visual angles, synthesizing three-dimensional coordinates of a space of the virtual feature points and the like, and the principle of the method is shown in figure 1, and the method comprises the following specific steps:
step 1: and carrying out video recording on the vibration of the structure under different visual angles by using a binocular camera.
Step 2: as shown in fig. 2, in order to detect stable virtual feature points in a video image, the present invention uses a gaussian kernel function with different scales to perform convolution with an initial frame image to obtain images with different scales, that is:
in the formula: l (x, y, sigma) is the image after the convolution of Gaussian kernel function, G (x, y, sigma) is the Gaussian base function of scale sigma, for convolution, I (x, y) represents image pixel luminance information.
Adopting images with different scales to construct a Gaussian difference space of the image, wherein the description is as follows:
D(x,y,σ)=L(x,y,(l+1)σ)-L(x,y,lσ)l=1,2,3,...,M+1 (2)
in the formula: d (x, y, σ) represents a difference image of scale σ, and l represents the number of layers of the established gaussian difference spatial image.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present invention, a virtual feature point of a structure is obtained based on pixel extreme value detection in an image multi-scale difference space, in the process of detecting the extreme value point, the brightness of a pixel point is compared with the brightness of 26 adjacent pixel points in the scale space, and by comparing the gray values of the pixel point and the pixel points in the neighborhood, the brightness value of the pixel point is judged to be greater than or less than the adjacent points of the pixel point in the scale space, so as to screen out the virtual feature point on the surface of the structure. The 26 pixels comprise 8 pixel points in the self scale layer and 18 pixel points in the upper and lower scale layers respectively.
And step 3: as shown in fig. 4, a 16 × 16 pixel region centered on a virtual feature point is selected, the magnitude and direction of the gradient of the brightness of each pixel in the region are calculated, the gradient directions of the pixels on each 4 × 4 patch are counted in 8 directions, such as 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, 225 °, 270 °, 315 °, and the like, and the magnitude of the value in each direction is accumulated by the magnitude of the gradient of the brightness of the pixels in the region. Wherein the pixel brightness gradient magnitude and direction are expressed as:
θ(x,y)=arctan(Gy/Gx) (4)
in the formula: gx(x, y) and Gy(x, y) is the gradient of the pixel brightness at the (x, y) position in the x and y directions, respectively, and is calculated as follows:
in the formula: i (x, y) is the image pixel brightness, representing a convolution operation, HxAnd HyGradient operators in x and y directions, respectively, are expressed as follows:
a seed point is generated in each pixel area of 4 × 4 small blocks, each virtual feature point is composed of 4 × 4 seed points, each seed point has vector information in 8 directions, and information of 16 × 8 ═ 128 feature points is generated in total as a descriptor vector of one virtual feature point.
And 4, step 4:assuming that two images of the initial frame under different viewing angles are m and n respectively, the vector sets of the structural virtual feature point descriptors created in step 3 are m and n respectivelyAndand s is the number of the virtual feature points screened out from the m and n images.
In the image m, a feature point i is selected, the pixel coordinate of which isThe descriptor vector isRespectively calculateAndthe Euclidean distance between the two virtual characteristic points, the pixel coordinate of the virtual characteristic point corresponding to the minimum distance descriptor vector is obtained and recorded asAt this time, the virtual feature points in the image mCorresponding to virtual feature points in the image n
And 5: for a single virtual feature point k, based on the optical flow algorithm assumption, an optical flow equation is established as follows:
in the formula:andrespectively expressed as the gradients of the intensities of the virtual feature point k in both the x and y directions,u and v represent the optical flows of the virtual feature point k in the x and y directions, which are the derivatives of the image brightness with respect to time.
Since the brightness value of each point in the image at any moment can be acquired by the shooting equipment, the gradient of each virtual feature point in the x and y directions can be directly solved by the brightness of the image pixel for known quantity, but the equation has two unknown quantities u and v, and cannot be directly solved. Therefore, the assumption of motion similarity in the pixel neighborhood is introduced, that is, the virtual feature point k and its adjacent n pixels have similar motion, which satisfies the following conditions:
in the present invention, the above formula is solved by using the least square method, i.e., | A is satisfiedksk-bk|2Is the solution at the minimum, the optical flow of the virtual feature point k is therefore:
dk=Ak-1bk (9)
according to the calculated optical flows of the virtual feature points between two adjacent frames, the pixel coordinates of the virtual feature points in different frame images can be described as:
in the formula:the horizontal pixel coordinates of the virtual feature point k at the time t, t + delta t,and (3) the vertical pixel coordinates of the virtual feature point k at the time t, t + delta t.
Finally, the pixel coordinates of the feature points under the same view angle in different frames can be obtained through the step, and the calculation flow is shown in fig. 5.
Step 6: as shown in fig. 6, let the pixel coordinates of the structural virtual feature point k at different viewing angles at time t beAndlet the space coordinate of the virtual feature point k at the time t beThe two phase machines being fixed in the same plane, i.e.According to the triangular relation between the measured structure and the binocular camera, the following can be obtained:
in the formula: f represents the focal length of the camera, B represents the base moment between the cameras, image of camera representing virtual feature of left camera at time tThe coordinates of the elements are calculated, pixel coordinates representing the virtual feature of the right camera at time t.
Therefore, the spatial coordinates of the virtual feature point k are expressed as:
Finally, through the steps, the three-dimensional space coordinates of the structural virtual feature points in different frames can be obtained.
And 7: and 6, calculating the space motion of the structure by using the space three-dimensional coordinates of the structure virtual feature points at different moments, namely:
in the formula: dtRepresenting the displacement of the structure at time t.
