Abstract
A refrigeration device (10) comprising: a cabinet (14) having a storage chamber (12) and a door (16) for opening or closing the storage chamber (12); a control unit and/or a power supply unit (18) provided on the case (14); the electrical part (20) is arranged on the box body (14) and/or the door body (16); a connection harness (22) connecting the control part and/or the power supply part (18) with the electrical component (20); the wiring of the connecting harness (22) is at least partially located on an outer wall (24) of the housing (14). Therefore, the trend layout of the connecting wire harness (22) is visualized and controllable, and the uncertainty of the installation position of the connecting wire harness can be reduced. Moreover, the related defects of rework and maintenance are facilitated, the production scrap cost can be reduced, and the safety problem of condensation outside the shell of the refrigeration equipment (10) caused by the connecting wire harness (22) can be improved and avoided. In addition, the complex environments such as a refrigeration pipeline, an evaporator and the like can be avoided, and the production and assembly are convenient.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to electrical equipment, in particular to refrigeration equipment.
Background
At present, most, if not all, of the wiring (wiring) of the electric wires of the refrigeration equipment products such as the household refrigerator and the like are in the foaming layer.
In the manufacturing process of the refrigerator, the electric wires are generally arranged in the closed cavities of the inner container and the outer shell of the refrigerator, and then the foaming process is carried out. Due to the impact of the liquid foaming agent, the actual position of the wire may deviate, causing positional uncertainty, which may cause a safety hazard to subsequent process installation (e.g., screws).
Moreover, the structure of the part in the solidified and shaped foam layer is difficult to rework and repair, the production and scrapping cost is high, and the safety problem of condensation outside the shell of the refrigeration equipment can be caused.
Moreover, the complex environment of a refrigeration pipeline, an evaporator and the like in the refrigeration equipment is inconvenient for production and assembly.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems of the prior art such as described above.
In view of the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a refrigeration apparatus, including: a cabinet having a storage chamber and a door for opening or closing the storage chamber; a control part and/or a power supply part arranged on the box body; the electrical part is arranged on the box body and/or the door body; a connection harness connecting the control part and/or the power supply part with the electrical component; the wiring of the connecting wire harness is at least partially located on the outer wall of the box body. Therefore, the trend layout of the connecting wire harness is visual and controllable, and the uncertainty of the installation position of the connecting wire harness can be reduced. And moreover, related defects of rework and maintenance are facilitated, the production scrap cost can be reduced, and the safety problem of condensation outside the refrigeration equipment shell caused by the connecting wire harness can be improved and avoided. In addition, the complex environments such as a refrigeration pipeline, an evaporator and the like can be avoided, and the production and assembly are convenient.
Optionally, the outer wall includes a wiring groove that accommodates at least part of the connection harness. As such, the connection harness may be positioned by the wiring groove.
Optionally, the refrigeration equipment includes a first cover covering the wiring groove. Thus, the safety standard of the household appliance can be met.
Optionally, the outer wall comprises a recess accommodating the control portion and/or the power supply portion. As such, the control portion and/or the power supply portion may be disposed at the outer wall.
Optionally, the refrigeration device comprises a second cover covering the recess. Thus, the safety standard of the household appliance can be met.
Optionally, the cabinet includes a passage through which the connection harness extends from the outer wall to the storage compartment. As such, the connection harness may extend from the storage compartment to the outer wall for routing.
Optionally, the cabinet further comprises a liner defining the storage compartment, the channel having a first port and a second port; the first port is arranged on the outer wall, and the second port is arranged on the inner container. Thus, the connecting wire harness can extend to the outer wall through the inner container for wiring.
Optionally, the box further includes a sealing portion for sealing the passage, and the connection harness passes through the sealing portion. Thus, it is possible to help prevent the cold air in the storage chamber from leaking outside.
Optionally, the sealing portion is formed on the connection harness by foam molding or injection molding. Thus, it is possible to help prevent the cold air in the storage chamber from leaking outside.
Optionally, the housing comprises an outer shell, at least part of the outer shell being configured as the outer wall. In this manner, the connection harness can be facilitated to be routed at the housing.
Optionally, the housing comprises a top side and a back side, the wiring of the connection harness being at least partially located on the top side and/or the back side. In this manner, routing of the connection harness on the top and/or back side of the housing may be facilitated.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a refrigeration apparatus 10 including: a cabinet 14 having a storage chamber 12 and a door 16 for opening or closing the storage chamber 12; a control unit and/or a power supply unit 18 provided in the case 14; electrical components 20 disposed on the cabinet 14 and/or the door 16; a connection harness 22 connecting the control part and/or the power supply part 18 and the electrical component 20; the wiring of the connection harness 22 is at least partially located on an outer wall 24 of the housing 14.
The direction layout of the connecting wire harness 22 of the embodiment of the invention is visual and controllable, and the uncertainty of the installation position of the connecting wire harness can be reduced. Furthermore, rework and maintenance related defects are facilitated, production scrap costs can be reduced, and the safety problem of condensation on the exterior of the housing of the refrigeration device 10 caused by the connection harness 22 can be improved and avoided. In addition, the wiring of the connection harness 22 at least partially on the outer wall 24 of the cabinet 14 can avoid the complex environment of the refrigeration pipeline, the evaporator and the like in the refrigeration equipment 10, and the production and assembly are convenient.
As shown in fig. 1-8, the refrigeration appliance 10 may be a household refrigerator. In some embodiments, not shown, the refrigeration device 10 may also be other electrical refrigeration devices, such as a freezer, etc.
The storage chamber 12 may be used to store articles (not shown) to be refrigerated or frozen within the housing 14. The door 16 is provided corresponding to the storage chamber 12.
The control and/or power supply 18 may provide power and/or control the refrigeration appliance 10.
The electrical component 20 may be a fuse, a fan, a heater, etc.
The connection harness 22 may be composed of all or part of the wires connecting the control and/or power supply 18 and the electrical components 20.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the outer wall 24 includes a wiring groove 26 for receiving at least a portion of the connecting harness 22. In this way, the connecting wire harness 22 can be positioned by the wiring groove 26, and the control part and/or the power supply part 18 and the electrical component 20 can be regularly connected.
As shown in fig. 1, 5, 6, and 8, the refrigeration appliance 10 includes a first cover 28 covering the wiring groove 26. Thus, the safety standard of the household appliance can be met.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the outer wall 24 includes a recess 30 for receiving the control portion and/or the power supply portion 18. In this manner, the control and/or power supply 18 may be facilitated to be disposed on the outer wall 24.
As shown in fig. 1, 5, 6 and 8, the refrigeration device 10 includes a second cover 32 covering the recess 30. Thus, the safety standard of the household appliance can be met.
Referring to FIG. 7, the housing 14 includes a passage 34 through which the connection harness 22 extends from the outer wall 24 to the storage compartment 12. As such, the connection harness 22 may extend from the storage compartment 12 to the exterior wall 24 for routing.
As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 7, the housing 14 further includes an inner bladder 36 defining the storage chamber 12, the channel 34 having a first port 38 and a second port 40; the first port 38 is disposed on the outer wall 24 and the second port 40 is disposed on the inner bladder 36. In this manner, the connection harness 22 may extend through the inner container 36 to the outer wall 24 for routing at the outer wall 24.
Optionally, the housing 14 further includes a sealing portion 42 for sealing the passage 34, and the connection harness 22 passes through the sealing portion 42. In this way, the leakage of the cold air in the storage chamber 12 through the channel 34 can be prevented, and the cooling effect of the cooling device 10 can be ensured.
The sealing portion 42 and the connection harness 22 may be combined by an appropriate means. Alternatively, the sealing portion 42 is formed on the connecting harness 22 by foam molding or injection molding. In this way, the tight combination of the sealing portion 42 and the connection harness 22 can help prevent the cold air in the storage chamber 12 from leaking out through the channel 34, and ensure the cooling effect of the cooling device 10.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 5, the housing 14 includes an outer shell 44, and at least a portion of the outer shell 44 is configured as the outer wall 24. In this manner, routing of the connection harness 22 at the housing 44 may be facilitated.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, the housing 44 includes a top surface 46 and a back surface 48, and the wiring of the connection harness 22 is at least partially located on the top surface 46 and/or the back surface 48. In this manner, routing of the connection harness 22 on the top surface 46 and/or the back surface 48 of the housing 44 may be facilitated.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-7, the wiring of the connection harness 22 is at least partially located on the rear face 48. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 8, the wiring of the connection harness 22 is at least partially located on the top surface 46 and the back surface 48.
The wiring of the connection harness 22 on the back side 48 may connect the electrical components 20 and the control and/or power supply 18 located on the housing 14. The wiring of the connection harness 22 on the top surface 46 may connect the electrical components 20 on the door body 16 with the control and/or power supply 18.
Referring to fig. 1, 5, 6 and 8, the refrigeration device 10 includes a third cover 50 covering the first port 38. Thus, the safety standard of the household appliance can be met.
The first cover 28, the second cover 32, and the third cover 50 may be made of metal, plastic, etc., may be integrally provided, and may have shapes and configurations corresponding to the wiring groove 26, the recess 30, and the first port 38, respectively.
Compared with the prior art in which the wiring of the connection harness 22 of the refrigeration equipment 10 is located in the outer wall 24, the routing layout of the connection harness 22 is visualized and controllable, and the uncertainty of the installation position of the connection harness can be reduced. Furthermore, rework and maintenance related defects are facilitated, production scrap costs can be reduced, and the safety problem of condensation on the outside of the refrigeration equipment 10 caused by the connection harness 22 can be improved and avoided. In addition, the wiring of the connection harness 22 at least partially on the outer wall 24 of the cabinet 14 can avoid the complex environment of the refrigeration pipeline, the evaporator and the like in the refrigeration equipment 10, and the production and assembly are convenient.

Claims (11)
1. A refrigeration device (10) comprising:
a cabinet (14) having a storage chamber (12) and a door (16) for opening or closing the storage chamber (12);
a control unit and/or a power supply unit (18) provided on the case (14);
the electrical part (20) is arranged on the box body (14) and/or the door body (16);
a connection harness (22) connecting the control part and/or the power supply part (18) with the electrical component (20); characterized in that the wiring of the connection harness (22) is at least partially located on an outer wall (24) of the box (14).
2. The refrigeration appliance (10) of claim 1, wherein the outer wall (24) includes a wiring channel (26) that receives at least a portion of the connection harness (22).
3. The refrigeration appliance (10) of claim 2, including a first cover (28) covering the wiring channel (26).
4. A cold appliance (10) according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall (24) comprises a recess (30) accommodating the control portion and/or the power supply portion (18).
5. A cold appliance (10) according to claim 4, comprising a second cover (32) covering the recess (30).
6. The refrigeration appliance (10) of claim 1 wherein the cabinet (14) includes a passage (34), the connection harness (22) extending through the passage (34) from the exterior wall (24) to the storage compartment (12).
7. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 6, wherein the cabinet (14) further includes an inner bladder (36) defining the storage compartment (12), the passageway (34) having a first port (38) and a second port (40); the first port (38) is disposed on the outer wall (24) and the second port (40) is disposed on the inner bladder (36).
8. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 6, wherein the cabinet (14) further includes a sealing portion (42) for sealing the passage (34), and the connection harness (22) passes through the sealing portion (42).
9. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 8, characterized in that the sealing portion (42) is formed on the connection harness (22) by foam molding or injection molding.
10. The refrigeration appliance (10) of any of claims 1-9, wherein the cabinet (14) includes an outer shell (44), at least a portion of the outer shell (44) being configured as the outer wall (24).
11. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 10, wherein the housing (44) comprises a top surface (46) and a back surface (48), the wiring of the connection harness (22) being at least partially located on the top surface (46) and/or the back surface (48).
